  • Electrical problems 2002 g500

    I write from Canada, the following things do not work on my 2002 Mercedes G 500:Sitz verstellung electric driver side,window lift left,seat heating left,Left exterior mirror can’t be adjusted,central clearance left opens and does not close, everything on the left side? Have new left wire harness installed on suspicion !Everything at the old ,what should I do to get out what is wrong? Please help,schoenenen Thank you.

    Hello together am totally new here, and it’s good that there is something like that. I bought a Mercede Benz 200 E from a grandpa (is not the first Benz) When I drove home on the highway much to me that automatic transmission does not take a kickdown or does. Anyway, I thought that I can give gas as I want it to turn on no gear back as it is usual with an automatic. Yesterday I also noticed that I drove at full throttle on the highway 180-210 km/h so after a time of 15 minutes to the gas station at once it squirted in the front of the engine room, what could that have been?

  • W123 200d – HYBRID!

    There’s no such thing as a hybrid. It’s a S 400 with 15 KW “Better starter electric motor” and start stop automatic is a hybrid. The V6 itself delivers 200kw – 13.33 times the electric motor (15 Kw). Average consumption 7.9 liters (Prius has a 50kw electric motor!) The W123 has 40 KW in 1977 and a 2.3KW starter motor. If I count it for 31 years of development retardation then I can call it a hybrid. Its engine has a 17.39 times the power of the electric motor! Its only manco: No start stop system (1977 not yet ready for production). Average consumption also around the 8 liters, but not the same acceleration values *g* Where is the big revolution. Both vehicles have a similar ratio – to an electric motor!

  • Oil stop cable

    I want to buy a r171 bj 06.2008 with 184 hp. The owner claims that the car is top in order because it was only moved in the summer and always stood in the garage. It only ran 75,700 km, which he can of course prove.     Hello together, would like to introduce me in this round, actually am at home with the W210ers and a little bit at the C209nern.   • SL R230/456 Abbiegelicht but not available ??

    Hello, I’m coming with another question: Yesterday’s first night trip. Unfortunately, the turn-off lights (NL) are kind of working at turn-off lights and steering wheel impact) During the day I had seen that the NL didn’t go on when cornering, thought it would be just like that, that only at night and turned-on lighting also the turn-off lights are working. There are, as I was allowed to learn, equipment codes (e.g. 733 for chestnut wood) My friend somehow didn’t respond to my demand. Maybe someone also has an idea of my other posthi hi hot heating today (I hope to read the steering wheel)

  • Buy SLK 200 K or 230 K R170??

    Hello, what would you recommend a 200K or 230K? Would you like to get an R170 Bj 98 with automatic, but can’t decide which engine osing it should be. What about consumption, insurance, reliability and fun factor?? Is the 200K a little too weak and is the sound as sporty as the 230K?? Thank you in advance!!

  • Engine Diagnostic Control Fault On, Disrupting Lambda Probes Right

    Hello need help,on my 280sl V6 lights up the engine control lights.Have read out error memory,diagnosis Lambda control.That’s what I renewed all four Lambda probes,control pollution again and engine runs like a bag of nuts,error memory read out again result Lambda probe right before Kat no heating and no regulation the same with the Lambda probe Rechs after Kat!Have now changed the Lambda probes already for the second time with original new parts.The result remains the same control light on Lambda probe right no function. Can one of you tell me where else I could look for the error. with kind regards SL Bongo
