  • Who installed the rearview camera afterwards?

    Hello together, I always read questions about the subsequent installation of a rear-view camera at various points, without however a concrete answer and experience. Since Mercedes excludes this possibility and refers to the fact that my vehicle 1. does not have a video tool and 2. no “cable tree” is available, seems to have already given the answer(??). Have the Navi with the large color display and think that it should be possible, this display e.g. with a mini-radio-Ka I think Mercedes is always putting this topic aside quite quickly without really trying to do so.     Hello together, who has experience with ABC shock absorber change or repair ? Parts number: A2303200513 Rear right? The damper is slightly oil-tight , have noticed it when changing wheels! In the display no error Melung! But –> the car is bagged about after 2 weeks garage stay back right! After that , resp. after the start of the car us level up and down ….. is again everything I.O.!?! Who can help me? Thank you

  • R 230/ SL 500 – Cracking in the steering gear 🙁

    Hello municipality. Did any of you ever have the error ? If the front axle is loaded a cracking in the steering gear, comes from the middle. Is also quite clearly perceptible and occurs approx. with every 3rd steering movement. If someone knows which damper, etc. I have to change there I would be very grateful for a hint. Greetings Armin

  • Luggage compartment damper – automatic opening

    Hello everybody, with my R230 (2002) the trunk is not really open anymore, after it has recently “fallen on my head” new dampers have to be clean – are not the youngest anymore. On the occasion the following question arises: With the newer models the tailgate opens “automatic” – are these only other dampers or is this a completely different mechanism? If it were only the dampers, can I use them? Thanks and warm greetings Kai

    Hello ! I have already read about discounts at MB in several forums. What does your experience look like with ner C-Class (e.g. C 180 K Limo. or “T”. What is the maximum in there at the moment. Does this development make the course to the annual car market unnecessary? At our local MB dealer some A-Class are standing around (on this example there are 20 % on average…). Unfortunately no C-Classes
