I had an interesting experience earlier. When I was speeding through the highway there was a short jerk, which I thought was first for switching up. Then I noticed from 200 off that a little power was missing, so roughly 100hp, and a yellow lamp glows, which looks a little like steam ironing. I thought that this was probably some lamp from the particle filter. After that the jerk was reproducible when accelerating through at about 4000 revolutions, at least on the Highway. On the next occasion I stopped for a short time to verify my guess regarding the importance of the lamp with the manual, but did not turn off the ignition. I was already off the highway anyway, on the way home and then drove the rest of the country road in sports, so that it remains over 1500 revolutions. I noticed that the engine developed a quite pronounced partial trucking and developed a quite considerable thirst In sport at around 2000 turns with Tacho 56 he wanted about 20l/100km. Whether the performance was still full is hard to say, but he still felt attracted to normal. I had already agreed that probably to have to address during the inspection next week, but wanted to check the oil level one way or another. So at the gas station around the corner stopped and checked, then ignition completely switched off. Oil level was ok. After starting the GPF-L ampe away, the motor run normal and the consumption at constant drive in the inner place again normal. I’m curious if that happens again or if the good only swallowed up. Has anyone ever experienced something similar?

Decision-making Sportage
hello to everyone, I would like to buy a kia sportage and have some questions: – is the 2.0 l engine with 136 identical to the one with 184 ps? means: is it only a modified software or are other components on the engine like turbo etc different? you feel the extra power or is the 184 ps variant a paper tiger? – I couldn’t test a variant with the automatic transmission. how did it turn on? is it a relatively new construction? how high is the multiverb also compared to the switch? – I thought the tested car (2.0l diesel 136 ps manual gearbox) on the highway seemed quite noisy. can you create some kind of assistance by e.g. insulation material in the doors or similar? – what do I have to keep in mind? desired config is: sportage 4×4 automatic 184 ps in spirit equipment with full cabin except panaorama roof and automatic parking function. thank you for your comments

Liefedrzeit Kia Sportage
Hello, there is someone here in the forum who can tell me how long the delivery time for a Sportage GT-Line with all packages is. The dealer speaks of currently about 4 weeks. On the Internet I read from 6-7 months! What is right now? Maybe there is someone here who just got a new one, or an insider who can give me information. Thank you and have a nice weekend.

Engine problem
Hi, slowly I don’t know what to do anymore. Brief description of my problem: At almost 58 000 KM, the engine switched from gas operation to petrol operation, continued without further problems. I felt a short jerking with power loss. Now, the Kia at about 64 500 KM, it is so that jumping gas into petrol happens without further problems, as written short jerking with power loss, the engine control lamp goes on, everything that can glow red also ang This happened to me four times (4x). The Kia was towed every time, because there were only two cylinders left. The 3rd cylinder fails again and again. Selected errors: P0300 Burner P0303 Burner Zyl. 3 In the 3rd repair a petrol injection valve was replaced. No 400 KM further, in the middle of the highway again the described error. Ruckeln, motor lamp, run on two cylinders, engine. The Kia is built 05/2015 has now 64 500 Can someone help me? Can I still give the car back? Greetings from the Marienkaefer

Funny noise when starting Kia Rio 1.0 T GDI Automatic
Hello guys, have a Kia Rio 1.0 Turbo GDI Automat. Platinum Edition. First registration 11/18 (new car) Now to the facts: If I drive the car normally warm and start again 1 hour later (not always), really comes a noise where you might think the engine flies away) In several workshops I was assured that this has to do with the hydraulic control chain (control chain tensioner). This loses in the hour the oil, which runs back into the engine. St If you then type the car within the next 1-2 hours, the viscosity of the oil is still so thin that the chain tensioner has to be cut completely with oil. With longer service life, the oil becomes firmer, so that there is still a little oil in the tensioner and there is no noise. Have you also had experience with it? Seems to be normal and not only in the motorization of the Rio. Lg Dominic

Brakes rear / spark plugs new after approx. 67000km
Hello all, I had my Kia Ceed 1.6 SW petrol engine the days for inspection. Among other things, the brakes were made completely new at the rear and the spark plugs were replaced. Car has EZ March 2010 and about 67,000 km down. How are your experiences? I bought the car used and of course do not know how the two predecessors drove with it. Nevertheless, I would not have thought that after the mileage these parts had to be changed already. Opinion or experience.

1.4 CVVT vs. 1.0 T-GDI 100
Hello, I’m thinking about buying a Kia cee’d (possibly sportswagon) (Edition 7). After checking the price list I noticed the following two engines: 1.4 CVVT (100 hp) for 16790 EUR and 1.0 T-GDI (100 hp) for 18690 EUR I’m a layman with regard to engines, have no idea of turbo, direct injection, cylinders, Newton meters, downsizing, suction engines and what else you read. The more expensive engine is indicated with less fuel consumption at 100km, but otherwise see the So the question to the experts: What justifies the almost 2000 EUR more for the 1.0 T GDI engine? How does a possible difference in driving make itself noticeable? Thank you!

New car for 12,000 euros?
Hi, everybody! At the moment I drive a leased Volvo V40 – brilliant car, it’s hardly better. However, this was an action car, is leased only for 1 year and so cheaply I will never be able to enjoy such a car again. That’s why I’m now slowly looking for a successor, who will be allowed to follow in the (big…) footsteps of my V40 from July on. I’ve never been busy with new cars, since the loss of value in the first year was often too high for me. Thanks to the Volvo, I was allowed to experience the feeling of a new car for the first time – and the whole very cheap. Now I have found on mobile.de many Kia cee’d, which stand as a daily registration for 11,000 – 13,000 euros at the dealer on the yard – what to think about it??? Well, equipment relatively mau, smallest engine (is the with 99 hp sufficient?), but hello, new car for the money?? because I come already arg into the pondering…. Especially because it looks optically just good. n absolute hammer, but unfortunately also plays again in a price class similar to the Volvo. the display is e.g. from a dealer around the corner with me, that sounds almost too good to be true: Click! Even n naked VW Polo costs more?!?! and with 7 years warranty I would not only lease it, but even want to buy it. Where is the hook?
