  • Old Mitsubishis and E10 gasoline?

Hello, is there any driver or mechanic of older Mitsubishi models around BJ 90 (C50, E30, etc.) who have already fueled E10? I would like to know if these models are compatible with the E10 fuel. There is this official table where it says that all models except the GDI’s E10 are compatible. However, it can be a good thing that the old model in the table are already not taken into account. Therefore the question. I would like to ask my aged Lancer because I hate to silently use E10…ande On the other hand, it is a cost factor. I would be pleased with answers. Thank you.

  • Space Wagon N50 after about 1 km no more performance.

Hello together. Have the following problem: Engine starts without problems. Also runs in the stationary gas quite calmly, also over a long time. No matter whether warm or cold. After about 1 km he starts to stutter strongly, no more gas takes on, MKL goes on. If I then stop and wait for 1 min, it goes again for about 1 km ( sometimes less). Have the AGF already closed. Drosselklappe is io (easy to run). Now my guess is that it is due to the Kratstoff supply. e High pressure pump can exclude, because it drives the one kilometer right. Can it be that the fuel filter is closed and not enough fuel can be pumped? If yes, where does it sit and how can I expand it? Unfortunately, do not have a workshop manual at hand. Would I be happy about fast, numerous answers as I need the car again tomorrow. 🙂 Thank you in advance.

Hi ( ! ) Who has pleasure and some time or interest … … here a few pictures of my FTO. As far as I know , from other forums ( among others also Mitsubishi Forum Int. ) I am zZ. the only FTO driver in Germany or one of the few … So who wants to know more , regarding performance, driving behavior whatever , may write to me ! With kind regards from Aachen 的 www.rauschen-photography.de ___________________________________________________________________________________ ______http://i232.photobucket.com/…/FTO02.jpghttp://i232.photobucket.com/…/FTO01.jpghttp://i232.photobucket.com/…/FTO03.jpghttp://i232.photobucket.com/…/Tobi_FTO_17.jpghttp://i232.photobucket.com/…/Tobi_FTO_12.jpghttp://i232.photobucket.com/…/Tobi_FTO_14.jpghttp://i232.photobucket.com/…/Tobi_FTO_14.jpghttp://i232.photobucket.com/…/Tobi_FTO_15.jpghttp://i232.photobucket.com/…/Tobi_FTO_13.jpg PS : If you don’t know yet, the FTO is ONLY the right-hander who wants to prove the opposite to me, please only by means of pictures ! !! PPS : The tacho is of course Mph, that means 180 are on it, are converted 290 K/mh dangers I am times up to 160 Mph / 260 K/mh, then I went off the gas … So is the UK version as the English always say so nicely, the Japanese is locked at 180 K/mh ! So I say hello to the AUDI and Mercedes drivers who constantly occupied the left lane.. Mitsubishi does this now also eye wink LG toby

  • Heikle’s topic Tuning at Galant E30 Gasoline?!

Hi Leutz, my Galant 1.8 glsi with 90 hp has already come a little bit into the years and it is slowly time for a bigger procedure. I thought that I could invest a little more money and make my faithful vehicle a little sportier. I had thought of starting something with engine tuning, exhaust system etc., but could not yet find any corresponding tuning parts on the free market, wanted to also convert my vehicle to (bi) turbo and further measures he who knows where you can get suitable parts, or can be prepared, also bodykits are looking for. Motor should be preserved if possible. Conversion measures regarding brake and drive are known to me. So, who has useful tips, may be quiet in contact 🙂 . I am happy about every useful post. Oh yes…. have fun still with your own tuning.

  • Need your advice (galant, full cooler hose)

Moin people, first of all I imagine: I am the bullbiter from Bremen and for exactly 5 days proud and skeptical owner of a Mitsubishi Galant automatic, BJ. 91, Schrägheck, 2 l with approx. 110 hp. My first Japanese ever, therefore I am with Mitsu. so far without experience. I got the car for little money and it seemed in a top condition, engine ran perfectly. What I only noticed so far was that the fan ran very often, the temperature indicator time and again in the Red area was, mostly but in the middle. Yesterday for me comfortable through the area, wanted to park and Zack, a loud bang, steam shot out through the bonnet and the whole cooling water ran out. The thick hose, which goes off from the cooler, had burst. An approx. 15 cm long fat crack. Since I looked at the engine compartment and just this hose several times, I am sure that the hose was in order and it could be somewhere else. They told me that it would w Probably lying on the termostat, the hose has burst due to overpressure. Do other causes come into question? And, what does such a hose cost for this car and the termostat? Who has happened such a thing already? Would I be pleased about your Antowrten. Thank you very much.

  • L300 Cooling water temperature: What is normal? Where is the petrol filter?

Hi, I changed the thermostat on the L300 (2.4 of 1991), had fluctuations in the temperature indicator: At the traffic light it went down, on the AB up etc. Always thought the 9 o’clock position would be normal (that I had on the AB with trailer), but with the new thermostat it can only go up to 8 o’clock. Is this normal (new QH 88° thermostat) During installation I discovered the between front axle and suction spider of the engine apparently the petrol filter is sitting, size like a 0,3 Coladose and above an Connection with hose (below probably also). Is my guess correct? If yes, how often is the filter changed? Do you change it from below? If the topic was already: the SuFu did not want to, could not browse in old posts Thanks Hermann

  • Pajero V20 is the first car….?

Hello dear community and Pajero friends I’m about to buy my first car. But I don’t want a boring golf or boisterous lower-legged BMW but a large, reliable, off-road car. Why don’t I know myself exactly, because a 4 g golf would actually be enough. After a long search I’m on weights such as Mitsubishi Pajero, Mercedes G, Jeep Cherokee Classic, Range Rover Classic (too old), Opel Frontera, or even Mitsubishi Pajero g The latter I particularly like due to price/performance and optics. 🙂 … I would prefer the diesel with 125 hp. Maybe I should mention that only 4/5 doors are in question. I found a model that I particularly like:http://www.autoscout24.at/Details.aspx?id=vtwjtwwui3nu What do you think of this? Now I have a lot of questions for you, since I am still very inexperienced myself … … 1 … weaknesses? Bzw. frequently occurring defects … 2 … eu he consumption … 3 … Is he well suited as the first car? … 4 … From how many kilometers do the defects start? I would be very pleased about feedback, experiences, reviews, and other answers! Sincerely from Lower Austria Erik!

to all who drive with the evo nordschleife: what time have you put down ? (please specify model with)

  • Purchase decision: Colt 1,3 Inform steel grey metallic,

Hello, what do you think of this offer: Colt 1,3 Inform, 5-door, 95 HP, grey metallic, German new car, 0 km with daily registration March. 07. Price: 10500 Euro. I would probably have had enough of the 75 HP engine, but the dealer no longer has a good offer for the 1,1 engine. Beware that the 95 HP engine swallows too much. I’m not sure by moving and professional changes as my driving profile develops. But think it will be a little driving mix (max. 10000km/year) from city and highway. A otherwise: how satisfied are you with your Colts? Are the factory specifications for consumption coming? Is there a long time between Polo and Yaris (both too expensive) and Skoda Fabia (too ugly). Now turn to the Colt (indoor very convincing, test drive with 1.1 engine liked)… Do you think I should? Oh yes: has anyone ever got a bike in with extended rear seats?
