  • “Vibration damper” defective on the front axle ???

Hello people ! I’m new here and I have a concern at the moment. I acquired the first Mazda in my life. A 6 Sport Kombi 1.8 GG1 from 2006. Before buying at the DEKRA on stage from below. I only got a fresh TÜV in April. Now in August we found out that this round thing (red arrow) is loose. Like a bushing with rubber. At the front axle on the crossbar left. The DEKRA man said this was a vibration damper and no problem I hope that one of the professionals can help us. Otherwise I still have to be friendly. I am looking forward to the puzzle solution 😉 Greetings to all

  • Air conditioning problem – Mazda 626 2.2i DG BJ90

Hello, I drive a Mazda 626 2.2i GD built in 1990. Well, suitable for the summer, my air conditioning is on strike. Together with a cold chill I wanted to refill the system, because we suspected a leak. Unfortunately, the system did not suck in a refrigerant. The KAB meant that the system is probably clogged at the dryer or in the capillaries. Now I wanted to open up without the circuit, because the system is still filled with R12 and this expert has to be disposed of, which So I screwed on the glove compartment and now I can’t get any further. Behind the glove cover is a black box in which, to my knowledge, the capillary can be found. But unfortunately, I can’t open the box. Now to my question: Can I open the box only in extended condition? If I’ve seen this correctly, it’s a screw-down of the back and back cooling pipe in the engine compartment and thus an opening of the cooling circuit. necessary, right? Where can I get spare parts for my air conditioning (such as capillaries, dryers…)? Thank you for your answers in advance. Greetings, mriedel35

  • Brakes

In the last 14 days I had twice the case that I had the feeling on the brake pedal when braking just before the stop, the ABS went on. Just a quick jerk. I bought the car in November 2017 (because my beloved old 626 got no TÜV anymore) The brake fluid, brake discs and pads were made new. The ABS usually does not work at this speed and otherwise it brakes quite normal, even if I make a full braking. It is a 626 GF year 1998. 2.0, 116, PS 223,000 km Has anyone ever had such a thing? I would be very grateful for a tip. Renate

  • Mazda 3, Diesel no longer starts

Good evening, I drive a Mazda 3, year 2006, Diesel, 109 Ps and I have the following problem: 3 days ago I stopped in the yard of an acquaintance. I thought I accidentally drove the tank completely empty, although according to my computer I could have driven 60 km. Anyway the engine went off. (I know, should not happen with a diesel). I go to the next gas station, get a canister and fill the tank with diesel, car jumps like I think about it, I think about it. However, I realized that the engine was running smoothly, but I was not sure if it was like that before or was caused by it. Anyway, I was able to drive again for the last 2 days without any problems (certainly 150-200km), so I didn’t think about it any more and because of the restless running of the engine I wanted to go to the workshop this week. This morning then the event. I start the car, engine jumps o I start the engine again and then straight out again. Then I try it again and the engine doesn’t work anymore. What could be defective or probably have to be replaced? Please help me! Thank you for your help already in advance!!

Would they fit? : http://www.blauertacho4u.de/…/TachoLED-DisplayLED-in-W5W-Kunkav.html You could just wilt them out like that, but how about the dimmer you can even regulate the light at leds? LG

  • Tuning – Increase PS

Hello, I’m completely new to this area, so I have to ask such a stupid question. Where can I look around or ask myself, with which we can bring up the 3x BL from 151hp to say about 180hp. Is this possible without investing another 10,000€? What can we do for about 2000€? What does a tuning chip actually do? Can I use it to shorten the switching operations? I own (still) an old Ford Puma – it has very fast switching operations, and that makes it possible to do a fairly good job. fast and short precise switching. This is not the case with the 3 Series. Can you change it? Enhance it? Thank you very much. Kosta

  • 323 BJ, window lifter passenger side identical in the 323 series?

Hello, have a friend with which the window lifter engine on the right does not work. I measured already but he always gets only a short impulse, so a line pulled by driver on the passenger side and nothing happens. So I take it that the engine is gone, now I have looked in the bay and there are many engines but not all for the BJ, also the engines from e.g. 323 F BJ? Hope the names are correct, come from BMW. Hope me can h 11en. Vllt is the passenger side still secured somewhere or there is a known error with the models. Look forward to your answers.

  • Purchase advice Mazda CX5

Hi guys, by chance I have become aware of the new CX5. From the outside I find the car a force, inside I have to see how the material looks like during a test drive. In the overall context I can convince the car so far of the optical, even if there is no ambient lighting or a black roof sky. Since I have a lot of city traffic and a few kilometers, a diesel is actually eliminated. But here is always the sporty note considered good. I would like to hear the 2.5l petrol, but here the automatic is slower than the manual circuit and overall very sluggish from the information, also the top speed is rather modest. That I don’t get the values with an SUV like with my VW 7ner GTI is logical, but over 9seconds for 100km/h and just around the 200km/h peak I don’t think exactly for almost 200hp. Also one reads again and again that the automatic should be very sluggish. Therefore my question, on which engine should I concentrate to achieve the maximum sportiness, with the sporty looking CX5. Here is the manual circuit really better than the automatic, which I actually wanted.

  • Mazda 323F (BJ) EZ 2/02, ABS & handbrake lights

Hello dear forum community, the car from my parents has the following problem. In autumn I changed the brake at the front completely. The brake was fixed at the front left. After the change it was easier, but somehow not normal. Now about 3 weeks ago the two lamps started to light up. At times they only start to light up after a few kilometers. On Friday I took the car on stage again. I already noticed that the car doesn’t roll at all. The piston at the front left was solid. I took it out, made everything clean, everything back in and also immediately the brake fluid new, because there was also a lot of air in the brake system from the action. So, the wheels turn super, car rolls. So off on the brake stand and there you have already seen. Left side brakes with approx. 1.5 kN, the right side with 3.0 kN. Both above all lamps are on. During the test drive I put the car almost across when I kicked the iron (I did yes At Sa. I drove directly to Mazda and wanted to have it read out – but nothing there. The contract workshop does not come into the ECU. Now they want to measure if all cables are in the right place. Did anyone ever have that? At Volvo I know e.g. that a plus cable rots and ABS overrides. What is this like at Mazda? It is by the way a 323F 2.0 l TDI (or whatever the ending is) Would I be happy if someone can help me there. LG, Alex.

  • Winter tyre size Mazda 3 MPS (BL)

Hi, I would like to know what you can do for winter tyres with the 3 MPS (BL). By default it is 205/50R17 on aluminium rim. Basically there should be other sizes, especially on normal steel rims. MfG
