In my Xceed I have, just like other owners of the same vehicle type, 3 consumption or average consumption indicators. 2 of them in the digital cockpit, 1 after you turn off the vehicle and turn off the engine. None of the 3 has a realistic display and comes in accordance with the calculated consumption, tanked liters x 100 : driven km. All 3 show different values with up to 0.6 liters deviation in both directions. Is there a possibility to adapt this display to calibrate or to calibrate?

As a former Optima driver, I still follow (especially because I really like the ProCeed) a little bit of what happened in the Kia area. A few days ago I looked at the current infos about the ProCeed and then also about the Ceed and was a little scared. Apparently, the ventilated seats are no longer available, neither at the ProCeed nor at the Ceed, no matter in which equipment line. And the park assistant is only available in very few equipment lines (in the Pr oCeed e.g. only with GT – but not with GT-Line, or was it the other way around?). I hope I just missed something on the somewhat confusing side with the equipment? Otherwise I would find this really very bad, because I don’t want to miss both equipments with the car anymore (and will).

Hello, I’ve already read/read some tests and videos on the internet but there are still a few topics open. The tests always start from the best model with the top equipment and automatic transmissions. I find these tests always a little misleading because the consumer will be interested in such equipment in the rarer cases. The vehicle would be quite expensive in the final price. I am interested in the Spirit version, 140 hp gasoline, hand switch including Navi and Xclu siv package and the color carrara white. How does a manual circuit feel in the Kia? Is this crisp compared to a Mazda CX30 or rather spongy and cheap? Is the carra white a recommended color compared to deluxe white? Is it worth the extra charge? Do you have experience with the X Ceed and the Mazda CX 30? The Mazda is a little expensive, but I feel it is more valuable from the interior. Only the engine seems to be a lamer but more economical variant at Mazda. How do you feel about the quality of the Kia vehicles? Can they keep up with Mazda or do you really have to fear that they will fall apart after 7 years? I was a Mazda driver before and must say that I never had any problems with the vehicles. Only the brake discs I never really liked with the vehicles.

I have seen that there are already a few threads on the topic of paint damage, but I would like to post mine here again. Yesterday when washing I saw that on the front right at the front apron the paint peels off. I used a high-pressure cleaner before the laundry, but kept a distance of 20 to 30 cm. Very annoying. Is there someone here who has already had a similar paint damage done over the warranty? I don’t think it’s normal for a nine-month-old garage car to do this. I still have a 20-year-old Opel Astra standing here, the paint has never been peeled off.

I would like to paint the exhaust panels on my Kia ProCeed GT black and dismantle them for processing. Are the apertures glued or plugged? Would not like to dismantle the whole tail and would be very grateful for your experiences. In addition, I would be interested to know if anyone has experiences with deck collar t on the aperture (fg. Chrome), has long-term testing or preparatory work. Would the chrome naturally clean, sand and degrease for maximum adhesion. For safety I use heat-resistant spray paint especially for the exhaust, even if the aperture has not become really hot even during longer trips up to now. Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Hey everybody! First of all sorry if this is in the wrong subforum, unfortunately I found nothing suitable. So I had to have a somewhat more unpleasant experience with my Kia Ceed today. In the middle of the road I went out of the engine and just didn’t go on. I was lucky that someone pushed me into a less busy road. From there I had to call the ADAC and let me help. I tried to start the engine again and again. It was strange, after the employee of the ADAC was there and I was supposed to show him the problem, everything went back as usual. He then accompanied me the last few kilometers to the destination, but could not tell me what the reason was. Mistake was also without result. Sunday I drive back home, but now I’m a little afraid to stay on the highway. Does any of you have any idea what the problem might be? Maybe hil The information that I drove today from one traffic jam into the next so often had to roll in the first or second gear. Also it happens more often that in the first or second gear at low speed the car jerks strangely, so I would drive in a carriage. Hello, I have been buying a Kia XCeed Spirit 1.4 L 140Ps automatic (new car) for about 2 weeks. I bought the parking aid front as a special equipment in the Spirit equipment not series. Now I noticed that the parking aid front is only beeped but not displayed in the display, when driving forward to an obstacle it shows optically nothing and only beeps and when driving backwards it shows the image of the rear camera and next to it the car with the optical parking aid (see picture) I have already tried to activate it manually via the button on the selector lever, but that didn’t work either. According to the manual, it should also display it visually at the front. (see picture) In the settings I also found nothing that you have to activate it first. Colleagues who have a ProCeed from 2019 and another one a Ceed SW from 2020 told me and also showed by image that it is optically displayed at the front. Is the normal with the XCeed, o he messed with the car dealership and simply retrofitted the parking aid at the front and the operating system just doesn’t fit? Autumn is getting closer and I’m looking for suitable winter tyres for my car. It’s a Kia XCeed 1.6 in white. I’ve already got an offer from the Kia dealer, but I’m not sure which color would fit best to my white XCeed. The rims at the dealer’s are in black, grey and silver, have attached photos. Is this even possible with the new Kia Navis? Since I already drive relatively much I pay attention to the prices and always try to find the cheapest petrol station nearby.
