    Has anyone had any experience with subtle lowering with H&R Federn or Eibach? Are there any other pictures there than those of H&R and especially the testimonial and recommendations?   • Ignition completely off at start / stop ?

    Hi together, during my test drive I noticed that the car runs out completely, when I press the start/stop button, so NOT like (e.g.) my BMW the things like radio etc. stay on. Can you change that somehow or is that just like that? I don’t mean the automatic, but that what used to be the ignition key was background, that I really like listening to audio books, and if I want to take a break for 5 minutes, the audio book is allowed to continue, I am schli in the car and listen …. during the test drive it was like that, once you stop, everything was out. Press again (without a clutch, otherwise it will start ….), then it connects again via BT (which lasts forever ….) Do I find stupid ….. someone’s tip ?

  • Mazda 6 squeaks

    Hello, I hope you can help me. My Mazda 6 2.0 diesel 2008 140,000 KM has a funny squeaking while driving. I can’t really reproduce the noise either. But most of the time it’s there when I’m light on the brake pedal. If it starts to brake then it’s not there. The problem also occurs after about 20-30 minutes drive. Since I had a 626 station wagon before and my brother is satisfied with his CX5, I did a test drive yesterday with a Mazda 6 (2,2L diesel with 175hp, full cabin). I was actually very satisfied, even if he can not keep up with the passat from the space, but the driving fun was a lot higher. But the question, I get because my dog box in there? Maybe one of them has one, give me a few measurements, because on the internet I find nothing suitable. The basic shape of the box is 80x68cm, that should fit, but in height I already make my first thoughts, the box is 67cm high and has on 67cm still 50cm deep. Now I do not know how much space is with closed tailgate, between the rear seats and the rear flap (if you take out the boot cover). he could say at what height the back seats end up and if my box fits in at all. To simplify it, I drew something quickly, even if I’m not an artist, I hope you know what I mean.

  • MX5 NB Bj ’01 Engine warning light/control unit defective?

    Good morning MX driver, I drive a Mazda MX5 (manufacturer’s short name: 7118-492003 8) where the engine control light is on. Error description: Ignition on: motor copont roller light on – start engine: engine control light off briefly (~3s), then it goes on again. I was in a workshop this morning that read out the error memory. However, _0_ errors were stored. Connection to the control unit can be established. As this workshop has little experience with Mazda I was referred to a new car (M). Error memory has been deleted, problem has remained. I would now simply drive on and not think much about it, however I have to do TÜV and they will probably reject the car with luminous engine control light immediately. I already found out that the control unit is installed in the footroom of the passenger. Battery changed a few weeks ago. It can be because since then I have not all the sensors out I’ve been driving 30km since then – but no motorway. Now I wanted to hear out what you would do. Do you know good workshops that get your Mazda in the Munich area in your hands? Can I do something myself? Dear greeting supplement: When starting today, the speed indicator in the cockpit was short and showed 0 RPM. Passed after I switched on the windscreen wiper. Level 1 didn’t work, level 2 already, but the speed indicator did not work. Both symptoms “disappeared” after 2-3km. Wipe and display go back. oO Other: oil temperature minimum over the 50% of the display.

  • Wheels for Mazda MX 5 NB 2002

    Hello together, I wanted to ask if you can install a MX 5 NB rim with an ET20. The car is not lowered and I personally did not do before bodywork on the car, because it is in a collector’s condition. The Mazda is currently still on the standard chassis. Lowering I think with ET20 without bodywork will be so or so difficult possible. The rim has the dimensions 15 x 8. Do you have any experience with such a low inlet I have already seen some posts on the internet where ET20 rims were installed, but bodywork was necessary.
