So as I said, I have two questions/problems with which I turn to you and I recently bought a W126 Coupè and there are some “ugly” rims on it and now I have already seen at ebay what is offered there and since I noticed AMG monoblock rims in the following Deminson VA 8.5 x 19 ET46 with 245/35/19 and HA 9.5 x 19 ET46 with 275/30/19 now to my question they go on or not since I actually did not want to change the wheel runs. Can there help me there or rather not???? And now to my second question and that I have an ugly flap at the HA (it is with level) Stabi and anglers as well as shock absorbers I can actually exclude 100% (Schräglenker stop not quite believe but not so that it comes from it) at benz I was told now the container for the level of the right next to I don’t know why or how the rattling is supposed to be inwardly, but don’t know now how it is built up (so if there could be something rattling). Or do you still have a possibility where the HA often knocks out???? Thank you in advance

Swimming when tyres are 2/3 down
Hi guys, my dad has the following problem: If his S-Class was built in 2006 (does not know the exact model name 🙂 )the tires to approx. 2/3 have run off, the car shows a clear swimming, that is, it follows almost every track groove and other bumps. If we were not seaworthy, we would become sea ill 🙂 As soon as new tires are on it the problem is fixed. Just it’s stupid to throw away the tires already 3,000 kilometers before the real end n. Has one of you already had experience with this and knows a solution to the problem? Our guess would be other tires, not the Michelin installed by the factory. Or are there completely different suggestions? Would be grateful for everyone, because at the moment he swims again 🙂 Thanks already for many answers! 🙂 Greetings Rellob

W126 (C126) Search Tips for Purchase
Hello! I fell in love with a 560Sec which is offered in the customer order at a car dealer nearby. First of all a few obvious dates: -Ez: 06/88 -205Kw – so with Kat as I suspect -342500Km -Amaretta seats (Alcantara from MB) -Sliding roof -Deping over springs -AMG rims VB 3990€ The overall condition is ok, as I find. No bigger bumps or scratches. Of course I found a few defects: -Inside equipment dirty, Ex-owner was smoker 🙁 -Cooler grit ll loose tires at the front of the outside -In the trunk rust under the rear window -Rost on the chrome bumpers I started the engine, it adjusts quite quickly at 500-600 rpm and runs calmly without significant vibrations or noises. It is also completely dry as far as I see it from above. And now what worries me the most: -Oil drop on the gearbox In a Tüv report I found in the car 2007 the strong oil loss on the gearbox is faulted t. Is this just a sealing thing or could the gearbox have a damage? I first signed up for the test drive next week, then I will see how it switches, there ́s certain test ́s that I can do during the ride to see if it ́s OK? G 463.328 of 1992 alternative drum brake jaws (help)
Hello Mercedes friends, I’m new here and I have a question. I bought a G463 built in 1992. Now I have to make a lot on the G. Now my question: I need new drum brakes and brake cheeks. Swinging on the front axle
Who can help ? On motorway rides over cross-roads at bridges and with track grooves the front axle swings terribly. I then have to slow down up to approx. 80 km/h which returns rest again. I drive 205R16 on original wheels also there are no other changes. The mileage is at 360000 km.

Kinetic ropes
If someone is familiar with kinetic ropes, or can make a recommendation. I have wrestled through various suppliers, who have all “the best product” … yes! So, vehicles are G’s with max. 3.5t own weight. We are mostly on the road with two vehicles, and have used “normal” towing ropes up to now. At a meeting I have now seen these kinetic ropes, which can be of advantage after all. So now my questions, whether someone can use them What kind of tonnage do the ropes have to endure? Here it is sometimes multiplied by 3 or also by 4. But what makes a difference (even in the price) whether you take a rope with 9t, 11t, 12t, or 15t. Then it is advised not to take too high tonnage, because you can tear something down with it. Thanks for every constructive thought.

W463 / 2014 door seals flapper/vibration
Well, there I am again 😉 With my 2014er the defects are increasing. The warranty time is soon running off *laugh* A few weeks ago I suddenly noticed a loud flapping/floating while driving slowly (yes, this is also possible with an AMG). I first thought about things that are lying in the cart and therefore typical of indoor noises. I have to mention that I myself hear fleas flatulating. I have the absolute (car) hearing. I have found out that it is the Door seals/rubbers are the ones that must have changed in their consistency. Press the doors at the top of the frame from outside. I don’t hear anything about other G’s. The G 63 chassis does the rest and transmits hard vibrations to the clattering doors that drive me crazy (it’s really good to hear, even my wife…). First, the rubbers were treated with special Daimler oils. It’s been for 2 days. Now the rubbers have been parted. The box has almost 30′ km and is from early 2014. Unfortunately the Asu exchange does not seem to bring much. Because already today I hear on the passenger side again the clapping. On the driver side (also with the new) rubber, I hear nothing. Also the door consists of “outside-top-drück-test”. Passenger door squeaks. What’s wrong? I may know such sounds from a Lada. But not from G’s.

G55 vs G63 old
Hello G- fellow fighter, am superior my G55 for a G63 old to exchange. I am actually very happy with my 55s. Sound is the hammer, kicking bombastic. Who has experiences or acceleration, chassis harder or softer, transmission, consumption etc. Interior equipment is clear anyway. Weis already, the eternal debate with the consumption, measured with my average 19.8 l and that at 40,000 country road kilometers. With mobile because of price determination look. New G500 or G63 cars
Hello dear community, I am really a little “planless” and hope that you can give me some ideas with the way. At the moment I stand before the (probably rather belly) decision whether G500 or G63. Did also researched something in advance on the Internet but am still quite uncertain with the following “impressions”: 1. Is it correct that only the G500 is equipped with AMG package with All Season tires? 2. If the G500 is equipped with AMG package “optically” the sidepipes are missing, or ? F For the almost 50t difference, you can of course still pack in really nice equipment… Correspondingly: G63: + it’s just a G63 – significantly more expensive (with less equipment) and of course with the following costs G500: + “economic” in comparison + More equipment in the budget – it’s not G63 😛 Maybe someone was in front of the same decision. I know – totally subjective question therefore I am looking for “intenses”. And yes… who wants a camel also needs a big door – it’s not at the door, I just doubt if the price difference is really fair… thanks for your input, smo

Hello had lost my key on vacation driving now with the second key, have bought the original key at ebay w220 a few days ago the programming is done yes mercedes have you noticed if the money is taken for it ? do I have to report the lost key at the insurance and report the new one too ?
