Hello, I’m new here, I hope I’ve landed in the right area. My question would be, I bought myself a Kia Pro Ceed 126 Ps sports package, best equipment variant, Alu rims etc.pp for 18.800 almost 7 years ago. I have meanwhile about 65 000 km down and I wonder for weeks, months what would be more meaningful. Since I am no expert ubd me each to something else advises times my question. Makes it more sense to sell ( annual driving performance about 10 000km ) and again a new similar models are at Mobile.de between 6500 and 7500 Euro. That would be good bread for a down payment that the car still brings up to date. So far I had nothing on the car( except wear parts new brake pads ), but I absolutely don’t know when about shock absorbers, clutch etc just the expensive repairs occur. Does it make sense in my case to sell the car, for a new or can I P without having to put in much money. However, then the car is hardly worth any more and I am afraid that I have put too much into it, get nothing for the car and then would have driven it better now to get a new one. Is there maybe such a rule of thumb because everyone really tells me something else? Hope you understand my problem.

Hello my dear car lovers! I bought a KIA Ceed 1.6 cvvt about 4 months ago. When buying this 99,000km now it is 105000km. The purchase took place by private. The car was converted to auto gas at about 30,000. At a spontaneous check under the bonnet a few weeks ago I noticed the following: – at first the cooling water tank was almost empty – on the oil cap a brown / yellowish slime formed – and also on the oil measuring rod is this Schle In the to find a huge shock for me, because that means that cooling water enters the combustion chamber and thus either the cylinder head seal or the head itself leaks. New cars with daily registration in Sweden (km-Stand 0) and I was informed in the offer:First registration: 27.6.2014, warranty start: 2 June 7, 2014 Year of construction 03/2014 After purchase, I bought a German manual (for my vehicle) about KIA dealer on site for 70 gross – but no service booklet. Now the first service is due soon (current KM stand approx. 27.000) In the course of the service preparation I bought a German service booklet (for my vehicle) (only a Swedish one was included – which should be normal) for about 70 gross again about KIA dealer on site. Now I have found that the Schw Edische Serviceheft is probably not completely completed (see picture). Do I now still claim that my dealer enters the missing information legally (for the guarantee)? Current KM about 65,000, took it from the family from the 1st hand in January. In the cold condition one hears a sound when touring up and down, below is a link to a video, we The noise disappears completely as soon as the car is at operating temperature or only turns to 600upm in idle mode. Kia has detected a control chain defect and changed the control chain with all the attachments on guarantee, otherwise everything is fine according to Kia. However, the change did not bring any improvement from the noise. Does one of you also have this noise? (Is it even normal?) times when it’s cold???) or someone’s guess what else to try?
