After my short trip to Audi and the Q7 4.2TDI new model, after the ML63 I landed again at Benz. I am happy again. Also I have to say that the guys here in the Q7 forum call their car KUH, that is not possible at all, but no matter what I should tell you. Just Brutal. Swallows between 22 and 38L. Leaves like the last sow. Is loud. Is suitable for terrain, looks good (it’s a matter of taste) Here are some pictures. Loss of power
Dear friends, I have a “exciting” problem with my G, W463, 270cdi, Automatik, EZ 10/04; for better clarity I number through: 1.) I start the engine. 2.) I speed up; 2nd gear comes at about 3100 rpm, then very soon the 3rd gear is already at 1700 rpm, then the 4th and then the 5th gear quickly too. 3.) The G thus reaches a maximum of 120 km/h at approx. 2700 rpm; there is nothing more, even with lead foot not. 4.) On low gradients this will be 5.) I stop. Engine continues to run inconspicuously round, no shaking, no jerking. I move the selector lever to position N and give gas: the engine turns high up to 2900 rpm, then it regulates, more revolutions do not come. I then move the selector lever to position P, and everything is like in Postion N. 6.) I turn off the engine, take out the ignition key, reboot it and restart the engine. 7.) Now, As it stands, it takes full gas, the pointer of the speed meter speeds up normally until far beyond 3000 rpm. It is clearly no longer regulated. 8.) Then I drive, and everything comes back as described above … Who of you can please give me a hint? Who has OWNER experience with CDI engines converted to vegetable oil? Would you like to drive the G320 CDI ADDITIONAL with regenerated vegetable oil later (after expiry of the regular warranty). What do I have to pay attention to? What problems can arise? Does someone know a professional retrofitter in Switzerland? Thank you for your help.

Who drives a G 55 K MJ 07?
Moin moin, I hope to meet at least one pilot of the current G 55 K who can tell me if: the road position is reasonable or you ruin his intervertebral disc; the range with fast AB-drive is at least 400km; how high the real V-max is (without taking 12km of start) you get with the serial tires a 2.5t trailer from the damp meadow without pitifully failing (the Touareg of my buddy sends greetings…); the sound is really sooo great. Which G is it supposed to be?
Hello together! I am new here in the forum and look around to buy a G. I was already at the friendly dealer, but no one can give me any information if the AMG rims with the extension of the G55 are also available for the diesel. I have chosen the G 320 CDI long, in Designo Lack and designo leather. But I still doubt whether the 320 is the right choice. G55 or G 500 are leaving, because I don’t know any gas retrofitter and no experiences about it. I once had a ML 400 CDI of which I was very enthusiastic. However, I always hear and read about problems with this engine. I had at least none, but have only 50,000 km of experience. Because for me a top used G 400 CDI could be considered, but I can no longer influence the equipment and would probably have to look for longer… But the V8 diesel would like. The 400er is still in the “older” equipment, with the “old NAVI”. Is there something seriously negative? I h with the ML Bj. 2004 only with NAVI and telephone problems, but then enough of that. G 270CDI or 300TD ?
Hello, I have to get a G soon and would like to hear your opinion about the engines. I fluctuate between the 270 CDI and the 300TD, where I am grateful about every opinion. I use the vehicle 50/50 road and terrain, trailer operation also occurs but usually only with approx. 1200KG. In the terrain he should already be able to stand out because we have quite a lot of mud and mud. How about the consumption of the engines? What might be interesting? is whether you would advise me to a short or long G, I’m the same “relative”, but I really like the long something better.
