I have a chrome star in the radiator grille and want to exchange it for a black star. Unfortunately I don’t know how to get the old one. Can someone help? With my G270CDI, W463.322, I have the following problems: In the case of an unoccupied passenger seat, the SRS fault lights up when a passenger sits on the seat before the ignition is switched on. According to Mercedes, the seat occupancy detection is defective, but the sensor mat in the passenger seat is no longer available. What is the remedy here? Hello together, the following problem on my vehicle. (W463, G500, EZ 2004) If the driving beam is switched on, the driving beam will turn on briefly and immediately off again. The driving beam switch will remain in “on” position, then the driving beam will turn on for a short time and then turn off again. After that, it will stop. In the instrument cluster, “check the remote light li/re lamp” will be displayed. In the case of light horn, this is the same problem. The driving beam will turn on briefly and immediately again. Hello in the forum! As already mentioned above, I have had a new start problem when the vehicle has been standing for several weeks – he never had that in the last 7 years. Vehicle: G280CDI, WDB 461.3341X181642, engine 642.975 (OM642 DE 30 LA), LL = 186700 Km. I have the impression that the engine does not get a diesel at the beginning. After a longer start sometimes a cylinder ignites and at some point it starts and runs normally. If the vehicle is only standing overnight, it does not have the problem. I don’t know this engine and its fuel system yet and therefore the question about some tips where to start looking – error reading with the diamex shows me P 0123 – throttle valves – position sensor switch P 0030 – Lambdasondenheizung – control circuit P 1955 – he always had this error With best thanks in advance, Heinz.

Hello together I think it’s a pity that the NEW G63 will be delivered with a plastic airbag module or not even the option for a leather related airbag module exists. Would also pay a few EUR extra for this. After my order from the NEW G63 and the wish of a leather covered airbag module I was told in the Center of Excellence that such airbag bang tests would be very expensive, and this is one reason why they are not offered in all classes. only the mopf S class with the leather covered airbag module delivered ex factory. Brabus offers since the latest also the leather cover of the airbag module (see appendix). One can assume that the leather airbags of Mercedes and Brabus have been tested accordingly – and in case of emergency will also trigger. There are of course various suppliers/sattler with which one can have an airbag in leather/alcantara already from EUR 200. Whether these then in case of harvest properly trigger and open, remains natural I would like to have the ORIGINAL leather airbag module from the mopf S-Class (same steering wheel as in the NEW G) inclick. To do this, it would be interesting to know which airbag module is installed in the NEW G-Class and of course also in the mopf S-Class – if these are the same my plan goes on If someone had time/lust and dares to look at the NEW G… I would like to do it myself, but my NEW G comes to the end October 2018. After 1 or 2 km the gas intake becomes tough, or it needs clearly more gas foot to accelerate normally. What I noticed: engine fan jumps frequently and always at high speed at the same time. But then it goes out again at some point. Now the outside temperatures were very high the last days… But I think despite The temperature of the cooling water is normal. MKL is off. Error memory is empty. But consumption is significantly increased (about 30l to 100km). Does anyone have an idea?

Servus together, the water cooler of the W463 is also oil cooler for the automatic transmission. Since I also convert 6 gear manual transmission would be the option available to use these connections as oil cooler for the engine. Can anyone tell me if this is possible or is the water cooler not designed for the oil pressure? And prefer to install an extra oil cooler ? Best regards

The MB car dealership could not help me until now. A few facts & figures, what happened so far: – Iphone 12 Pro Max with iOS 18.1.1 – Siri enabled – Bluetooth on and off – WLan on and off on the mobile phone – Iphone restarted – screen time settings checked (among other things, a tip from the Net z) – original Apple charging cable (various tested) – proper USB socket used in the car, iPhone charging works on both USB slots – MB employee tried it with its two iPhones and its cable – W463, Bj 2022 – smartphone integration CarPlay on board (SA code EV1 + EV3 + EV4) – system in G class reset to factory settings Would be happy if someone could help me.
