I wish you a nice day to all those who read this here. I bought or exchanged an R-Class R280 for my E-Class CDI220. I have the R-Class for a week now and am very excited. The R280 is used by Daimler (EZ 3/2008) and had 80200km on the clock. It has a great equipment from Navi over leather to AMG styling. It is super well maintained and top in shot. Color is dark blue. It is 8-fold matured and has a trailer coupling. It has Xenon with curved light and Ab My kids are gone. By the way, it’s my wife’s dream car and me. MfG.FRED

Hello to the R-Class driver, now that it has become cold, I used the defroster position of the blower for the first time. So the one that blows the air concentrated against the windshield. I have asked Mercedes Benz, and wait for answer which oil comes in. According to the internet comes in an 85w90 oil. Differential Oil Change should be quite easy. Differential has two screws (inbus screws). Venting and draining screws. In the WIS I could find nothing to the topic. first turn out the upper vent screw 3. Turn out the drain screw and release oil. 4. Clean the drain screw and turn in.(I saw the screw Teflon tape was put on it so that it is also tight) 5. Inject oil with large syringe in the vent opening until it starts to run out and immediately turn in the screw. Once I asked MB to change because of differential oil. The answer was not needed. After above exchange with the local big MB dealer there are considerable problems with the vehicle. 1. Engine compartment was completely oiled, different sensors have registered, so that the yellow motor lamp occasionally lighted up. 2. The V-belt was damaged. 3. The ABS is switched off at ever shorter intervals and a warning message is shown. Jet zt the workshop liked to install new oil noise absorbers and new wheel sensors, of course at my expense. Now my question: Was there possibly an apprentice ordered to the BKV change, which has repaired some during the removal of broken?
