Hello together, I’m new to the forum and I want to make myself a little smart on this way. I’m not a wiser yet a resource brush. I just want to get to know like-minded people who can give me some good tips and whom I can help with my experiences/experiences. I’m thinking of making my little dream of a Land Rover come true (with the permission of my wife??). Since I need a towing vehicle (trailer) I think about the Freelander with the 2.2 liter diesel. there experiences that speak for/against ? Nice greetings from OWL

With my InControl Touch Pro Navi, I miss the display of the height “Meter over sea”. Even with the cheapest 08/15-Navi system, it shows this automatically. Is this not possible with the InControl Touch Pro?

Hello dear people, I’m trying short and tight.. Drive the DS with the 9speed automatic 150ps diesel… Problem: The circuit from the 1st to the 2nd course and back= very hard .. also 4-5 you can feel a “back”.. In the cold state again more strongly to feel.. Also when switching from “P” to “D” or “R” there is no ruck.. Gear oil change did nothing… Land Rover workshop has as much idea of the gearbox as I do. Maybe you can give me a hint what it might be Nt.. ?? LG.

Hello dear people, I am at the end really have a rank Rover Sport svr 2015. to the background: have changed my servolumpe because it was broken all the time on my Displsy suspension error (Yellow triangle message) and at cold start it comes to stop suspension error please motor) Red light After the servo pump change and completely system pumping the error message did not go away. I then waved the vent block again with the hope that it will go away three times through ver After the valve block change came, the CanBus error ABS and have removed the plug from the ECU and then that also went away. After all the change and back and forth comes the last error and I don’t understand where it comes from. Now comes the C1037-26 error code What can that be? I just don’t want to get an error message P:S, my air suspension works can set the high. Please help!!!!! Thank you so much in advance

I wanted to buy a Discovery Sport. From BJ 2019 on what do I have to pay attention to everything when buying ? Are there engines that should be avoided , what should the service look like . I see if you buy used ones on LR directly there is 2 years warranty . What does it look like with the kilometers ? My driver profile are about 9,000km a year + if then much middle distance (40-80km) and then also sometimes long distance from 80-200km

Hello together With my Discovery Sport 2016 automatic you can hear a sound like vibrating metal sheet when driving as well as when I stand and step on the brake and give gas up to the 1400 revolution there is also to be heard but if it goes at idle N on 1400 revolutions there is nothing to hear Can the maybe motor bearing gear bearing or any loose heat sheet which hits at the failure of the video it is very good to listenhttps://youtube.com/shorts/EZuwCcu6f_4?feature=shared

Hello, maybe one of you can help me. I have been thinking about fulfilling a boy’s dream for a long time. My own off-road car. My two favourites are G-model and Defender. (Always a diesel is clear) I would not only want to drive the vehicle on the road, but also on the terrain, on the various tracks specially opened for it. However, I would also like to do some individual holidays with it.(Norway, Iceland…) What of course not to be missed is the everyday fitness, because I can unfortunately not afford the luxury to put this vehicle on the yard as a “toy”. So, and since I am completely un licked in this area, I thought, I ask someone who knows about it. The best would be someone who had both vehicles before and could report something from his own experience. (I care about the information from someone who is not interested in a car too) Achso, I thought of course to get a good used car. I am only the G-model so far, whereby I noticed clearly the easier operation of the clutch compared to the Defender. Thank you for your support Quarter

I didn’t find anything about the search, so I try this way: We will soon break up with our Disco Sport and return it to the dealer. Unfortunately, the rear interior door was again processed with the child seat and scratched. I think that the damage will be objected to at the return. We will not stay with the dealer, so I assume that one will be examined in a much more penible way and objected. However, I’m not sure if this is a pleasure to see and if this is still calculated at the time of return. Otherwise, the vehicle will be returned inside and outside reprocessed. There are no further defects outside of the normal traces of use. How do you deal with such stories? Hi guys, I’ve been driving the driver’s license ever since, but mostly Jeeps. The newer they became, the more problems there are. Now I drive a Freelander 2 (actually as a transition solution) and am very excited. TOP AUTO / QULITY } A Blessing! Now I want to stay with Landrover and have looked at a Range Rover Sport SDV6 BJ 2012 with 110000km and 3 previous owners, check booklet complete, however from 2016 no more at LR. What a force! As an absolute Newbie i Questions / worries arise when I hear “Range Rover” I always connect this with VERY expensive workshop stays. May be a relic of days gone by. My questions: 1) When does the timing belt have to be changed? 2) How vulnerable is the air suspension and the transmission? 3) What are the main diseases or flaws of the car? 4) Any other tips on the car? Dear forum, we are about to buy our first Land Rover and will soon be adding a used Discovery 4 HSE SDV6 diesel from the MY16. We will therefore be looking at 2-3 cars at different dealers in the next few days. Do you have any tips for me what we should take care of during the test drive or when inspecting this model? Maybe we can better recognize certain LR or Discovery specific defects. I would be very grateful to you for every tip! Thank you!
