Hello Ceedfahrer, since my Ceed is a long-term project, I changed the manual transmission oil at 124,000/6 years times and that was necessary/meaningful: the broth was olive green, with streaks but without chips. Lt. KIA you only have to change with “increased load” at 100,000 km but since I want to drive >200,000 km / 10 years with the Ceed, it was worth me the 15€ for 75W-85 GL4 (KIA wanted 90€).

Since the LED back flap lighting from KIA is simply too expensive for me, I decided to rebuild it myself. More than 90€, without mounting, for 2 LED projectors, cables and some small stuff is already heavy. Hello, I bought a used Kia cee’d sw 1.6 GDI (Dream-Team Edition) about 4 weeks ago. The car has an EZ of 05/2013 and has now run about 16,000 km. Unfortunately I find the clutch very difficult. During the test drive (Landstraße) I did not notice that yet, but now in the traffic jam everyday this is very annoying. Especially in the stop-and-go traffic you notice afterwards in the left leg how much power you had to use to keep the clutch pedal down. Then I switch to other cars (e.g. Volkswagen Golf, Hyundai i20 etc.), almost push the clutch pedal through the bottom sheet. Otherwise the clutch (pressure point, grinding, noises) is fine. I was already at the Kia dealer and could first check even with a new cee’d that the clutch is easier there. After having made a test drive with our cee’d, he said that the clutch would be a bit heavier, since otherwise everything would be ok, It could not guarantee that it would be better afterwards. Due to the wear, the clutch would become more difficult over time. The whole thing is all the more annoying, since the cee’d should actually become a family car, which also drives my wife. With the heavy clutch, it is understandably not particularly pleased with the car. Has someone had similar experiences? How could one remedy it? Is it possible to find a solution? ht am Ausrücklager? Hello community today I was able to experience a super service from Kia. On 13.07 I ordered a new XCeed 1.4TDGi in Quantum Yellow via a dealer. This should have been delivered in mid-September. Today I got the call from my dealer that the factory in Slovakia or Kia has informed him that the vehicle in this variant (1.4 & Quantum Yellow) is no longer manufactured since 08.07.. On demand why it is still available in the system and nowhere is a share The problem now is that this car is available in Österrich exactly 2x and they already have an interested party or buyer. That’s what Kia was trying to contact if it was somehow possible, answer was about: “Tja pech had, there are enough other colors to choose from. But exactly the Quantum Yellow as I find it makes this car special. The other colors unfortunately do not appeal to me at all. My dealer is now trying to somehow to come to this vehicle in another version. However, did not give me much hope. Feel a little messed up and I’m pretty disappointed about it… Someone can already have such an experience?

Hello, I have taken the Kia Ceed as new car or day registration into the short choice. At the moment I have two options, which I would like to look closer at. Once the 1.0 T-GDI with PDC is at 14,250€ and the 1.4 liter version is at 13,400 € both EU-imports. Seems to be both quite decent offers. That the turbo more splashy is obvious. Unfortunately I will not be able to drive both. What experiences do you have with the Ceed in ? What do you have? for experience with the 7 year warranty ? Supposedly the inspections should be free ? Hello, last week someone drove me into the car when I was shopping. The left side is damaged. The headlights and the fog lights have been damaged and these have to be renewed. No note on the car, according to the police no one has seen or reported anything. I drive a KIA Ceed JD (1260/ACV) from 2013. And I need now said left headlights and left fog lights new. At KIA itself these are certainly very expensive. Since I’m at the moment I don’t know which ones I have installed at the moment, but I think these are the original ones of KIA. Hello Slowly my car really annoys me. I for 6 weeks the XCEED. About my problems with the increased air pressure at pickup, the crooked plastic cover at the tailgate and the failed repair I had reported. In addition, since the beginning of the R gang. This was almost fixed. Only very rarely goes in the 2nd attempt. You set the circuit again. Now it happened to me yesterday already for the 3rd time that I wanted to start the car and the inserted But the lever was completely fixed. Only in the 4th attempt I got the neutral position. Not without power but not brutally. When driving it switches normally. No scratching and squeaking. I think the workshop is going to crash. Just like me soon. In the net one reads there with the symptoms of gear damage. The XCEED is such a nice car. But that’s just annoying. Oh yes. The track was also delayed at delivery. Fixed 😉

In the supplied user manual, only a QR code is included to the Navi, with which you can then get to the above page. I would be interested, for example, if you can configure that a speech message interrupts the media playback when navigating instead of letting it run quieter. For radio and music is that’s all right, as it is; but for the playback of audiobooks I would rather the audiobook be stopped before the next navigation announcement comes. Besides, the last navigation announcement comes very short (20m), before you have to turn, if necessary, while the penultimate is already 300m before. Can you influence it?
