Hello together, I have connected a return camera to the Comand. Of course, I also created an entrance for the iPod on this occasion to listen/see a podcast (also video) during long waiting times. However, I am of the opinion that video ads during the ride can distract the driver extremely easily and therefore should be prohibited for the passengers on the front seats during the ride. If you want to keep the small ones still while driving through videos, there is nothing to be said about it, at least from a traffic point of view, if the “passengers” in the rear watch videos for distraction. For the driver’s viewing area, video recordings (Via Comand, via PDA, via DVB-H-Handy, etc.) should be banned during the ride. – I don’t think that a voluntary self-limitation is enough. or texting with mobile phones is tolerated, while reading newspapers or watching videos/TV. How do you see this ??

Have times a general question, but unfortunately no off topic area found. Can one as a trader regardless of turnover and type of business get the VAT refund on the new car ? So commercial use must be over 10% I have heard. But are there any other restrictions ? Can one get the VAT refund and the business after 2 years unsubscribe ? Business turnover only say 500 Euro mtl. nevertheless refund of the VAT of a 25.000 Euro car possible ? Otherwise depreciation 20% p.a and 1% taxing the list price as a private share PLUS still an amount per private kilometer ?

The fact that you can’t have any fun on German motorways is something I’ve already agreed on. Yesterday, however, I had my low point and am convinced that the majority of German drivers are underexposed. Question: What could be the reason for 12km of traffic jam? An accident? No! A construction site? No! A narrowing of the road? No! A speed limit? No! Imagine a three-lane highway. On the opposite track is a police car in a parking lot exit and has the Blue light turned on. As I said, there was no accident, so no corpses to look at. So there was this police car in the exit of the opposite lane and on my side three tracks piled up over 12km! I can’t believe it! A traffic jam because of nothing! What happens then, if something is on the track, on which you are on the road? My conclusion: As soon as I go on the highway, I mix myself among a variety of idiots. p.s.: that after the traffic jam the right e Spur was mostly unpropelled, I prefer not to get upset about it anymore, but use the Spur now as a private track, also with the danger to collect a punishment.

Hello everybody, I am currently facing the purchase decision of an E 350 BT Mopf BJ 2013 55tsd km or an S-Class year of construction between 2010-2012 similar mileage. My Budget Ca 45k I’m torn back and forth and try to get here the one or the other tip to it or find an argument what simplifies my decision I’ve already tested both models and an S class is just an S class. Nevertheless, there are also arguments about e in the E class. In the concrete case it should be mentioned that the E class to be purchased has besides a comprehensive equipment also an airmatic chassis and insulating glazing. This makes the eclass also very quiet to drive. Dear Forum, I ordered my vehicle from Mercedes Schmolck in Emmendingen for the service B5 on 29.12.2014 and immediately paid the final invoice amount of € 581.99. A short time later I received a new invoice, dated 30.12.2014, over € 692.57. It turned out that the accounting of Mercedes Emmendingen had forgotten to charge the VAT for the first invoice. I did not pay the amount, as I did not pay the invoice. It was only three weeks later that an invoice, dated 19.01.2015, was sent to me exclusively via the outstanding value added tax amount of over €110.58. At my request that the branch show itself kulant at the next service, I received no answer. Rather, I was threatened with the lawyer if I did not pay the outstanding value added tax under a week. My question to the forum is therefore: must I be legal as a private customer pay the outstanding VAT amount or is this clearly a mistake of the branch office? Thank you

Hello, we have lots of threads here on the topic, Raser, pushers, fast driving, coercion etc. A lot of theses have already been exhibited, why one of you drives fast and the other one prefers to drive slowly. How is that with you? Why do you like to drive fast and don’t let it go more comfortably. Should be very exhausting and also hardly bring time saving the lawn. So I like to drive very fast for two reasons. 1. It just makes me scary spa ß to drive really fast in good external conditions (traffic, weather, etc.). I am highly focused on traffic and for me it is a kind of sporting challenge to bring everything right and of course also accident-free over the stages. But now before everyone enters me again and declares me crazy: Everything under the premise: maximum yield at minimized risk. 2. The second reason is the time saving. Of course, everyone tells me that it is Of course, I also have to relativize that in my opinion you can only make good time on the motorway and then only if the traffic and the weather allow it (see above). But then a higher average speed already brings a lot. I drive about 40,000 km a year. Of which about 25,000 km of highway. I go from an average speed of 80 km/h then I need about 312 hours to travel the route. the average speed at 100 km/h, I need only about 250 hours. Means a time saving of about 60 hours. I now neglect the two to three times more fueling due to the generous rounding in the calculation in favor of the lower average speed. So for me this is a time saving. If I start from an eight-hour working day, then the 7.5 days additional holiday in the year. Time I would otherwise spend longer on the road. I really love this car and now I’m playing with the idea of whether I should take the car to Germany. The car has 90,000 miles and seems to be really good at it. Ok I talked to a dealer here in America and he meant the cylinder head should still be made, but this is here in America by far Not as expensive as in Germany. Around the $1000 , so I believe a real bargain to Germany. You will surely say, just get one in Germany. However, it must be this, I just fell in love with the car. My father drove such a car sometimes in the 90s and is of course enthusiastic about my idea.
