However, only with the 7 year warranty, so without 7 years inspection and naviupdate. I would be happy about a few well-founded statements from you. Hello, since last year I bought a Kia Cee’d (built in 2013) and had it retrofitted with a Prins (with additive supply) gas drive. So far everything goes well. However, there are 3 things that disturb me: 1.) The engine control light goes on and off arbitrarily. I heard that it lights up all the time with some. But in irregular stops on and on, is that normal? 2.) The display of the “km how far I can still drive until I should refuel”. In the end there are “—— km” on the display and the petrol tank is still half full. 3.) I get off and when the gas drive is off. This ! lights up permanently. Tank is full and additive is still available. What can be the reason. Statement of my workshop: This is all normal, I would still be privigilated. In others the engine control light would shine permanently and the mentioned display would not work at all. What do you say, is this really like this or is talking to yourself d He workshop here only out. Would for example another ECU help? Hello together, for 2 weeks we have our new ceed (1.4 SW GT-Line, switch) and so far we are also very satisfied. However, I personally can not see any real benefit of the active lane stop assistant. I have to say that we drive to 80% of the country road. Sometimes he does not recognize the track, although the road is flawless, then he recognizes one where not even I can really see strokes on the road. But the worst thing is that here we land roads without middle line and it often happens that the assistant wants to steer into the middle of the road – what I think is quite dangerous at over 100km/h. Somehow it only bothers me while driving. Sure, in an emergency situation it could prevent worse, but now I deactivate it immediately. Is the system really only good for the highway to use, or do I do something wrong?

Hello all, my XCeed is from 07-2020 has now about 16000km down. Now I’ve seen that there are cracks and abrasions on the steering wheel at the bottom left. And that’s where I usually don’t hold the steering wheel. That can’t be normal that the steering wheel is so worn out after 11 months or what do you think about it? I haven’t had anything like that in any of my cars (no Kias). I don’t use hand creams and I haven’t treated the steering wheel with any means. Garan ie / guarantee case?

In my Xceed I have, just like other owners of the same vehicle type, 3 consumption or average consumption indicators. 2 of them in the digital cockpit, 1 after you turn off the vehicle and turn off the engine. None of the 3 has a realistic display and comes in accordance with the calculated consumption, tanked liters x 100 : driven km. All 3 show different values with up to 0.6 liters deviation in both directions. Is there a possibility to adapt this display to calibrate or to calibrate?

As a former Optima driver, I still follow (especially because I really like the ProCeed) a little bit of what happened in the Kia area. A few days ago I looked at the current infos about the ProCeed and then also about the Ceed and was a little scared. And the park assistant is only available in very few equipment lines (in the Pr oCeed e.g. only with GT – but not with GT-Line, or was it the other way around?). I hope I just missed something on the somewhat confusing side with the equipment? The tests always start from the best model with the top equipment and automatic transmissions. I find these tests always a little misleading because the consumer will be interested in such equipment in the rarer cases. The vehicle would be quite expensive in the final price. I am interested in the Spirit version, 140 hp gasoline, hand switch including Navi and Xclu siv package and the color carrara white. How does a manual circuit feel in the Kia? Is this crisp compared to a Mazda CX30 or rather spongy and cheap? Is the carra white a recommended color compared to deluxe white? Is it worth the extra charge? Do you have experience with the X Ceed and the Mazda CX 30? The Mazda is a little expensive, but I feel it is more valuable from the interior. Only the engine seems to be a lamer but more economical variant at Mazda. How do you feel about the quality of the Kia vehicles? Can they keep up with Mazda or do you really have to fear that they will fall apart after 7 years? I was a Mazda driver before and must say that I never had any problems with the vehicles. Only the brake discs I never really liked with the vehicles.

I have seen that there are already a few threads on the topic of paint damage, but I would like to post mine here again. Yesterday when washing I saw that on the front right at the front apron the paint peels off. I used a high-pressure cleaner before the laundry, but kept a distance of 20 to 30 cm. Very annoying. Is there someone here who has already had a similar paint damage done over the warranty? I don’t think it’s normal for a nine-month-old garage car to do this. I still have a 20-year-old Opel Astra standing here, the paint has never been peeled off.

Would not like to dismantle the whole tail and would be very grateful for your experiences. In addition, I would be interested to know if anyone has experiences with deck collar t on the aperture (fg. Chrome), has long-term testing or preparatory work. Would the chrome naturally clean, sand and degrease for maximum adhesion. For safety I use heat-resistant spray paint especially for the exhaust, even if the aperture has not become really hot even during longer trips up to now. Thank you in advance for your feedback!
