No full throttle only to rock there… Slightly wobbly on the VA at 100-110km/h then give itself back..easy poltern at the rear part… EZ 12/99 85tsd km 1st hand 18″ ex factory TOP condition with all EXTRAS…. Acceleration from 30/40 to 100km/h is indeed SUPER bad….from 110km/h it goes again… So besides the seat positioin has mi Is the driving characteristics better with the long..???? How does the driving difference between long/short over..? How high is the consumption…?? at the 500s…? 400s..CDI ….?? Man Which model should I buy.. or better bury my G…. I am now totally undecided… Thanks in advance for your information….

G500 V8 4.0 M176 Ribbed belt
Who of you has ever changed the triangular belts of generator and air compressor/servo pump with the G500 with 4.0 V8 M176 engine (2015-18) ? I wanted to look at the condition of the two belts, but even that didn’t look so easy. From above you can see nothing, only sideways and from below you can see a bit of the belt. Rear registration plate on the G (W463)

G500 before or after the year 2000?

I still have a few questions, because I couldn’t find a final answer. Especially at the year of construction I think about it. The models >2000 have more electronics, which supposedly and logically can lead to more problems. But I don’t have any real reports about these Problems found, make the models with ESP etc. really problems and which are these? Rust is apparently a topic for everyone, is it really the case that the models from 1998-2000 were better? How “bad” is the air conditioning in the models before 2000 compared? Are there otherwise big differences between before and after 2000? I could also imagine a vehicle with 200,000km, if everything is in good condition and cleanly maintained. I think engine and transmission also keep much more from and with a vehicle with a higher running line, many other maintenances are possible, which are still to be done with one with 100,000km, or what do you think?
