  • Striping at the RRE

Tach together, I tried something again and since there is nothing else on the web or no one has done it yet, I post it for the purpose of the general public. But maybe also because I haven’t heard from “tplus” for a long time and he wants to leave his mustard here guaranteed (not take it personally). So I tried something simple: striping (or whatever that means) … so miss the car stripes. Nicely discreet and thus make the RRE visually even more sporty What have I done: – On the sides a fine and a thicker line following the given line and around the taillights – On the bonnet to emphasize the elevation – On the front the line of the hood pulled further down to the very bottom I am satisfied, looks good in my eyes. The best thing about it, if you don’t tell anyone, it doesn’t notice that it was made afterwards. Always a good sign! Maybe I still have to pull the line at the rear. I have to do that. He’s still thinking about it, as writing and line probably get in the way optically.

  • Envy Makes Destructive

Hello ! When I got into the RRE on Monday morning, 22.10.2012 I didn’t trust my eyes – a big jump in the windshield right in front of my face on the driver’s side. At first I couldn’t believe it – but it’s reality. After the first shock I looked at it more closely – someone with a pointed object must have hit the upper edge of the windshield violently against it – the crack in the windshield is about 10 cm long. The RRE is standing outside with me because I Unfortunately, you can’t drive directly to the house to park there – about 100 m away. However, the stand is illuminated. It’s very sad and quite thoughtful that someone can’t cope with the property “need” and understands foreign values – worrying, shocking and angry at the same time – something like that happens to you with such a great car (my previous cars have stood in this parking lot for 35 years now and remained unscathed). This was the first and only attack. I don’t know what probate means could help against such contemporaries??? Sobs, sobs, sobs

  • eD4 impermanent??

Hollo, today I did a round at the RR dealers in and around Cologne/Bonn. I already know that a seller doesn’t know everything, but, – One sells me the TD4 as a pure front-wheeler that only switches the rear axle on within 0.003sec if necessary. Therefore only 0.3litres/100km more consumption. – The next describes the eD4 as an uncarable car which is just a castrated all-wheeled vehicle and is therefore not to be acted on in normal operation. Badly balanced and in wint run any VW Golf Underlying Here’s my question, who has an eD4 and how are the experiences with it. Summer and winter,… Thank you very much!

  • Question about the PDC in the Evoque

Since yesterday I am proud owner of my SD4`s and have already a question about it. And that is, when I start the engine my PDC is not switched on. Only if I insert the reverse gear my PDC remains on (front and rear) until I reach the 16 km/h speed or until I switch off manually on the dashboard. According to instructions, however, should the PDC also activate as soon as I insert a forward gear and am under 16 km/h fast or is that not right? Yesterday almost already where I was thinking now he has to pee and another little question. The small wheel next to the button for the automatic tailgate under the steering wheel left. What is the good for ?

  • Battery down!

Hello dear Land Rover fans, I have only been driving my first Range Rover Evogue since August and was so far more than satisfied. But yesterday I was very disappointed by this High-Tec vehicle…because if it could still cook, I would move in, it or get married. I wanted to go to dinner with my wife yesterday. Castle the garage open and I noticed that I had left the light on my range. What was my mistake, of course, I would like to go ahead. of course I tried to start my range again, but of course I didn’t, because he was standing there for almost 24 hours. Now, however, I remembered that the saleswoman told me that there was such a miracle switch in my range, which is called the undervoltage switch. It would cause the range itself to go down when he notices that the battery is going to the end. But unfortunately, he couldn’t do that. I didn’t push my range out of the garage because my automatic switch didn’t move up any more and I couldn’t put it on neutral. And the hand brake didn’t loosen up there either. However, because I’m well equipped, I had a charger that I could then connect to the battery, and so I could still drive with my wife Essen a little bit later. My questions, which I would have: Do you have to use this undervoltage switch somewhere in the Bordco My second question, how can I turn on/turn on the neutral switch when my car doesn’t concern me anymore? My regards Tanja

  • Evoque – Rearview camera

Hello together, who also has this return camera? Is it only with me or there are others with the problem that the warning when inserting the return journey and activation of the return camera is sometimes displayed in English, sometimes in German? I have not yet been able to recognize a logic. Onboard language is set to German.

  • Transfer phone book from BB 9860 to RRE

Hello, I’ve been a proud owner of an RRE for a few days. As far as everything is possible except for the communication between my Blackberry and the telephone system. The problem is that I can’t transfer the phone book to the vehicle. I’ve already tried everything that came to mind or was advised to do so: – activated automatic transmission of the contact list in the car phone – BB disconnected and recoupled – activated in the BB “transfer all contacts” – contacts over there I have the following firmware and/or devices in the phone or vehicle: – BB 9860 Torch – Firmware 7.1 Bundle 1149 – Premium Navi with 8” touchscreen – Meridian Sound – BT telephone connection The phone connects without any problems, also telephoneing works fine. The last calls with the contact name stored in the phone are also displayed. Would be good idea or – still bess he – a working solution. M.
