  • Michelin Pilot Sport 4

Hello guys, would like to ask me how satisfied or dissatisfied you have been with the series tyres of the Proceed GT since. Mine make noises in tight curves as if I had stones in the profile. Left as well as right identical. Straight run no problems. Air pressure I drive 2.6 bar. Running performance so far ridiculous 60 kilometers, so brand new. I would be very happy about your opinions.

  • Outside noises in the ProCeed can be heard strongly

I have the feeling that the sounds from the outside are quite strong in the inside or does that seem to me just like that? I hear bird chirping, playing children and other cars are somehow hard to hear when driving by. I had a C-Class W204 BJ in front of my Kia. In 2007 I didn’t hear anything in there.

  • Offers Proceed GT

Hello together, here you can discuss about the offers what Kia offers. Since here some very different offers (percentually) I would like to read your experience. With me was: List price 36,000 – discount maximum 5300 Euro can no longer be possible. That can not be. No addition, no interest in the sale nothing. Although I had already made signs of the purchase. So if someone can recommend me a Kia dealer who likes to go into the details and gladly verka he may recommend me for his own use. With me it only depends on the price or additional like winter bikes etc.

  • Are you satisfied with your Proceed (GT) and would you buy another ???

Hello guys, as some of you already know, I want to get a Proceed GT. Next week is a test drive. It only depends now on whether with electric seat or better without being big. A panoramic roof / glass roof definitely does not come into question because I do not fit in otherwise. My question of thread is addressed to those who already drive a Proceed. How satisfied are you with the car ? I have in some threads here already of annoying flaws or verar This makes you uncomfortable, of course, if you want to buy a new car and after a few weeks or months you start to hear it creak or crack somewhere ect. !!! I’ve never driven a Korean before, but I can’t find anything else for price/performance. In addition, the cars (especially the Proceed GT in my eyes) look really great! So now you’re in demand, how do you stand with your Proceeds or it can also be people with you. their Kia models of the newer generation ( starting from 2019 ). Are you enthusiastic or rather dissatisfied? I would be happy about as many answers as possible. Wish you all a nice Sunday

  • kia Ceed gt

Hello dear community, Now I drive my old pro ceed ED (10 years) just under 6 years(without big problems) and arrived at a point where a new car has to come from. I fell in love with the ceed gt facelift and would like to buy it. My budget is at 20,000€. Now my question: At my kia dealer one of the new costs 25,000€. My consideration was to buy a demonstration car for the said 20,000€. Is my budget realistic? Would you buy a demonstration car? Gib How would you start the sales interview? Should I call my budget right away? This is my first car purchase in a car dealership and look a little helpless looking forward to your answers. Love greet David

  • Brake behaviour Adaptive cruise control

Hello together I have been driving my new ProCeed GT for about two weeks now and often use the adaptive cruise control on the motorway. However, I haven’t really looked through the behavior of the cruise control yet. There is a relatively detailed view where the front vehicle and the distance are also shown. There you can also see the distance you have set in the form of beams. I now thought that exactly these beams will be kept when the front vehicle slows down. According to the display in the cockpit, however, a larger distance is often kept, which I find basically ok. Bloss a bit confusing. Every now and then a car drives me into the safety distance and then the car is also “shown in the beam and the cruiser delayed. I would now be interested whether someone has made observations, in which cases also actually braked. On a country road on an evening I could beob in the rearview mirror Beware that “I’ve been braking for a long time. It wouldn’t have been necessary there. I care about a smooth driving and the brakes should be used as rarely as possible on the highway or on the road, but ideally only gas should be taken away. What are your experiences?

  • Proceed GT 2020: Curvy highway makes life difficult for assistants

Hi, drive almost 200km of highway every day. This is very curvy and I noticed the following on several rides: – If I set Cruise at a point distance and the steering assistant is switched on, the car is sometimes difficult to orient itself. I have the feeling of the steering assistant is always more oriented towards the right strip, which makes a ride on the left track sometimes adventurous, because it just drives far too far right for my feeling. Now the question e: are there settings that you can hit so that it doesn’t drive so far to the right? 2. is there a cruise control that doesn’t care about distance and road assistant? So to speak, a stupid cruise control that just keeps the speed. I’m always 100% with the thought of driving anyway, would like to steer myself and find that the system warns me too late if I should change track if the car comes too close to me. Often the car slows down early and I have to go back to speed again. Take in integrity to overtake left. Hold me strictly to the right-hander’s bid.

  • Strange behaviour of the alarm system after empty vehicle battery

Hello, It’s about a Ceed JD SW, where the battery was empty. So it was removed, charged and reinstalled. Before it was removed, the vehicle was opened manually with the key, as well as again for installation. From now on, the flashing behaviour changes when the vehicle was closed with the remote control. Before the incident with the battery, the flashers signaled after using the remote control with 1x flashing that the system is sharp and the vehicle is closed. The switch will not open for a while, but it will light up for a while in the centre console of the pushbuttons for the manual locking of the vehicle and then go out. This will take 30 -60 seconds. In between, the vehicle will give an audible locking pulse to the doors again. If I press the flashers 1x again on the remote control, the opening by remote control will always be confirmed by 2x flashing. That’s normal. Does anyone have an idea why the system doesn’t more automatically sharp and flashes 1x when closing? Greetings Robert
