Hi, I’m recently a X-Type 3.0 Sport Bj. 2004 tested. The car is out of the question for different reasons, but I noticed a few noises during the test drive, which I would like to know more about. 1. If you let the car roll and then press the gas again, there is a strong ruck when you switch from the push-off to the acceleration paired with a clearly audible, dull SChlag. Is this normal with the X-Type? 2. If you drive in the 5th gear, you hear a clear fieping especially in the partial load range and at low speeds. At high speeds it was no longer to be heard, but can also have been well on the higher noise backdrop. In other gears it was not to be heard. 3. When driving, a kind of squeaking was already seen when small movements of the steering wheel, as if rubber were rubbing on metal. Are the noises known to anyone or perhaps even normal? Since I was the lead sign of the exit, I didn’t have to go under 2.5 bar.

Hello, I am from ever a passionate car fan, I put a lot of value on style and elegance, a Jag was actually always my dream car, unfortunately I did not have a bessene up to today nor did I drive one. I would like to fulfill this dream for a purchase budget of max. 40 T€, of course as a used car. The first question which asks me, a V6 or V8 !? have the engines a control chain ? Is it compared to a MB CLS 350 or Audi A5 3.2 , BMW 630 Ci more expensive a I would always forgive my Jag, I did not expect a perfectly functioning car, but a reliable one, there are myths that say that a Jag is what to look at, is it all nonsense or is there something to it? I know cars, but I don’t know the matter at all at all. I don’t want to set myself on a particular model at all, with a selection of what I like. It would be nice if you wanted to entertain me. in the world of Jaguar and possibly named a pro and contra. Consumption deviation onboard computer reality
For 2 weeks I have been driving my F Pace 30d. First I was happy about the good consumption the on-board computer showed me (9.1 liters at 100Km). Since I had to refuel after just under 500 KM I was surprised. 57 liters I consumed on 520 KM. Also subsequent comparisons between the on-board computer and the tank receipt showed significant differences. Does anyone else have the problem?

Hello dear Jaguar community, I’ve been a proud Jaguar owner for a week now and I’m a fire and flame for the car. regarding my car I’m probably going to get involved more often and gladly here in the forum. I now have a few questions about my used. It’s a Jaguar XE 163PS Diesel BJ 12/15 I’m a third holder, the first was a car rental, second holder was a serious private person. The car has not had any defects/repears to date. Weaknesses I should pay special attention to? I have Jaguar Care warranty until December 2018. I have not noticed any defects, but I have detected condensation in the third brake lamp. Is this already considered a lack or only when the brake lights no longer work? Is this typical of Jaguar? I would also like to ask where fit workshops are available. Is there a kind of directory? Hello to the community, My predator is meant for inspection. I’m playing with the idea of having them carried out by ATU. Has anyone here done this yet? How would you rate ATU’s performance on your Jag? Otherwise, who could recommend me a competent free Jaguar workshop in Berlin? Cheers
