Hello dear Kia fans!!! I would probably like to get a Kia Ceed LGP with a capacity of 2 liters. What experiences have you already made with the Ceed? I find the conversion almost 3000 € for the “Liter engine already quite expensive, what do you think about it? I would also like to know how the quality and processing is, or whether the insurance is quite expensive… How satisfied are you with the 143 HP engine? Does it feel after 143 HP or rather weaker? How long was the delivery time? Looking forward to your answers. Greeting Leto

Passenger’s footroom wet… air conditioning?
Hallihallo, there’s often a swab of water in the passenger footroom in the left curves. I suspect the climate is going on. Surely you can check it yourself? Could someone tell me where I have to go, I only know that the water is coming out somewhere down there, but where you have to start looking up I don’t know. Would be grateful for help. Greeting jaro

Year-round tyres instead of summer bikes
Hello, I have a Kia processed, BJ 24, with the original wheels made of aluminium including summer tyres. So now I have the question whether I have to buy a set of winter bikes. Basically I have the idea of simply replacing the summer tires with high-quality all-year tyres. Of course, I am speaking against that, that I probably do not have any explicit winter rims. What do you think, you really have to let this into consideration? If there is an unexpected amount of snow, I get some snow chains.

Lock off warning sounds loudspeakers
Unfortunately, you can’t turn off the warning sounds for “open door” and “unmounted seat belt”. Can someone tell me exactly where the speaker is? I want to clamp it off or at least dampen the tone somehow, because this tinkering pisses me off. Thank you!

Wheels for Kia Ceed Sw CD
Hello together, I ordered yesterday the Kia Ceed SW with 103KW/140PS Spirit, which should be delivered in about 3 weeks. Now I wanted to order steel rims for the winter tires (225/45 R17), which tyre pressure sensor is needed? Active or passive?

Driving assistance settings reset at each start?
Hello, I’ve been the owner of a new xCeed since Monday and in itself super satisfied. However, the settings for driving assistance at the Kia irritate me. When I drove with the Kia from the yard from the car dealership, it was relatively quickly clear to me that it will bother me in the long run, if the car as soon as I drive three kmh too fast constantly beeps (SLW speed limit warning) and also the lane stop assistant I find right now in construction sites (and there is unfortunately enough in my residential area…) too fiercely with the correction of my track, so I wanted to exhibit both. The track assistant complete and at the speed limit the settings, that it should only show me the traffic signs in the display, but not beeps if I am short too fast. My problem is, the settings automatically reset after every new start of the car… So before every ride I have to go back to the settings and change both systems. I have found no entry about the search in the forum now, should it give me a reference to it. Please not to save the safe settings or to save the ride!

Motor Ceed – Statements Dealers
In search of our new cars we also asked the dealers (thus this additional thread) about the topic “installation of an LPG car gas system”. No, don’t worry. Not an LPG discussion again. What I’m talking about is that every dealer actually told us something different about the engine and the LPG compatibility. The one KIA dealer tells us that the engine of the Ceeds is a new generation, which is specially designed for gas, or is already intended for LPG. Especially the valves his extra hardened, so that the operation of LPG is unproblematic. Then a Flash Luba is not necessary and a superfluous investment. Another dealer (I also emphasize KIA dealer) says that the engine is by no means intended for the operation of LPG or extra designed for it. Quite the contrary. It is an engine like all other (also from other manufacturers) and as sensitive as well. Although this operation also offers LPG installation very helpfully and he would profit from an installation, he guesses rather from it because the danger of a defect but also u. To be lengthy adaptation work, however, we can not expect to be more than more. But the forum.

Naive Question: buy a Delta now?
Dear fellow forists, I have lost my soul in Delta III and would like to buy a used one. I have a few questions for this: 1. quite naive: I am not a car expert and I have to drive to the workshop for almost everything. How do you value the situation? Can I rely on it through the Fiat Bravo base at least to continue to get everything but body parts without any problems? 2. Children’s diseases should not exist according to the forum, which one should pay particular attention to. Are there any tips for the motorization/the year of construction/etc.? 3. can one retrofit Magic Parking? I am restricted in health and that would be very much in line with me. Unfortunately, on mobile etc no Magic Parking in my zip code area. What would cost such a thing? Unfortunately, there is currently hardly any blue Delta in my area – I find the color super chic! 4. Where do the price differences come from? If I look at the offers for equally equipped vehicles with similar running performance, sometimes extremely different prices are called up? Thank you very much!

Proceed MY23 GT-Line function Electrically folding exterior mirrors
Moin, someone has a Proceed GT-Line of 2023 (no extras/no additional package) and can use the function “Outer mirror electrically foldable”? Reason: I was close to KIA for the first inspection 1 week ago (not the seller) and indicated the lack: External mirror cannot be folded electrically(I recently wanted to use the first time). The employees looked at this and the service said at the end “does you know that the car has this?” and as a reason the price of the spare part for my car is mentioned. In the Proceed price lists, however, 2022/2023 “Outer mirror is heatable, electrically adjustable and foldable” with the GT-Line variant. My Proceed has both the button over the window lifter and in the system the function automatically folds the external mirror. When pressing the button you can hear nothing of the exterior mirror. The seller, who unfortunately is a bit further away, sees it as I and thinks it has to work. Since I can not even look at the seller, I should see the KIA for the dealer and the dealer.

Kia Proceed Gt quieter by other rear silencers?
Hello, in similar articles the topic was already addressed, I would have a few additional questions. I am very satisfied with the Proceed GT (facelift), only I don’t need the sound of the exhaust system or is the system too loud in normal mode. Is there something against having the final silencer of the GT replaced by the Proceed GTline (160hp) or the XCeed GTline (204hp)? This would have to make the exhaust system quieter? The loss of the flap function would be fine for me. I understand that the GT has two tailpipes and the GTline models only one, but also these tailpipes would have to fit under the GT, right? Thank you for your answers!
