Good day, everybody, I’m about to have a Land Rover Discovery Sport. Years 2020, because engine 204DTA diesel 2.0L and with 240hp. I’m breaking my head because I’ve read on some forums that the engine has diseases like bad running bushings that don’t have such good quality, oil dilution, defective control chain and turbocharger errors and are exactly the same as these mistakes in the 2020 series. Or can I buy it without a bad conscience. Discovery Spo rt D240 engine code 204DTA Diesel (Mild-Hybrid) 240 hp 2020 built.

Landrover Di bought, engine light flashing, warranty?
Hello, on Tuesday we picked up our “new” used Land Rover Discovery Sport from the dealer. On the way home the indicator light suddenly lit up. We drove directly into the workshop and he read out the error. The trigger showed that there is probably a problem with the exhaust gas. The boss of the workshop said this happens more often when cars have been standing longer. He deleted the error and I also informed the dealer about everything. My first question, does that fall under the warranty? My second question, how do we behave correctly and how does the dealer behave correctly? I have already informed him that he has to run very much after there, unfortunately, the dealer also said that we can still drive with it because the mistake is not so bad. That’s what the boss of the car repair shop said. Question 3: The car dealer house is about 70 km away from our place of residence, can the dealer tell us, for example, that we have to come back there so that you can check the error in the workshop or do we have the right to go to a specialist workshop?

CarPlay and Android Car for Land Rover Discovery 4 2009-2011 – MOST, Wireless and Mirroring
Hi, it seems to be quite fresh, the Facebook information from Mr12Volt is only a few days old: A CarPlay adapter for the early Discovery 4 models (2009-2011), which is also reasonably affordable and with shipping from Germany (i.e. no inch). Is of course a product from Hong Kong, but that’s not to be expected otherwise. Difference to most other modules: It is integrated via the MOST bus and replaces the USB module under the driver’s seat. That means the sound is also directly connected via The steering wheel control should also work. Here is the link to the product and shop:https://www.mr12volt.com/…/p2000-lr41mm Here’s an introduction video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnZ1INoBwD4 And here’s the video for the installation:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLZHW6s1IxE So far there have been only very expensive modules from Australia for discos 2009 to 2011 (Denso system) for around 800-1000 € plus inch etc. In addition ha This new module replaces the previous USB module and is fully integrated into the MOST bus. Therefore, steering wheel control, camera signal, microphone are also detected. And all other functions of the system are fully preserved. In short – last Wednesday I ordered the thing via the Mr12Volt Facebook group of Liam Biggs (distributor in UK) and got a very good discount there. The thing is directly from the Mr12Volt warehouses, d. h. from Germany and without customs and without shipping costs and it arrived today – before the scheduled date – with me. And of course I installed the thing this afternoon also immediately. I could save myself a like otherwise usual detailed picture instruction, the above linked instruction video is complete and detailed, there’s no need for a supplement. After the correction of a small installation error (well, that took an hour): Runs perfectly. The sound over the MOST Bus is great, the voice input via the vehicle microphone also works, all the other functions of the car are completely preserved. In the pictures I present the adjustment options and a few impressions – ultimately it is normal carplay. In combination with a magnetic MagSafe holder and a USB3.1 quick charger this is now a perfect solution for me – get in, d as iPhone on the holder “glue” and use music/navigation with simple operation and good quality in the 14 year old Discovery!

Range Rover sport 2007 adopts bad gas
Hello Since today I have the problem that my car takes heavy or delayed gas….. If he then assumes it reacts so treacherously. If he is on the road then he does what he should, just keep gas away and get back on the road quickly is rather bad. If I hold the gas constantly about 3000 revolutions I have the feeling that at irregular intervals someone is holding and letting go again. At the same time the speed varies and it is a strange light grinding Wär e nice if someone knows each other. Vg Lutzek

Range Rover Sport 2018 306DT Engine Goulash Engine Damage
Sad, but also a 2018 RRS with a mileage of just 78,000 km is not safe from nasty engine damage. The last oil change was at 60,000 km. 3 conrods and pistons torn down, everything is really SCHROTT. The damage occurred at 200 km/h on the highway. The customer was at Land Rover but was almost sent again from the yard. A service was probably not kept in time, therefore 0% culant. An offer about an AT engine of 31,000 € was offered but of them

Diso Sport Navi Model Year 2019 “fixed Sim Card?”
Hello, I actually come from the BMW 5 stock, but my father has ordered the fifth Land Rover after three Freelander2 and one Disco Sport. It is an SD4 HSE MJ 2019 this should arrive at the dealer on 14.09. The car has also been ordered with the entertainment package, which includes the MeridianTM surround sound system and also the Touch Pro SSD hard drive navigation system with Pro Services and Wi-Fi hotspot. So far it has been the case that one needed an external data Sim card to use all services such as live traffic and the like, is this still the case with the MJ 2019 or is there now a fixed Sim card? Since the car was ordered almost on the day of the introduction of the MJ 2019, the dealer could not give us a usable statement about the Sim card, only that something was changed here in the area of the online capability or how the car builds an Internet connection. Does one of you have any experience in this? The Navi is also used in other series

Land Rover car insurance
Hello, my new Range Rover Sport should come the next few months and I’m just checking out the various possibilities for car insurance. I noticed that it is much more expensive than large German SUVs, such as the Mercedes ML/GLE. On the Land Rover homepage, car insurances also appear when it comes to financing (http://www.landrover.de/finance/insurances.html). Has one of you ever used this manufacturer’s offer? Are there any experiences?

Range Rover Velar – Questions Assistance Systems
Moin! I’m already driving a little bit my new Velar, actually I’m very happy, but maybe someone can answer a few questions, thank you for the trouble and answers! Headlights The car has Matrix LED Headlights The light is really great, but do they actually have a function for cornering light? Couldn’t find this out so far. As a reference here, also in the further questions, a Mercedes CLS Facelift, which also has the LED S The speed of the radar is always a fine thing, but: For example, I drive on the right and in the middle is a slower vehicle. The Mercedes CLS recognizes this and does not overtake the right, keeps the height. The Range Rover velor does not recognize the vehicle, and would overtake the vehicle at top speed on the right. I think this is really a pity, because the range otherwise comes so super modern. Autoba hn or Landstraße, the Mercedes immediately recognizes a motorcycle. I have already experienced it several times, highway and highway that the range would simply continue. Is that normal? Do you have such experiences? In addition, the radar cruiser Range is very “backward”, tends to brake hard, while the cls takes away gas here earlier. For me absolutely incomprehensible: I drive with the range on the left lane of the highway and then pull someone over from the right lane, so the I see it on the display when it is fully on my lane. This leads to the fact that the distance is then far below and a hard braking takes place. The Mercedes recognizes someone who goes from right to left lane in the beginning, so to speak. I find that really very disappointing.. It is my first range, I thought that is then also in the systems as modern as it comes from in the design. Well, the apps are a joke but I thought the above systems si and go on. Maybe it’s just a matter of adjustment with me? Thank you very much for your answers.

Greetings, can you please tell me if for the big RR the Michelin X-Ice Snow SUV 285/45 R22 114T XL is a good tire? I have no idea about tyres. I get my new car this week and have to get winter tires quickly as it is delivered with summer tires. Thank you!
