Hello community today I was able to experience a super service from Kia. On 13.07 I ordered a new XCeed 1.4TDGi in Quantum Yellow via a dealer. This should have been delivered in mid-September. Today I got the call from my dealer that the factory in Slovakia or Kia has informed him that the vehicle in this variant (1.4 & Quantum Yellow) is no longer manufactured since 08.07.. On demand why it is still available in the system and nowhere is a share The problem now is that this car is available in Österrich exactly 2x and they already have an interested party or buyer. That’s what Kia was trying to contact if it was somehow possible, answer was about: “Tja pech had, there are enough other colors to choose from. But exactly the Quantum Yellow as I find it makes this car special. The other colors unfortunately do not appeal to me at all. My dealer is now trying to somehow to come to this vehicle in another version. However, did not give me much hope. Feel a little messed up and I’m pretty disappointed about it… Someone can already have such an experience?

Hello, I have taken the Kia Ceed as new car or day registration into the short choice. At the moment I have two options, which I would like to look closer at. Once the 1.0 T-GDI with PDC is at 14,250€ and the 1.4 liter version is at 13,400 € both EU-imports. Seems to be both quite decent offers. That the turbo more splashy is obvious. Unfortunately I will not be able to drive both. What experiences do you have with the Ceed in ? What do you have? for experience with the 7 year warranty ? Supposedly the inspections should be free ? Hello, last week someone drove me into the car when I was shopping. The left side is damaged. The headlights and the fog lights have been damaged and these have to be renewed. No note on the car, according to the police no one has seen or reported anything. I drive a KIA Ceed JD (1260/ACV) from 2013. And I need now said left headlights and left fog lights new. At KIA itself these are certainly very expensive. Since I’m at the moment I don’t know which ones I have installed at the moment, but I think these are the original ones of KIA. Hello Slowly my car really annoys me. I for 6 weeks the XCEED. About my problems with the increased air pressure at pickup, the crooked plastic cover at the tailgate and the failed repair I had reported. In addition, since the beginning of the R gang. This was almost fixed. Only very rarely goes in the 2nd attempt. You set the circuit again. Now it happened to me yesterday already for the 3rd time that I wanted to start the car and the inserted But the lever was completely fixed. Only in the 4th attempt I got the neutral position. Not without power but not brutally. When driving it switches normally. No scratching and squeaking. I think the workshop is going to crash. Just like me soon. In the net one reads there with the symptoms of gear damage. The XCEED is such a nice car. But that’s just annoying. Oh yes. The track was also delayed at delivery. Fixed 😉

Unfortunately, when I was looking for a PDF manual in which I could search faster than in the paper edition (with a poor index), I did not find out in the net. What I found is definitely a bit older (old KIA logo). So I wanted to ask you about it. , if someone knows where to download the manual in electronic form (and by that I don’t mean http://webmanual.kia.com/STD_GEN5W/AVNT/EU/German/index.html ). In the supplied user manual, only a QR code is included to the Navi, with which you can then get to the above page. I would be interested, for example, if you can configure that a speech message interrupts the media playback when navigating instead of letting it run quieter. For radio and music is that’s all right, as it is; but for the playback of audiobooks I would rather the audiobook be stopped before the next navigation announcement comes. Besides, the last navigation announcement comes very short (20m), before you have to turn, if necessary, while the penultimate is already 300m before. Can you influence it? Hello together, I have recently become aware of the Procced GT / GT Line … a very nice car …. “..for a Kia …” 🙂 Design can now … Am currently looking for a new car and because of the Proceed became aware of Kia for the first time. Conditions I could get / use very good .. However, “disturbing” me a detail extraordinary: the Keyless-Go system … it is installed as standard and one hears meanwhile some about increasing theft rates w egen Interception of radio signals of the keys (possibly with range extension) … Did I quickly calculate the insurance rates and am somewhat surprised / scared like “high” / “price” the classifications are for a big city …. A VW GTI eg (without Keyless) is significantly cheaper ? Has anyone thought about the Keyless-Go system ? Does anyone have information / experience with the radio signals ? ADAC and Co. have many manufacturers or their systems classified as “unsafe”. Only recently Ford responded and announced in a short time to improve the keyless system and equip the keys with a so-called resting sensor …. as soon as a few seconds no “movement” (e.g. drop off at home) is registered, the key switches off the signal …

Hey, wanted to ask a few questions about your opinion here. Unfortunately I missed a small raised step when turning back at a blind spot today. Now I have demoted my rim and probably scraped the tire. Do you mean the rim can be repaired? I have no idea what is possible here, since I have never dealt with it. The rim costs original at Kia around 800 Euro and at a second manufacturer (original replica) 400+. At least the car dealer has these prices to me n year ago t. I then got the Ceed GT rims needed here in the forum. My insurance broker clarifies by tomorrow whether new tyres (should probably 2) would be covered by the insurance and what it looks like with my classification. As far as I know, there are no steps with my comprehensive (Austria VLV) and the liability is not possible anyway. Otherwise I have a free damage, which I do not necessarily want to use for such a thing. Will probably be a question whether the self retention is worthwhile or not t. 🙁 LG

The large navigator in my Kia Ceed GTline Mj23 does not show any traffic information. No traffic jams, no alternative routes. Nix. Whether I turn on traffic information in the settings does not make any difference. Unfortunately, this makes the navigator little usable. Had problems to activate Kia connect at first, but Workshop fixed this. Don’t see any error messages but information doesn’t come in. Does anyone have an idea?
