  • Disability discount at Hyundai Tucson 1.7 CRDi Classic?

Hey people, as is already easy to recognize, I am interested in the new Tucson as a diesel (1.7/116hp). Since I have a disability 100%, I once Googled if or how much discount there would be when buying a new car. Unfortunately I did not get reliable information about this. Maybe someone like this is handled here at Hyundai? Bzw. how much would there be at the Tucson (list price about 24000€)? A friend of mine bought an i10 today and he wu If you ask, he was told that there was nothing left to get there. Is that true? We were only surprised at the whole thing. Would be cool if someone knew more about it or even used this disability discount himself and could tell about it. Greetings and nice evening.

  • 6 gear manual or automatic

Hello did not think that I have to write the set ….”I’m new here” The new Tucson 2.0 CRDi 4WD Premium 185 hp has come into the near choice of my new business car. Currently I drive a Passat cc 17oPS TDI 6 gear manual gearbox, about 30Tkm/a partly with trailer. I would like to know your experience with the 6 gear manual transmission, positive as well as negative. My motivations why I don’t want an automatic at the moment: 1. Additional costs when buying 2. Additional costs when consuming 3. Max. train load is lower (where the Automatic is currently sufficient) Looking forward to your experience. LG

  • Tucson Premium Model 2015 RDS radio receives – NO INFO –

Hello all, I have an RDS radio in my Tucson Preminum instead of a DAB+Radio Normally the recorded information on an RDS radio from information like song name, performer, important events and warning messages that run as a flow test over the screen. Unfortunately, this is not always the case with my Tucson. Transmitters like RPR and FFH do not make any information appear on the screen. It just doesn’t come in. I have to say that these transmitters are in close range and from In my old cars, an info came in here. However, the radio in the display brings information from stations like SWR3 and HR3. Strange!!! With these stations, however, only after a certain time of operation an info comes in. Has any of you had similar experiences? My dealer thinks that this would be normal. He even showed it to me on similar models. With the sender-strong transmitters like FFH and RPR only NO INFO comes there. If RD So S wouldn’t be good enough for a normal radio.

  • Hyundai doesn’t find mistakes! What to do?

Hello, As I have already reported in another thread, I often have a clapping while steering. Now I was altogether 5 times at a Hyundai workshop without success and today I was also with another without success. Now I wanted to ask if there is a special workshop or specialists at Hyundai who are really looking for until a mistake is found. The problem with the normal contract workshops is that they are only out for profit and not looking for long. It would Also help me if someone with his Hyundai Tucson (from 2015) already had an exchange of the steering gear and/or the steering and could tell me where this was done. Thank you for your answers

  • Electric and fuel cell: Eco-Offensive at Hyundai

Seoul – Hyundai is planning an eco-offensive. By the end of the decade, there will therefore be a good dozen models with alternative drives from plug-in hybrids to pure electric vehicles to fuel cells. This was announced by the CEO of the company, Wonhee Lee, in Seoul. In addition to the Ioniq, which is already available with two hybrid configurations and e-drives, the small Kona off-road vehicle will play a key role, Lee continues. The Korean competitor of Opel Mokka or Renault Captur is scheduled to be sold as an electric vehicle next year, Lee announced. The range will then be around 400 kilometres. Hyundai also has concrete plans for the fuel cell. After the Koreans gained experience with an upgraded ix35, Toyota and Honda had recently passed by with series models. In 2018 the Koreans want to match the Japanese competition. Clarity will then also have a Hyundai series model developed specifically for the hydrogen drive around, Lee said. However, if the model should only exist in Korea at first, the Hyundai boss limited it. Source: dpa

  • Disappointing test drive with Hyundai ix35

Since many of them are so enthusiastic about SUV, we also wanted to get a picture of such a vehicle. The result is sobering, at least after an extensive test drive with the Hyundai ix 35: Only the entrance is a bit more pleasant. The seats themselves only medium size, too short support and in the back area a little too hard. Amature area gray in grey made of hard plastic. Somewhere it always pinches. Absolutely no feel-good atmosphere. You feel every pothole, every floor unevenness. Excessively loud a From 120 loud wind noises, as I don’t have them in my E-Class at 180. The view backwards miserable, you never know where the car ends. The 2 Ltr. petrol engine has fallen, nice strong. Consumption not measured but determined over 10 Ltr. Conclusion: The 1200 km I drove 2 weeks ago from the Atlantic to my home in a slide I would not do to myself with this uncomfortable swing steamer.

  • P0135

Hello, I’m new here, I’ve been stuttering a lot but I’m still not quite conclusive what’s going on with my car… I changed my ignition coils about two months ago after a defective one. Otherwise, actually no problems have had so far… Now I have more often the Mkl lights, error p0135. Sometimes also p0171was it comes after I think… My question is now, can it be that the spark plugs have not survived the change of ignition coils and therefore I have problems with the lambda? I checked the circuit for obvious errors, lmm should also be fine, obd does not show so vaguely, temperature sensors should be loud obd also fine. What I noticed now, when the engine has run warm, which jumps to kat probe conspicuously, which does not do when the engine is cold. First 15 minutes by car the probe moves constant around the 0.7v…. When the engine is warm, it jumps once from 0.3 to 0.9…. & sw The before kat always moves between 0.1 and 0.9 … that should actually be normal… I honestly don’t know anything anymore at the moment. I don’t have any money to spend it unnecessarily in the ws …. would rather find and fix the mistake yourself. Vlt it really is just a wackler, I would be happy, but how can I find out? If now someone thinks I should measure through, please explain exactly how…?? I can really do a lot, but that’s one thing that doesn’t want to be in m a head Thanks already once in advance

  • Never again Hyundai!

The following happened: In 2016 I bought a IX35 from the dealer in Munich, which was also the only previous owner and drove 6000 km on it, I another 25000. Now the Simmerring of the gearbox leaks and the oil runs on the clutch, which then slips through. The clutch is defective and has to be replaced. But the best thing is that Hyundai workshops do not bother and change the Simmerring, but install a new gearbox immediately!! The whole thing of course. What it costs is then told to me after the repair. There is no financial participation. If you ask google, the problem is already known to several people. I have found thereby transmission professionals, which already know this problem (the input shaft is wrongly processed ex factory) and have fixed this already more often. Kulanz from Hyundai, neither directly nor from the seller nor from the workshop can be forgotten, since I no longer have the great 5 year guarantee. It is logical that a car with broken gasket at 31000 km mileage is quite normal. Also a new transmission is constantly installed at such a mileage and the owner of the car pays the bill. The error can not be found by a layman. The error is known, only with Hyundai nobody knows it. I can only advise to buy a Hyundai. One is completely abandoned!

  • Tucson 132 hp vs 177 hp

Does anyone have a direct comparison between the 132 hp and the 177 hp gasoline engines in the Tucson? The trend is the only variant that offers both engines. Is the price difference of 2750€ only the engine 45 hp or is there more equipment installed? Was today at Hyundai and wanted to do a test drive spontaneously. Had only the big diesel but in 14 days I can drive the 177 hp.

  • Problem outside temperature IX35 Facelift

Hello, at the current temperatures (-12 C) is shown with me e.g. 4 C. The temepratur rises and falls also. So the feeler “feels” what. I thought if it are the Fahrenheit values, but with Celsius as symbol. It could be true. If I switch to Fahrenheit, it calculates the current value. Has anyone ever had the problem? 2. Question: Can someone sgaen me, where the feeler in the engine compartment of the 1.6 Facelift IX35 is ? possibly with a picture ? Thanks
