  • A SLK and a trailer coupling???

    So, that hurts! Before that, in a thread, someone applied for trailer couplings for SLK. That’s why I dealt with this idea. Of course, it’s none of the things you do with your own car. But I would never mount such a profane thing on my SLK and abuse it as a towing vehicle.   • GT: Experience with vehicle width

    I’m thinking about whether the GT is a sports car for me. So far I’m driving 911 as a fun car. With the GT, the vehicle width seems to me to be the critical issue, since the GT with its 1.95m width is almost 14cm wider than the 911(BR 991). I live in a city where I park in normal-wide parking garages. Also many roads in my surroundings are rather narrow due to parked driving points in the oncoming traffic.   • Experience AMG Performance Package

    Hello, someone from you already has experience with the AMG Performance Package? I’m now 3 J and 120,000 km with the SLK 350 and now would like to switch to the SLK 55. I have the standard sports suspension of DC. I can only advise anyone from it. Just hard and poorly tuned. Long motorway curves with bad underground drive the sweat on the forehead. Now I need your HELP… On 14.03.08 I added a 230k manual circuit Bj.11/1999 with 67000 km. Very well maintained.. In the evening much now the following..In idle mode, at traffic lights, the engine is extremely jerking, it does not run out, but jerks massively. On the following day I made this error and had to make the vehicle for repair on 18.03.08 to the On 20.03.08 I received the car again, according to the workshop manager of Mercedes: The vehicle is in a perfect condition, no error to determine…With this statement I could not give myself and personally presented the vehicle again on 22.03.08 at Mercedes, there it was now from someone else, the engine is jerking and sometimes sporadically takes no gas. Mistakes were confirmed to me, but the Nac Then I was at my lawyer after this back and forth, who had asked the dealer (also a big known dealer) to repair the vehicle until 02.04.08 and to hand it over again, otherwise I would make use of my right of withdrawal. Could you please tell me where the jerking comes from and that he sometimes does not have any gas. Of course I should give the car back and collect the money, but I LOVE the 230k.   • 230 Compressor sometimes turns dead

    Good evening together, My SLK is doing wonderful things. Usually it starts like one, but sometimes it dies while trying to start. That means I try to start it and it is like the battery is empty, only then nothing works,quasi, as the battery would not be connected anymore. There is no light anymore and no ZEntral-rigging. Mostly it only jumps again when the battery is stuck off. The error occurs mainly with warm motor. I recently installed an oil stop cable and had to replace the original plug on the wire harness.
