Hello everyone, we have been campers for a long time, but so far always with a tent. Have bought us a used caravan a few days ago. I find the camping fees are quite high. Also the differences between the places are very different in terms of the price. I find that some place operators do not miss anything to invent ever new additional fees. Tent size, dog per night up to 4€, garbage fees per night and head, shower coins, electricity connection etc. Why can’t you calculate something like this? If you leave the dog outside. But for a dachshund 4€ per night I find ditching. Certainly there are so-called luxury places with ADAC seals that offer some, among other things animations, connected golf course etc. Of course something like that has to be paid. I have the impression that many “normal place” operators now attach themselves to this price level. How are your experiences?

Permanent camping – Termination – Eliminate foliage
Hello, maybe someone here knows about the rights and duties during the permanent camping. My grandma and my grandpa (both almost 80 years old) have now (so this week) quit at the campsite. Tomorrow the caravan belongs to someone else who places it somewhere else. The old place is then empty until April. By April he still belongs to my grandparents. The placekeeper now demands that my grandparents free the place in April from the foliage, which I find grossly outrageous. After all he gets for nothing money in the throat and my grandparents are really not the youngest anymore. (At someone else he will hardly rent it in the time, because the place is not particularly well visited) Probably this is their duty, because the place legally still belongs to them. Can one nevertheless somehow get around it? Many greetings, Nadine

With the caravan to Italy
Hello camping friends, due to the bad weather in our last “summer holiday” we decided to go to Italy this year. Can you give me or us tips (we plan Lake Garda). Which campsite are very nice (2 children 7 & 10). Is there something special in Italy to consider, which route to take best. You have to book in advance. Simply everything you think of. For Denmark we are “experts” but Italy is completely new to us. We look forward to your support. Greeting Sönny

Summer holiday with WoWa
Hello to all Incarnate permanent campers, We want to go further this year for the first time with our new WoWa(Detleffs Camper Ralley 560SK),direction Lake Garda/Italy,or Croatia. I prefer Italy as a driver for the first big tour as a destination. Does someone have good places ready, we travel with 2 children v.10+12 years. As said ,have the WoWa since April 08 ,have made 2008 tours on the Baltic Sea,shall this year at the extended Woends also on the Baltic Sea,but I want the summer holiday in the Warm South. Where else do you make a rest on routes towards Italy ?? On the tank is probably not so appropriate or? Thanks for your tips. Greeting RH
