Moin. I know the topic has been around before, but it’s been going on since the 2 years, so the question is again. I’d like to buy a Kia Optima GT with the 2.0 litre gasoline engine with 245ps. I’m looking at EZ 2019 and has almost 90tkm. I’m especially interested in longevity and reliability and consumption on the road, etc. Maybe there are a few who would drive the car and share their experiences. I’ll say thank you.

Since I only have problems with my CC year 2012 and after 15 months the motor control light lights up, I decided to take legal action… Since car has seen more workshop than road and for the 2 times also water pump is broken,2 times already incandescent candles has been changed and once control unit from the glow plugs. Various cable/wire harness which is also for the 2 times broken.. in the end it was still said, my AGR valve is only changed, if I the new e Diesel software play on it and this itself numbers .. After a long fight with the dealer, I threatened with criminal charges and that I turn to the boss in Berlin … After a few hours came the call, I should let it be that they want to avoid such a thing .. I can search for myself up to 15000 € a new car and they try it with the bank that I can exchange it. The VW CC has been financed, now they want to practically, if I have understood it so correctly, to the Ban k the replacement pay for it and give me a new car. Hi everybody, the classic. I drive a Kia Optima JF SW 1.7 Crdi. Since yesterday the combi indicator spins and all the lamps are on. Tyre pressure control, servo (partially off) then ESP , EPB Abs, today the airbag lamp has briefly approached. Reversal meter spins briefly and completely off. As well as the speed and temperature. The mileage is also no longer. Does anyone have an idea or already the phenomenon? It started 4 weeks ago when it rained and was there. nn away again. Since yesterday permanent. Hello people! In this thread I would like to discuss the general satisfaction/minority/problems with vehicles of the brand KIA. As is well known, I bought a Ceed, BJ 2019 (as a new vehicle) recently, and would have liked to know how people are so satisfied in the long term, or if there is something that makes problems or is generally “typical KIA”. In various car magazines there are tests with the title “long-term test” or “100,000 kilometers”, but these are mostly only over 1 year. I would have liked to have asked for a longer period of time! e.g. processing/lacquer/rust/driving behaviour etc…. With 7 years warranty you would have to have nothing strange to fear purely theoretically?! Look forward to a factual discussion and wish a nice Easter weekend!

Hey guys, I was at the kia dealer’s today, and I was criticized for the shadow in the field of sight. I was immediately tried to help, it was tried to adjust the dipped light, the remote light can’t be set. Result setting correct, but shadows still there…a leader was used as a reference and see, even the facelift 2019er has this beam!! So I was told that it’s probably like that at Kia… I was on the phone with kia Germany, the problem is known and This shadow is supposed to be reduced by attitude, but it doesn’t go completely away. That’s stupid and disappointing.

It’s about the 2.0 SW GT Optima with 245 ps .. got me quite gucked into the car but now the question is how much km are ok ? the kfz what I anviesere is Bj 2017 with full equipment incl. removable AHK . 8 times tired .. km stood 99000 .. and the price should 1920€ his check booklet at Kia and still guarantee until 05.2024 There are many cars that have 20tds less then abr also about 3000 -500€ more expensive are there question ic h me whether it pays so much more to invest for 20000 km ! Hey people, today at noon I’m going to go out and run to the car and see that someone drove me in, of course nothing left behind…. The damage is not sooo big, but nevertheless it’s a new kind of vehicle. I have about 8cm long dents and paint remnants. Even from far away you can see it extremely, I thought polish it out but no chance. So I’m a kia dealer and he makes me a quote now, kotflügel Ecke is painted, the door is completely changed for security reasons, m a rim also has a scratch. Now it is even called track measurement plus. Mies :/ I want to ask the insurance now how much would cost me the downgrading or I have it painted myself.

Hello KIA municipality ! Maybe this question has already been asked here in different variants, but to my question I could not find an answer. Our small family stands before the purchase decision to purchase a KIA Cee ́d Sporty Wagon (or another). We really like the SW and it is in the short choice. We compare already a while (also with other brands) and are now very uncertain. Originally we had to the company MTW in Essen but after the press about insolvency and what you can read in the forums, we are very unsure if we should accept the offer that we got there. We have too much fear that we will be torn into something. But that’s not the real reason for this thread. After MTW went intosolvent, we looked around for alternatives in the vicinity and then came across other providers. Among other things, also a company (car dealership) Wiedemeyer in Wetter near Hagen) the EU offer new vehicles which are partly considerably cheaper than the ones offered by the KIA dealers. We have, as said, shot on the SW and decided the equipment variant EX. The engine size 1.4 would actually suffice us. Now the said dealer offers such vehicles in partly significantly higher equipment, than those of the KIA dealers. We are unsure, because although we offer every equipment feature with the EX equipment We assume (please correct me if I am wrong!) that the vehicles for the German market have a certain equipment and this varies from country to country. Are there details to be observed ? For example, technical things that are not required abroad, but are a must in the German TüV and in these EU new vehicles are not available. Is it possible to define this? Does anyone have experience with such a purchase and what can be saved? Where are the advantages? And last but not least: does Elvis live? 🙂 Greetings Jonas

Hello dear KIA-community! I would like to turn to the Optima-employee in particular: When buying I had not even paid attention to it, or for some time now not thought about it… at some point it came to mind again. According to the brochure Optima from platinum or also in GT-Line, GT and PHEV have an ambience lighting as standard with it… now I ask myself, of course, where this ambience lighting is. Have already searched all the menus in my PHEV and also the I … but unfortunately I won’t find out. Has someone already wondered the same thing or maybe even figured out what it is about? Perhaps with an explanation where that is and how to get it started.

Hello people am new in this forum. With the hope that someone can help me! I bought a new car with great pleasure the Kia Sportage 2.0 Diesel the joy stopped right up to that moment, that I got into the car and my IPhone4 did not log into the system. Then called the Kia customer service and the nice consultant said with me please read the instructions! After 2 months he believed that the system hung up constantly and I got a new device. After exactly 1300 km I heard grinding noises from the rear storage. 1 month later I put in the first gear, and the car dopste correctly forward. Zidate the workshop “coupling separates” not only after 4 weeks I got an appointment!! Car was a day in the workshop the complete clutch kit was replaced (of which I am not convinced) fetched the car drove off 130km came into a traffic jam and into a stop&go traffic at half kicked clutch in the first gear The car started to hop like a wild rabbit!!!! Outback storage still grinds. In the first passage my rabbit continues to hop afterwards I drove again to the KIA workshop and they told me that this was completely normal. After I had to become a little louder and did not want to be declared stupid I asked him to drive one of the 2 cars he had there to stand this sample. To his astonishment these cars had not this symtom I must be glad that the r Master has agreed to replace the mass swing wheel even though the car still has 6.5 years warranty. Is that normal at KIA? Does anyone have experience? The car has now 9000 km worth it to turn on a lawyer?? LG one who never gives KIA a chance again.
