Hi Jaguar experts, I’m thinking about getting a used F-Pace gasoline truck and would like to know from you what features I should pay attention to, or what else there is to consider: I’m not averse to a V6 but also the 4-cylinder with 300hp sounds interesting. Which of the two is more recommended? Currently I drive an Audi S5 Sportback with V6 (compressor) and 333hp and am still very excited about the engine, unfortunately the Audi is no longer gr eating enough (youngsters) and also the back bench is not so comfortable on trips. Hope you can help me a little bit.

Purchase of XE 2.0d, Jaguar Approved
Hello you love, I would like to be advised by you regarding my vehicle purchase. I really want to get the 2.0d, because it is not worth it with my annual kilometers otherwise. My annual kilometers are about 30-40tkm. Depending on whether I go on vacation or to my parents-in-law times closer to the 40tkm, sometimes closer to the 30tkm. I drive every day 50km back and forth to work. Almost only highway and country road. With 80% highway. My budget is max. 27000 €. The whole diesel driving bans make me very unsure. I don’t often go to Cologne but 2-3 times a year it is already. Maybe I don’t even drive anymore. If I were to drive with the public, it would cost me about 4 hours a day, to work back and forth. So no real alternative. But for me the petrol guy is simply not worthwhile. The E6d-temp is only recently with the XE and new car is for me What do you think? Short to Jaguar Approved, if I buy a car that is a little further away, can I then go to my local Jaguar dealer in case of a warranty case? And still a short question about the equipment. What are your must-haves? Visually, I like the R-sport best, I don’t think the digital tacho is so great, optically, but the delays and fps were then too noticeable. Memory would be extremely great, since my wife will also drive the car. The dealer also said it would soon come “Android Auto / Apple Carplay” and replace the in-house Jaguar apps. I was looking forward to the new version of the app.

Jaguar X-Type (BJ2001): What to do to use telephone function?
Hello, an acquaintance bought a Jaguar X-Type built in 2001. The car has in the center console directly a block for the telephone function (different keys like dialing, phone book etc.). When you press the phone button, “No phone found”. He was at a Jaguar dealer, but he also had not had such a proper idea, he meant there come external people to check that and retrofit it himself he does only bodywork…!? He looked into the PC after the F ahrgestellnummer and meant it is all already retrofitted, there is only one module for the Simkarte missing. What does it cost he didn’t know either… So I wanted to ask here: what do you need to be able to call in the car or where is it retrofitted (glove compartment or center console etc.?) and what would that cost about? I am grateful about every tip 🙂 MfG Andy

When the engine is running, the battery lights up in the display
Hello municipality, My neighbor drives a Jaguar XF Bj 2009 2,7 Diesel. The first problem that occurred with him, the rotary button for read out but did not turn. Always only stand on P. brake light switch changed, errors deleted and everything was ok again. Now the error occurred again, with Gutmann read out, error: gear selector sensor. Error deleted and he ran again and again for several days. Now the error comes again and again, however, he stands always as sporadic inside e. You delete the and the rotary knob cannot be placed on D. Stays rigidly on P. Now I noticed that when the engine is running, the battery light always lights up in the display and the info, ignition is on, although the engine is running. Directly on the Lima the current measured, 11,2V. So new Lima pure and the problem still exists. The switch button cannot be turned, the Lima still produces a little over 11 volts, the battery still lights up in the display on The Battery is new and has been coded/fished via the tester Can someone help me where I can attack there or is this a problem that may be known Thank you in advance

Jaguar X300 – Control chain and control times – Adjust valves correctly … ASSISTANCE ….
I have broken an old Jaguar X300, 1995 , 3,2L and I have broken the chain tensioner (bolt with spring). Unfortunately, the sliding rail with 240.000 km was completely down and the covering almost completely away. All parts I got out, the guide of the chain is clean and without damage. I have inserted a new tensioner, the car has now 6 bar compression and does not start any more, only short and goes out immediately. I fear that the chain is skipped by at least a number t. Inlet or outlet side (Nockshaft 1 or 2) is unfortunately no longer comprehensible. Does someone know, we have to adjust the thing? Unfortunately, I find nothing on the web about it… I know it like this, the cylinder 6 is on OT , both camshafts have a mark on the front wheel … unfortunately I can’t find it. Camshaft and worm wave sensor (position O) would also be interesting to know how to stand … P.S. all 5 fuse boxes are flawless, relays checked, Feh ler P1333 in the error transmitter (control unit), could be camshaft sensor or crankshaft position…

hyundai santa fe 2WD
Who drives a Hyundai Santa FE 2WD, 145 hp and also has transmission noise ? With me it is a “singing or shouting”, not loud, but to hear clearly, most clearly in the 4th and 5th gear between approx. 60 to 75 km/h. The dealer says: “That’s what all do and does not represent a shortage”. I drive the car (new car) now 5weeks, have returned about 1000 KM and the noise is unchanged. Thank you for messages tharjo

Doubt of my mind… who can help me?
Hello guys, so I’m really stunned at a really simple thing..I explain. I did an oil change yesterday with the Santa Fe Built. 2005 2.4 lt petrol 147 HP my father-in-law made an oil change… already ten times with other cars. I loosen the oil drain screw and the oil starts to run out. I wonder why so little oil runs out (just as estimated 1.5 – 2.0 liters. Okay..I know that the Santa Fe is an oil eater and my father-in-law also often Oil had to refill. I think that what was in it was full. just so at the border so that the oil warning light did not jump on. So I let it all run out, start the engine for a short time for 10 sec to push out the last rest of the circuit, close down again and start to fill new oil. Lt. manual have to enter 4.3 liters of fresh oil. Luckily, a funny feeling makes me feel and I fill about the same amount of one that ran out. I have just replenished a little bit over a litre but the oil measuring rod indicates that the oil is filled to the top of the make-up. I run the engine, measure after, let the engine cool and measure about ten times after, but the oil measuring rod always shows me that the oil is filled to the top mark….that with about 1-1.5 liters of oil ????? That can’t be to hell. I drive the car but no oil warning leuc hte light up…nothing. Does anyone have an explanation for this…there can’t be? Is there a Vllt. at the oil outlet i-what clogs that the whole oil didn’t get out at all..where is the oil then? What can be clogged and why did something then run out…and the rest not..where is the rest going? The oil measuring rod shows with not necessarily clear, fresh oil but the measuring rod is rather dark…so than the one that would not have been immersed in pure fresh oil…that’s the only explanation. ung that I have but what can that be ? Ask for your help or opinion…Thank you.

Survey: White or white sand? Which do you/would you choose?
I’d be interested in which color you like better or which of the two you chose. White sand or white? I’m curious what the result will look like

Criteria for Tucso vs. Mazda CX5
Hi together, I’m currently driving a BMW 528i and intending to switch to an SUV. I’m currently comparing the Tucson, the KIA Sportage and the Mazda CX5, all in the strongest diesel version with automatic. Since you’ve chosen the Tucson and have certainly included the Mazda and the KIA to make the decision, I’d be interested in your motivations, which brought you to the decision for the Tucson. From my point of view, the biggest differences so far. Kia the long ste Gerantie and better equipment like the Mazda Tucson to get a bit more expensive Mazda and the more modern engine, more economical and better passage. What were your reasons for the decision ?
