  • Kia Pro Ceed 1.6 CVVT Tuning – need help!

Hi guys, I’m only here today in the forum and wanted to get started right away. I want to buy a new Pro Ceed 1.6 CVVT (since the 2.0 petrol engine was unfortunately set ) and wanted to ask how I can bring the 1.6er to more power. I had not thought about a chip because I am not very convinced of this and it should not be good for the engine. I had rather thought about a turbocharger or something like that… What I think about is also a gebr 2,0l Pro Ceed engine to buy, to fry and then install, so that I have the new 1.6 engine still unbasked. Can someone help me? Does anyone have experience with the engines? Thank you Alex. PS: I once worked on a picture at Paint.NET how I want to make it easier for me…

  • Vehicle handover to the dealer

Hello, today I received my new Ceed from the dealer and wanted to know if your vehicle transfers also expired as follows: The Navi led me to the next gas station and fortunately I had downloaded mi Bord- und Navihandbuch before from Kia and knew at least about basic functions. Greetings

  • Kia Ceed 1.6l CRDI Chip Tuning

Hello guys, I drive a Kia Ceed 1.6l Crdi with 115hp. The car is BJ 2011 and therefore still has 5.5 years warranty. Would you like to install a chip tuning module like e.g. http://www.ebay.de/…/140914958708?… My question is, if I have a problem with my car and want to handle this via the Kia warranty, can the workshop then find out via a diagnostic device if I have done a chip tuning on the car? If I have a problem then I will of course remove the module bev or the car goes to the workshop. Thank you in advance.

  • KIA Cee’d 2012 or rather Seat Leon 5F

Dear Forengemeide! I stand before the purchase decision and compare the KIA Ceed 1.6 CRDi Spirit with the Seat Leon 1.4 TSI 140 PS FR. Of course, as always the best decision is to test the two cars and decide out of the stomach, but reason has a small word to say. Therefore I would like to know what for or against the Seat/KIA speaks. At KIA the CRDi diesel engines seem to be more worthwhile (insurance almost hardly expensive) and at Seat are My criteria for comparison would be the following:- Maintenance costs (without workshop) – Workshop costs – Consumption – Value loss – Quality of workmanship – Engine/acceleration – “driving fun” – good fixed installation My personal points that speak for the KIA Ceed: + many assistance systems that do not exist in Leon (return camera, keyless entry, electronic parking brake, ect.) + larger Navidisplay + 7 years warranty + more economical CRDi My personal points that speak for the Seat Leon: + LED headlights + more sporty driving possible + (if I should opt for automatic, then of course) DSG + lower inspection costs/maintenance + exterior design Would be happy to hear from you. You can use my above criteria and would be very helpful. LG arwelo

  • Quality Kia Sorento?

Hello together I play with the idea to buy a new Kia Sorento. Among other things I have also informed myself in the Kia-Sorento-Forum (www.kia-sorento.de). But the Sorento seems to have several flaws. Are there also satisfied Kia Sorento owners? As it seems to me, the Kia Sorento is not as reliable as I imagined (corrosion, electronics, sensors, …). I drive a VW Passat 1.8T (2000) and had no problems with my vehicle so far. Don’t you want to change?

  • Kia Sorento (successful model for 2009)

Hi Kia Forum Here is the first photo from the front view of the upcoming new Kia Sorento:http://www.burlappcars.com/2008/07/all-new-kia-sorento_10.html Interesting to know that will be based on a car platform (i.e.Hyundai Santa-Fe and Hyundai Veracruz respectively Hyundai ix35 ) I like the new grill, even though the front of the new Kias (see also the new Magentis ) is too much reminiscent of Honda.

  • Tyre pressure indicator

Hello, how exactly are the tire pressure sensors at the ProCeed? According to the tire filler on the tank there are 2,7bar on it. The display in the car shows me a pressure of 3,0bar! Both measured in cold condition. Thanks

  • UVO or WLAN

Hi, I have an XCeed with UVO. But somehow I didn’t understand what the difference between UVO and the Wifi connection should be. I can always only choose one. What’s the advantage of deactivating UVO and using Wifi via my phone? Thanks Dennis

  • ProCeed 2019 driver..where do you come from and how about a meeting in NRW???

Hello ProCeedler, I would be interested in where you all come from? I myself am from Cologne. It would be interesting to find something together on a Sunday and exchange experiences. Many have or have already had problems with the Fzg and here would certainly be an exchange of these experiences a great thing. What do you think? Would anyone be interested in such a meeting? lg Jack

  • Purchase decision Ceed SW GT-Line Used or new car

Good day together, we are currently looking for a new vehicle in our families. Due to our new generation (9 months) and a possible second generation, we want to increase our car technology a little bit. We decided for the Kia Ceed SW in the GT-Line variant including all packages (full equipment) in the color Experience Green. Kia offers the best P/L here in my opinion. Above all, I (man) was very pleased with the panorama roof. We are however unsure whether With these offers it is more worthwhile to get a used car or rather a new car. Used cars Km-Stand: 19.800 km First registration 02.2023 Was driven according to the car dealership by the Kia field service Price: 31.690 Euro New cars / day registration Price 35.440 Euro Shipping time: already ordered 03.2022 however the car dealership has not received an exact date of Kia The equipment is exactly the same for both vehicles. What would you advise us to do? Thank you and greeting Botom
