Hello, our H-1 (Prem. – Aut. – 02/2012 – 60 Tkm) makes a new (grinding ?) sound since the last inspection. It comes from below, in different short intervals, very quiet, best to hear between 40 and 60 km/h, silently immediately at the gas take away and reminds away of a steam locomotive (..tsch.tsch…tsch…). In the second step, of course, I drive into the workshop. But in the inner-city traffic the noise goes down easily. That brings nothing. and from you an idea what this could be or where I should still investigate myself. Greetings Rüdiger

Hyundai i40 combi first customer service
Have a new i 40 Combi, Premium since Sept. ́17. My question: What does the first customer service cost on average? Do I absolutely have to do the first KD with my dealer, or can it be another Hyundai workshop or approved? Who has experience in this direction? MfG. wasto3

Experience H1 Travel new model and some questions
Hello, we want to get the new Hyundai H1 Premium. Before I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience. Among other things, I noticed that they are only offered with normal air conditioning everywhere.Climate automation is probably not intended for our latitudes?Where is the temperature displayed at the normal air conditioning system? There are only two push buttons for warm and cold.Maybe someone has pictures of it, maybe even with factory navigation… And are the buttons on the Len krad also illuminated? Greetings

Consumption ix35 diesel (136hp; 4WD)
Hello Motor-Telk’er, Have with my IX35 now about 1500 Km around and can’t quite explain the consumption. Here times my IX at Spritmonitor.de All other IX35 diesels (also 4WD and also with 184PS) are well below my consumption. I try at the moment really fuel saving to drive, but it doesn’t really bring anything. According to onboard computer currently 8.9 l/100Km. How do you drive your IX35 diesel? I always commute between 1700 and 2500 rpm and have almost never more. I drive auc h mostly in the highest possible gear. I am not driving in the city and currently not on the highway. Mostly short distance on the land. When do you fill up your IX35 always or how far do I get when the last bar of the display starts to flash? Hope you can enlighten me/give me tips. I would also be very happy about your experiences.

Steel rims for ix 35
Fine forum here, I just registered and of course immediately a question. I ordered me at the beginning of May an ix 35 in the following equipment: ix 35 2.0 CRDI Style 4 WD 100 KW Pluspacket 17 inch Pistongrey Metallic. Since the delivery can still be waiting I would like to know if there are already suitable steel rims for the vehicle with winter tires. I could get me a set 16 ” with tires, but the aluminums always make me so sorry with salt. Thanks already in advance for Antw greeting Harald

i30 – Long-term experience
Dear Hyundai community, my partner and I intend to buy a Hyundai i30 (EU import vehicle). Since the vehicle is not so widespread (such as the Gulf) I would like to ask in this forum specifically for your long-term experiences. I would be very grateful for any hints on the following topics: 1 – Repair vulnerability 2 – Warranty handling 3 – EU vehicle purchase 4 – Fuel consumption 5 – Useful special equipment Many greetings and a nice day wishes you Hans

Result inspection i30
Hello together, as expected, the first annual inspection went through without major defects. However, with three surprises, which cost me nothing but have already surprised me. 1. The rubber buffers of the shock absorbers had dissolved and clacked back and forth with rough unevenness. 2. The underbody was damaged – on request explained with the technician that it was the underbody protection, which was not optimally applied. This was to be snowed when spraying at the plant. ll dried and would now be cracked. No drama, but you should have it fixed shortly. Points 1. and 2. were probably recall actions according to the seller, I was asked if I was written, but what I had to deny. Did you write? I guess it’s only about the 1st production series from the Czech Republic from the end of 2008, beginning of 2009. 3. Geared cover was broken, small amounts of oil were lost – is replaced on guarantee. Doof only that I now have a follow-up In my opinion, inspection costs were very cheap and fast and were at € 111.00. Duration 1 hour 10 minutes.

1st time washing system
Hello, today I sent my I30 through the washing machine for the first time. Result: some scratches in the paint, which could be polished away. For this one sees the polish marks and also veils, less beautiful. In addition, the area of the footroom “carpet” is molded under the pedals, where the rubber mats end. I had been lying there to this day to prevent this from happening. I also cleaned them regularly, but when there is wetness under it is stupid. The car is Stoneblackmetal lic, a very sensitive color. But I wanted to have the car just like that. The quality of some materials is already borderline, can often not keep up with the overall processing. Too bad. Honda RedCar

Wheel thread broken, who’s to blame?
Hello, I don’t know so well about cars. Now I have the following problem: On 08.11.2010 I had an inspection on which the wheels had to be removed. I had the inspection done directly at Hyundai. Today I had my winter tires put on in a workshop. I wanted to have this done only at Hyundai, but was 20 euros more expensive. Now the workshop, where I had the winter kingdoms drawn up, said that with the left front wheel a It would have broken the thread. You would have noticed this already when disassemblying because the mother was harder to solve than the others. But you could tighten the mother still. It was also cracked when twisting tight. The master then advised me that I should have an appointment at Hyundai. So I called Hyundai and told them the problem. They told me that the workshop that put the tires on me was to blame and that I now have to pay for it myself. That would be almost 200 euros, since something would have to be expanded or exchanged. Now the question: Is this really so expensive and do I have to pay for it myself? Wasn’t it my fault or? Thanks P.S. I apologize for technical errors =)
