W220 – No warm air from the middle nozzle when setting the car

But now to my request: Vehicle: S400CDI Mopf, Ez. 2004 The problem: since this winter I notice that no warm air comes from the middle nozzle and only when the middle wheel of the middle nozzle is set to “auto”. To increase blower level (no car mode in the KA) does not lead to success, the flaps of the Medium nozzle for the warm air is easy too! My remedy so far: the middle wheel from the “auto” position turn down very little, then a certain amount of cold air (fresh air) is mixed to it, but the middle nozzle heats a little. What I also hear: when I put the above-mentioned wheel on “auto” some flap (hearable between AI and medium nozzle) closes, although side nozzles open fully (e.g. in the morning when I drive away, is cold outside and a certain engine temperature reaches cht ist) Additional information: I think that I also have the problem with the “residual heat” when I press it, comes out in short relatively cold air, although engine still quite warm, but whether this is related to above-mentioned problem? No TÜV due to defective light range regulation, what now?
Good evening to all of you, I have now also signed up here in the forum, because the W140 forum is unfortunately not working yet. I was last week with my 400er (Bj. 91) at the TÜV, which failed my 140er, because the light range regulation does not work. Everything in the top condition, the examiner has found nothing further, but does not push me a new badge and everything just because I can not put my light down….because with the good car I transport no field stones 🙂 (. Since I must have been there again in 4 weeks, I wanted to ask if someone knows what could be broken. I would like to fix this myself if it is possible. So far everything is fine, fuses good, plug connections on the headlights also and the ZV pump also works. Does that actually have something to do with it? Is there an extra pump for this? Or can even the servo closure pump have something to do with it? Because I have removed these at the moment for repair (engine through I would be very happy if someone could help me further so that I can get through the TÜV as soon as possible. I would like to know which consumption values are normally displayed at constant speed around 120km/h at the S320CDI (model year 2008) (naturally somewhat windless and flat, normal 235 tyres, no summer heat etc.).
