Dear knowledgeer, according to information about setting/activation of day-km counters, there is something in the manual of the infotainment about it. I did not have such a manual with the new car purchased in Oct.20. Is there any such manual? Or are there any other clues as to how to adjust. The hints in the manual of the Ceed, (thick rind) starting in Chapter 4-80, do not help me either. Thought so earlier that one has a button to put at the beginning, if one had fuelled. O who otherwise wanted to use the day-km counter in between. Does someone have a helpful tip for this? Thank you in advance EMWE1100

Hello all, I have now switched to a Ceed GT (BJ 2017) (see picture) – is also really fun the little but the Bastuck ex factory is sound-technically a disappointment (not even completely made of stainless steel). Can someone please tell me if a plant from Kat or only the ESD were changed if you have put a hook in the sports exhaust? Am I thinking about buying the associated Bastuck VSD but that only fits, of course, even if the connection tube of Bastuck is. b unfortunately no lift here. Thank you! Best regards and nice weekend

Hello together, since April I am the owner of the new Kia Ceed_sw. I am quite happy with the vehicle (previously Opel) as well as the processing. What bothers me uncanny are the loud rolling noise of the tires. Funny way only on the rear wheels and depending on the road surface quite different. Who has the same experience and am I here alone.

Hello together! I’ve always been in a “1a” workshop with me around the corner. My KIA dealer with workshop is 30 kilometers away and that’s personal too far for the customer service. My workshop also works with my KIA dealer. I.e. if he doesn’t get along or needs to know something, then he calls there or drives the car himself and checks it. My workshop always fills in the full synthetic oil 5W-40. That was actually always a good idea for me. n Dorn in the eye but now that you mention it*, I’m quiet again 😉 No I really can’t complain. I know that it is not like to be heard here and I can also like messages like: “Why do you buy a car with functions that you don’t like?” etc. Please only answers from people who know themselves and want to help me. It’s about the following I have to drive very often short distances, don’t even say 1 KM! But I also have my entire equipment with me very often: “Notebook with printer and paper documents” I put these out of convenience(un d that’s exactly what it’s all about) on the passenger seat. Now I would have to strap on the dummy belt every time! I can put the equipment down on the floor or in the trunk! I also don’t want to have the belt constantly strapped on and also buy no buckle. So I checked if I can solve this myself somehow and noticed that a cable goes away from the strapping thing and goes directly into a box under the passenger seat (with the driver exactly the same thing about it). hts not!), here would be a way to plug exactly this cable (it is a Klip plug as it is found in many electronic devices). Now the crucial question: Since on this box there is also airbag on it and two more cables go away one (thick) into the car electronics and one in the side airbag of the seat(thin), I am not sure if I can just complete this. Hello, I don’t know if I’m right here, but I’m asking my question now: I have the following problem: Last week I was at the 4-year customer service/inspection with 51300 km. So everything was ok, ONLY I was told that: – the brakes front and rear, so complete brake cheeks AND disks are broken – BEING internal track rods have been knocked out. My question now: HOW can this be with 50000 km??????? 2 years ago with 26000 km bought used!) BUT how can it be in the short time that both internal track rods have been knocked out and also the brake discs are defective??? Do I have a chance to get accommodating from Kia kulantlich??? The inspection was made on 23.05.2013. It is here a Kia Ceed 2.0 ED Ez 22.01.2009, used bought in August 2011 with 26000 km. It is an automatic transmission and otherwise the car is top in schus s!!! I have not driven any terrain or extremely uneven routes such as forest paths or the like!!!! Anyone might know a advice for me????? Hello, would like to buy me a new car in the near future, now the question is on which. Would like to be a station wagon, cheap, inexpensive in maintenance, nice rich equipment and reliable. I would have chosen now: Hyundai i40cw (5-Star) and Kia ceed SW (DreamTeam). Stand still at the beginning, did not catch up with any test drive or offers, but would like to know in advance what you think of the two. Among my preferences with the car is technic schnicksc hnack, the more the better. Despite different classes, the two do not take much of the trunk volume. Hello all, I had my Kia Ceed 1.6 SW petrol engine the days for inspection. Among other things, the brakes were made completely new at the rear and the spark plugs were replaced. Car has EZ March 2010 and about 67,000 km down. How are your experiences? I bought the car used and of course do not know how the two predecessors drove with it. Nevertheless, I would not have thought that after the mileage these parts had to be changed already. Opinion or experience.
