Our RRS TDV6 has been here for 1 week now. Unfortunately, I have not yet seen through this with the daytime running light. The instructions say that you can activate the daytime running light in the workshop, i.e. that the passing light is on as soon as the vehicle is running and the light switch is off. If the automatic calibration control is activated, the light should apparently be controlled via the light sensor. What I would like to have – daytime driving light only via LED and if it is dark, the Automatia K turn on the Xenon burners.

RR Velar Technology and Equipment
Hello together, after many exclusive years of Audi, we have bought a demonstration-velar D300 SE 10/2017. Great car, convincing design! I am currently working through the numerous features: partly already a different operating logic than usual. But it’s still fun… Now I noticed that there is talk in the operating instructions of operating buttons of the air suspension in the trunk. But I can’t find one there? Was it later? You? Certainly more questions arise… Many greetings aa7

Wear LR Disco. Sport
Hi dear forum members, we have been driving a Landrover Disco since Feb/17. Sport TD4, BJ 2017. Currently the car has 26k km down, so not much. In the two years we had to change both front tyres 2k km ago, because they were already massively worn and now the friendly from the workshop has informed us that the brake pads are completely down and have to be changed. I assume that the blocks will not last long. I find it very unusual. Is it normal that the car shows such high wear? Who has similar experiences? Thank you for feedback. Best regards, Janosch

Processing and quality perception Range Rover & Range Rover Sport
Since I have only been driving RRS Bj. 2018 for half a year, I would like to ask you what you think about the processing of the new model series and how you see the quality of the vehicles. When I was faced with the choice of the vehicle, I could not find out anything about it, but I always heard about the unreliability of the Land Rover, without being able to differentiate exactly between individual models or series. So: What do you think about the processing? the worst is when a vehicle starts to crunch and growl after a year, or something constantly snaps or causes torrent noises. And the quality impression? How is your comparison between the German vehicles already hanging out to my neck and the Range Rover or Range Rover Sport? I consciously address the two, since my next vehicle may be the RR. I’m curious about your opinions.

Superficial “Chip” – Have rockfall repaired in the windshield
Hi, does any of you know where you can have a superficial rockfall (“chip” filled with resin? At Carglass I was already: “If you don’t have to do anything, the rockfall is not bad. It just looks like shit.” (quote) Eig. you should be able to fix the hole after all… Greetings, Hauser

Range Rover Evoque heater or heater
Hello, stand before the purchase of a new vehicle – my 2nd Evoque. At the 1st I had ordered a preheater, which however never fulfilled the sense of a preheater – i.e. – my windshield was never free or even approximate (except a hole in the size of a fist) at the lower end). 3 years terror with the car house did nothing – supposedly it works and is also not a heater but a Webasto preheater. Updates have not changed/repaired anything never – until then I have switched on the lawyer and they have refunded me the money (without giving any other reasons). Although I read constantly about these problems and also that for the RR Sport there are probably accessories for this heater, then to make a full-fledged heater. … but not for the Evoque.. Now the new one should be ordered – again the question.. is it a full-fledged heater or again only a heater??????? Range Rover claims the function would be the same as a full-fledged heater (I know it to the satisfaction of my previous vehicles Q5 – it was top!!) or just a heater. I have now been kindly provided with documents, what will be installed in the Evoque 2020, as of Dec. 2019: “Fuel-powered heater LR 115991 (or LR 1159949 – indoor additional air conditioning)” So, what is that now and by whom? (manufacturer was not said) Before I again spend years every winter morning about this. “Standheizung” must be annoyed and now it also costs about 1500,–€, I want to find out if I should order this accessory at all or just a heated windshield.. Does any of you have “experience” ? Would a lakeeeeeeeehhhhhhr great help – I want to send out the order next week !? Thank you!

Jaguar Landrover sends parts by plane from China
Apple’s sales warning is just the tip of the iceberg. Violent problems in the supply chains arise, there is no end to it. The Corona virus will not only dampen the global economy, but will quickly drive it into the already approaching recession:https://www.nau.ch/…/…ile-per-planes-from-china-deliver-65665044

Range Rover Velar P300 – experiences?
Hello together, someone here in the forum, who drives a Velar P300, has driven or ordered? How are the experiences? I drove a P380 to the test drive. I ordered a P300 myself before Christmas. Delivery date is sometime in about 4 – 5 months. So a long waiting time. Always good ride and everyone a great start into 2018.

What new forum header would you like?
Dear Land Rover friends, a community member (thank you @DarthVelar) has suggested that we refresh the forum header. Great idea, we find. In the meantime, there are new models that some of you already drive. So that you still feel at home here, of course you should have a say. This is how we do it: click through the pictures, named from A to H. Remember the letter of the forum header, which suits you most and agrees in the survey for “Euren” letters. . We’ll see if a clear favourite is coming up in a few days. On 19.12.2019 there will be the resolution and the new forum header will be installed in the following days. Have fun! We’re already curious which discussion will start right now but please stay
