Hi, did yesterday tuv and let my car go…. =) everything so far well. now I have n new problem…. if the prelude is cold he starts immediately… as soon as I have driven it warm and then turn it off and want to turn it on again after 5 min, the starter spins and the engine also doesn’t start… after 5 try or so he then goes on… e.g. today at the AU in the workshop… car is cold I turn it on and no problems… then the AU made a car turned off. short the things in the workshop and then wanted to drive it out… tried to start but nothing comes but that the engine turns through but apparently does not ignite… after the 4 attempt he went on then still. Or just before I drove fuelling, did fully filled… get into the car and try the same game… but this time started. But then arrived at home he waited for a few seconds and tried to start it with no problems?

Questions about the Prelude
Hello, I ask here, which prelude had 4WD drive? Or which drive (front or rear) did the different series have? Thought about years of construction from 1987, possibly with Euro 2 Kat or soon H-mark. Which models had seat heating in front as standard? I usually think with leather equipment. Is there something like a rust prevention plan, which could be worked off with Mike Sanders fat or Fluid Film? Can you use certain parts e.g. from the Accord, which is similar to the Prelude? Thanks for the information!

Timing belt torn
Moin, I got the timing belt torn yesterday, model from 1985, what do you think, are the valves down or there’s a chance that they’re not damaged, be it that, the thing is an excellent condition if there’s interest in the car standing in Leverkusen.

Prelude BB9. Brake rack rear driver side. Handbrake without function.
Hello, I have a big problem. I should change all the discs and coverings for a friend. That was also no problem until I found out that the dust sleeve was defective at the rear left and the piston was stuck. So I ordered a new sealing kit, cleaned the piston and rebuilt it again. The piston then turned on with the matching tool under slight pressure. Now the brake is completely mounted again and I have ventilated everything. Only now comes the problem. The hand brake does not want to tighten on the driver side. What I did wrong. Can someone help me. Can the automatic parking be defective. What can I check to see what is defective. The normal brake works perfectly I mean. Was not yet on the brake test stand. Thanks in the front of the brake test stand.

Macken Prelude BB1??
Hey guys, looking for a new ride, should be as cheap and Japanese as possible. A few days ago I noticed a Prelude BB1 with almost 130,000 km, 92 year of construction and the 2.3 liter allradmaschine + automatik. Unfortunately, don’t know me in the Prelude scene and want to ask you if the money is worth and what I should pay attention to. Think about the same as the civic problem with rust at the back but what else does it have?

Walker Minikat for BB3
Hello, I’m new here and I have a problem: I’ve been driving a prelude BB3 for about 3 years now. I’ve taken it over from my father, who has taken care of it very much – as far as the technical side is concerned. Now it’s also time to change the exhaust system including the flex pipe. Since there are these flex tubes individually, so you can weld this one in and don’t have to buy so’s expensive “complete tube”. In this breath I wanted to install the above-mentioned Minikat to reach Euro2 with known side effect. TÜV Süd has produced a test report (cat companion booklet) with nem Prelude BJ 10/93. Dummally, my KFZ EZ 01/93. Now the registration office does not want to register this as: – approval number (F984) – engine type (F20A4) – hub room and performance (1997ccm3,98kW/5300min-1) can’t let me know the same thing.

Car does not start (battery bought 2020)
Hello, my son’s car has been starting for 2 days (Jazz 1.4 – EZ 03/2008) It sounds like the battery is empty, as soon as the USB start-up device is connected, it works and the car is running. Battery contacts are fixed and no wobble contact. Charging current is OK if the car is running (have pretty primitive testers to connect to cigarette lighters) The car was standing in front of the house the last weeks, someone has a help for me what it might be about? How can I find out without further test devices whether the battery is over, is it possible after such a short time? Thanks for any tip

New Jazz in 2025? Deep Fakes – Speculation
In about 1.5 years I have a new car and my absolute favorite is the Honda Jazz. When I looked at it recently, I felt like I was in a class higher car. I haven’t seen such a harmonious vehicle in the small car area yet. It is clear, spacious, variable, low-consumption, modern and comfortable. Now I have read somewhere that there should be a new jazz in 2025, so no more facelift, but really new. Is there anything known about it?

Prelude– few used cars
Hello, in the foreseeable future I have a prelude in the 5th generation as 2.2 with 185 or 200 hp. However, one can hardly find such a car if one is looking at autoscout in the radius of 200km from me. Were so few sold of it in Germany? One is there, which is quite interesting. But with 140,000km still for 10,000 euros is also something over. Do the performance data also hold what they promise? In theory it sounds quite good. Why is the maximum torque of 206 NM at 185 Ps ser and 200 hp ser the same? At present I drive a Focus with a 1.8 Maschiane 115 hp. It is sold… Just want to have some more power and generally something new. Do you think that I make a slight back step in terms of technology? Unfortunately I still did not have the opportunity to try this very attractive car for me. I would like to thank you for your answers…

Honda Jazz Crosstar Driving Mode D to B change while driving
Hello together. I have been driving a brand-new Honda-Jazz Crosstar since yesterday :-). My question is actually already in the title. Is it useful to switch from D to B or does that harm the car somehow? Do I have to pay attention to what when switching? I mean, I drive a lot of overland and also sometimes relatively steep mountains down to towns… here it would be useful without having to brake in B-mode to let it roll in to maximum recuperate or how do you see that? Can you switch there during the ride? In the manual it is not well written for me. Thanks to everyone 🙂
