I am looking for a very reliable commuter car for about 120km a day. Since there is only a budget up to 3000,- available, I am interested in a Mazda 323 from the period from about 1998-2002. Are these cars comparable to the 626 from this time? Should one prefer or avoid a certain motorization? Any typical problems on the 323, which one should pay attention to when buying used cars? Thank you for your help!

Mazda 6 GJ purchase advice
Hello together, I need a new vehicle and I can’t decide. Mazda 6 2.0 petroler Built 2015/2016 145ps/165 ps (depending on what I find for my budget of about 22,000 Eur) or the C class of Mercedes Built 2012 (also petroler). About the C class there is quite a lot of information on the net. Unfortunately I find hardly anything about the Mazda. Is the new model robust? What are the flaws of the car? Thank you!

After recall action funny vibrating / window lifter broken
Moin, I had my Mazda on Monday in a contract workshop regarding the replacement of the gas encoder driver and passenger airbag. Since then my autom. window lifter passenger and rear no longer work. Driver side works without problems. Besides, I have the first ~10-20 stops after start a funny vibration when I brake and almost came to a stop (whereby it doesn’t matter whether I have a gear in it or am idle) and my tachometer goes all the time from about 500 to 1 000 turns back and forth. But the whole thing lies down after a few seconds and then comes up again at the next stop. But after a few stops then also disappeared. What could that be? What you might have to say about it: When I picked up the car, the spare light burned. I don’t know if this could have anything to do with it. Thought first that would be because he had almost no more gasoline. Problem exists in any case even after refueling! Do you have anything to do with the procedure? Does it seem strange to me. Contact the workshop again? Yes, right? Thank you for the help.

Brake, hand brake 626 GF
Hello, I need a little help. I have a 626 GF Bj. 2001 100 KW. Since recently I have the problem that the rear left brake is “fixed” and the wheel gets very warm. First I changed the windows and coverings behind (due anyway) and made the saddles workable again (brake saddle – brake caliper holder) and lubricated. Then the problem was gone, unfortunately only about 2 weeks. Today the left rear wheel was very warm again. So stillma l Wheel down and checked. Now I noticed that after releasing the hand brake I can pull back the small lever on the saddle about 1 cm. If I put out the train, the lever goes back completely by itself. I’m not quite sure now – hand brake rope rusted, lame spring on the saddle or defective saddle (resetting mechanism). The brake rope can be moved with the hand in suspended condition relatively easily, but only in a relaxed direction. what I should exchange first. Thank you very much in advance. Mfg nofear4212

CX-30 G122 Oil consumption
Hello! In December last year I bought a used 2019 CX-30 with 37000km on the clock. G122 engine, hand switch… actually a car with which you can not do much wrong. Now almost half a year later the joy is now very clouded: after 6000km in March the car showed the yellow oil light for the first time. According to the measuring rod it was just below minimum. So from the fMH where I bought the car and let it fill up oil there. Since the engine is not for this kind of thing we had the assumption that at the last service in December ggbfs. not enough oil was refilled. I checked 2 days later on the measuring bar, it looked quite full. The oil came almost to the 2nd point. Now, another 7000km later the oil indicator goes on again. Driving style: Occasionally 20min to work in the city. Mostly highway and country road on weekends (approx. 200-400km). Consumption is combined at 5,5l and I stroke the accelerator and switch rather early (latest We have the G120 engine at home in the Mazda 3 and it never needs extra oil between the intervals. Is that normal? I know, the Mazda 0.8l/1000km indicates, but this is more to be seen as legal protection. Since such a thing is not so easy to find out during a test drive, I wonder how to proceed here. Oil can be poured again and again, you can already m achen, but with such a new car I find it very disappointing. I don’t feel like I’m going to be able to flute the engine someday after the used car warranty.

Mazda CX5 known weak points
Hello, I have unfortunately gucked into the Mazda CX5 Wanted to crash some car dealerships soon. Of course I want to deal with the dealer something and would therefore like to know if the CX5 has known flaws that I should pay attention to? Or what should be taken into account when buying like e.g. rust problems, headlights that are leaking quickly or similar?

Mazda 6 purchase advice
Hello, Would you like to buy an economical diesel with acceptable performance. That’s why the Mazda6 with 136/143 hp come into question. All under 125,000km; good equipment (Xenon, cruise control, partial loader, Navi, etc.) -> These are the ones I found or are interested in. My questions: Are these good engines for frequent drivers? What is the response? Do you feel the 136/143 hp too or are the engines rather sluggish? Are there general weak points with Mazda6 2.0 diesel engines or at the car se Thank you, Philipp.

CX-60 Plug In
Good day together! I briefly drove the CX-60 and must say that I am enthusiastic about engine, transmission and driving behaviour. I am currently driving a Sorento plug in and there are worlds in between. Now my question is whether you can drive the CX60 as a pure hybrid. So that the setting remains in the hybrid. Is this the same in SPort mode? So the mode stays when switching on? Sorento doesn’t work. It changes to the selector mode when switching on like that. Thank you very much.

Never again Mazda
Hello together, after 2 x CX60 (once Hybrid and now 254D) I leave the forum because after 3 months with the CX60 254D (all packages plus PD) I have many problems again. The worst was however an engine damage (injection nozzle defective) after not even 3 months on a trip in Switzerland. 6 days repair, on the first day 12x(!) Mazda Assistance Europe called – not a single RR or email, partly in the middle of the conversation hung up (“sorry, more than 10 minutes I can not per customer”, dana ch Letter to Mazda Europa and D, until today (14 days later) no answer! My CX cost almost 70,000 and after 2.5 months an engine damage abroad and I had to bring with wife, dog and 4 suitcases by train home and after a week by train (7h) back the car (6h). Conclusion: 3 days lost, 1,200€ and they don’t even apologize for this? In addition the problems already mentioned here with the chassis (in the case of bend brakes common dangerous swings..) and d Navigation failures still 18 months after the start (the 11 errors with the hybrid, also here everything chewed through, I still understood in the first series, but now also with the 2nd CX and then this treatment. Conclusion: they can not and I advise all who have not yet firmly ordered, to wait until all these problems are solved and to buy something else. We had 2x 6 sports combi and CX30 and CX 3 and they were all ok. Both CX were Takumis in Machine grey Takumi Full with Carstyler dog lining and Mazda special rims winter. I have ordered a Lotus Eletre now, comes in January. My CX60 D254 Takumi stands with 17,000€ discount after 3 months in all portals and no one wants it. Also an experience…
