Hello, I bought a new Space Star in 2003 after my good Colt was finished with only 140 000 km. (but without probs, only oil change and petrol refilling) Then the misery started with the Space Star, with 18 000Km brake pads expired back… not even “Renoschuhe” will be broken so quickly! Lambda probe just before warranty end fug… and now to good last gear damage after 4 years and say and write 54 000Km. replacement gearbox lt dealer about 2500.- Euronen *screech* + Installation and Merkel tax….. Now my question… how is your experience with Mitsubishi with culant!!!! Thank you for your answers, since I have to make a decision Reperatur or off with the box…….

Charisma purchase advice
Greetings! I am former Mitsubishi driver (Pajero L040 and V20), drive at the time Subaru and am looking for a car for my brother. He starts driving training in July and I am supposed to buy a car for the first few years. The criteria of my parents look as follows: * easy to drive and to operate the car must be * safety should not at least fail * not much over 100hp he should have (tax and insurance reasons) * reliable he is My brother sets the following requirements for his first car: * it must not be an 0815 model ala Golf/Astra/Mondeo etc. * it must be space for 4 people, 2 guitars and amplifiers * he has to find space with his 194 cm size and 110 kg As a fan of Japanese cars I came to the Mitsubishi Charisma among other things, also because I am simply convinced of the quality of Mitsubishi. As I said a limit of ~ 100 hp I got on the diesel variant n. I also think that a turbodiesel for a novice is easier to handle than a petrol driver, keyword “start up”. But when it comes to charisma, the diesel is more of an exception, because I learned that it is a Renault diesel. The 90 hp TD and the 102 hp DI-D are supposed to be from Renault… Is that true? Are they not recommended in terms of reliability and durability? Now, of course, the question arises whether the charisma can come up with Mitsubishi reliability, we he was built in Holland as the brother of the Volvo S/V40. What do you think of the 1.6 litre petrol engine with 90hp? Apart from the fact that he shouldn’t be a racing car? Is the 1.6 petrol engine a Mitsubishi engine? Or also Renault? Thanks for your tips! L300_ Horrible noise in the passenger footroom
Hello, I just have a tour to the cheap Austria sprite behind me and suddenly my L300 gave terrible sounds of itself. They come somewhere from the passenger’s footroom and sound like if you hold a piece of sheet metal or cardboard in the spokes/rotor leaves in a fan or a rotating bicycle tire. The noise is clearly speed and wind dependent. It starts at about 60 kmh and becomes a continuous surrnoise from 90 kmh, really annoying end! I couldn’t find anything that’s loose! Only the number plate has some game in the holder. What else can it be? If it was the license plate, which materials are best suited to make this quiet? PU foam? Silicone gel? ..?

Buying advice Galant or Carisma up to 3000 euros.
Hello, a friend of mine is looking for a car. But his budget is very limited – to 3000 euros. Now he thought rather of a Japanese, because they are supposed to be so problem-free even in old age. What about the Mitsubishi Galant or Carisma in this price range? It should become a gasoline (1.6-2.0). Which engines are rather economical and reliable? Which engines should not even be looked at? Thanks!! Greeting P.S.: that it is VERY on the condition of the Aut It’s all right.

Battery discharges while driving
My loyal Mitsu Lancer let me down for the first time in twelve years and 180,000 km two days before the TÜV race. When driving last night suddenly the lights (outside, fittings etc.) became darker and darker, in the higher speed range he started to stutter and then 5km later he went out completely and couldn’t start again. Tomorrow then restart without problems. After a few km test drive again made. I suspect a short one on this cable (it was wiped when touching one). Can this one suck the battery when running ? I have no idea about electrics and hope for your help. Thank you – Thomas !

Need your advice: Installation in Colt CZC ? & FB + Display Connect with Alpine
Moin first of all to all motor talk users ! I am happy to have found in this forum, because here also really competent people can post, as I have read in other topics already. Besides, there are enough Mitsubishi crazy and I like that ! So once on my request: I decided to give my Colt CZ3 Invite D-ID 1.5 in payment to get me a new Colt CZC Invite 1.5 (full equipment) Now it comes to me that I 1. before 3 Woc This is not the problem either. Model Alpine cda-9855r. With Mitsubishi it is unfortunately so that you can no longer turn on the display (except with buttons) if you install another radio. What I find only a pity now is that the new Colt has a steering wheel remote control and I can no longer use it. Apart from that, the new radio may look like mp3 but dead ugly for my taste. ( As with the CZ3) Alpine offers solutions for where you can allegedly connect the radio with an adapter to the remote control of the car. I can only never find real information, because Alpine really doesn’t write much about it. Does someone know more? The second problem is that I don’t know where to build my system. Before I had a GTO-4000 power amplifier in the car and another 30cm sub of MacAudio I have sold these things now and need some new equipment. but for the car ….. —– —-> Where does one have space for a sub and a zb 2nd channel end stage in this car? And without it looks ugly? Maybe someone still has this problem and knows a solution for it. Besides, I don’t know yet how the sound of the factory boxes sounds. Besides, someone has suggestions for a sub and a power stage for a convertible? Additionally 3. has someone already made the vehicle display interface of Alpine run? Find nirgens supported car s and from the connections I won’t be smart…. Thanks for reading the long and also to the one who wrote an antorte. Greetings bl4ze

D30 VS Colt
Hi guys. I drove the D30 Eclipse a long time ago and you can’t say anything to the look!!! Just TOP the car in the look!!!!! I put a lot of money into it (sauger tuning…… that costs….) A friend of mine got himself a Colt with 113 HP and then we thought: Let’s go against each other. First we just happened to be on the road with both cars and I thought to myself: Oh my God!!!! Why is the Colt so fast, or why is my car s oh slow!!!!! That really pissed me off!!!! Then the day had to come!!!!! 1/4 mile!!!! Eclipse was just a little tick faster than Colt!!!! Such a price difference and then something!!!! Apart from the appearance the Eclipse is already a rather lame car!!!! Respect to the Colt of course!!!! So, now you can express your opinion on both cars and of course also to the story!!!! I drive now another car!!!!!!!!!

He lives again, risen from the dead
Hello guys, Hello friends. Maybe one or the other remembers me. I drove a Mitsubishi Galant V6 BJ2000 for a good year. In November I had a serious accident with the car, a motorcyclist drove me with extremely increased speed into the side rear of my baby… unfortunately it turned out then to the end that the car has a total damage. Ax break, extreme sheet metal damage etc… I then sold the car, a young independent mechanic has me the car with my almost new 17″ Alutec rims bought by 2200 euros. For the information, the car had absolute full equipment, everything there was. Well, what I see today on the main road for sale… yes, exactly my baby, my Mitsu. It stood there, a little deeper laid, cleanly cleaned and polished. Almost as I bought it at the time…. just a dream. At first glance it is cleanly directed, but can not say anything more exactly about it than a mechanic. Since I know that the engine and the gearbox, also the remaining condition is perfect, of course, I immediately thought about buying the car again. “My” Galant was just a dream… and when he is then again directed for sale you think about it…. The question now, I bought the car in Germany by 7500 euros from first ownership, then another 1000 euros Nava and Tüv were added. In other words, I paid for the car completely 8500.- Euro. I then sold it around gugu t 2000 Euro… so, what else can the seller demand? He sells it privately, without Grarantie and warranty. If it would happen, the car would of course be checked and measured at the ÖAMTC. The car would be completely checked. So, price is not there, what can / may he still demand? Thanks & Gruss Pascal
