Moin guys, after long years of BMW leasen I would rather buy a car this time. As a budget I have set myself about 40k €. But now I’m not sure what the smarter choice is: A 500 MOPF1 like this: Click or such a No MOPF 55er AMG: Click Hold time about 24-36 months, driving power about 5000 – 7000Km p.A. Which one do you think has the lower value loss and is easier to sell again? In recent years I never had to worry about car parked at the dealer, takeover protocol – Thanks and goodbye. In itself I tend to the 55er, then would be just a descent from currently 507 to 500hp. Contra: First series, ABC problems?, Navi rather unusable, resale in 2-3 years? Buys 2014/5 still a 500hp car with high maintenance costs and 20l consumption? Pro MOPF1 500er: Something “fresher” design, matured, COMANDPS, ABC of the second generation, 3 years more, more easily consume less than a BraMG. But if you don’t buy one more of the old AMG.

Tomorrow my SL is gone 🙁 What do you think for the price ? 🙂
Hello ! Tomorrow my SL 350 will be picked up because I switch to E class The SL is too small for me for a long time and you notice far too much with the AMG optics and the sound I sold it for 20000€ Smoothly what do you mean for the price ? Data from the SL 350 V6 245 PS BJ. 2003 156000 km run gapless checkbook Keyless Go,Distronic, wood steering wheel,Bose, ventilated seats… Fully except ABC suspension Complete amg pack from the factory incl. exhaust system (empty No one would believe it is a 6 cylinder exactly like a V8…. Satter V8 sound) Condition of the vehicle is well old usual traces of course available what do you mean ? Good price achieved ?

Sell or keep
Hello dear forum experts, since I am currently using my beloved Sl 350 from 5/2005 very rarely do I think about selling if it is halfway worthwhile, or to leave it in the garage and hope for more driving opportunity. What do you think would be a realistic price to achieve? I think this is something for lovers and possibly collectors and to those I would even sell it. It is an edition50 (quite noble as I find) in the color Silverarrow with black nappa and largely full equipment. Pure seasonal vehicle with 23000 km mileage and in new condition without any quirks and scratches, inside as well as outside. Thank you for your opinions lg conchecco

SLK 32 AMG
Hello together, think with just from my SLK 230 to the SLK 32. If someone has experience with the change or on what you have to pay special attention to with the SLK 32 AMG, or how are your experiences with the vehicle. Ride the SLK only as a fun car and that for years. As an alternative to the SLK 32, cer SLC 43 AMG would be an option, am only not sure if there is a lot of driving fun on the track through the whole assistance systems etc. I’m curious how the topic is generally considered.

AMG GT 4 door Coupe Facelift
Hello together, sometimes a short question I discovered today under the following link that the GT 4 doorr should get a facelift.https://www.mercedes-fans.de/…/…g-gt-4-tuerer-coupe-facelift.20077 As you can see also the V8 engines now get the bumper which were presented recently with the 6 cylinders in the V8 styling package. Picture see appendix. I would like to see your opinion about it. I personally find this new front to run away. I ordered one already last year on delivery June 2024. So early order because my fleet discount was deleted at the end of last year. Does one of you know when the facelift might come.? I would definitely try to get a pre-mopf. Otherwise I have to convert to the old front apron for me is the new one design accident. Furthermore, I would like to know your opinion about the new AMG badge on the bumper. I personally also find some unharmonious because I have to change to the old front apron for example on the whole C pillar – but it is somehow the new edition.

SLK R171 vs BMW Z4
Hello Together, I’m very attracted to having a convertible as a second car for the summer. My budget is up to max. 12.00€. The most interesting candidates so far are the SLK R171 (find it more beautiful than the R170 and technically more mature) or the BMW Z4, possibly even the Mazda MX5. I like the 6 cylinders – if already Cabrio please with appropriate sound. I know, I am in the MB/SLK forum, but would still be pleased about your opinions and experiences. Although I’m more interested in the technical aspects, design has every preference: How durable is the car, how vulnerable is the car for workshop visits, costs of spare parts, value of the interior etc. Corrects me if I’m mistaken, but the 2/3 roadsters are actually quite unconvinced if you take my budget into account and since second car is enough a two-seater. Or about the advantage of a CLK Cabrio or BMW E46 Cabrio when I play with it, but the 2/3 roadsters are actually quite unrivalled if you take my budget into consideration, and there second car is enough for me to talk about the driver.

It can’t be the outpost alone, can it?
Hello Motor-Talkler, who knows this: Investigating object: A W124 (E 200 Diesel), 2 liters with 75 hp, built in 1995, manual 5-speed manual transmission and 160,000 km on the clock. Note: I had recently confirmed from a workshop that the backlog “is no longer quite in order”. (Symptoms: In idle noises, I step the clutch pedal disappears.) Question: In addition to the noise of the backlog, which disappears again when the clutch pedal enters, another noise constantly runs in idle. I believe it has also occurred at the same time as the problem of the backlog. The noise is a dull tone, which strikes in the cycle of crankshaft rotations. If the engine hood is opened, this noise does not seem to come directly from the engine, which runs very clean, as always. Can this sound come from the gearbox??? Does anyone know this problem? Is it a problem at all?

R 129 Purchase aid requested
Hi, I have been sporadically in this forum for several years now and experienced a lot of useful and interesting details, but now it is serious. I have just sold my plane and need a new toy. It will be the third vehicle for ice-eating, bread picking or holiday on the Lago. After weighing all my priorities it should ideally be a 320er, but possibly also the 280er. In any case no 500er. Important is original condition, no AMG or lowering ! Regarding the Baujah I am no longer so sure, even or just after detailed – and partly amused – study of the threads with wikled. About taste can be argued and so I prefer the MOPF 1 model, actually not the MOPF 2, but am also open to the guys 95 years ago ( was 15 years enthusiastic W 126 owner and for 2 years just as enthusiastic about my W 124 QP ). What do you think is an important equipment? In an earlier thread the talk was from the steering wheel adjustment, which I didn’t think about but will certainly be quite useful. Do you have any further tips? Inside my greatest wish would be the light beige in connection with smaragtblack outside, but that certainly can’t be found so easily. I think maybe I’ll wait until October or November, there’s a bigger selection. I want to spend 20, max. 23 K Euro. How do you find this one here? M.E. approx. 2 – 3 K too expensive!http://www.autoscout24.de/ Details.aspx?id=bxxi1llgdds4 Or the there ?http://www.autoscout24.de/Details.aspx?id=vnbtbjsmohrc I am happy about all tips from you specialists ! Tips for sightseeing Sl300 R129
Hello, I want to look at this 129er and try it outhttp://www.autoscout24.de/Details.aspx?id=vfzybxyju3mp Which things should I pay close attention to? I will of course check the engine thoroughly, known weak spot head seal and control housing. The offer seems serious. Originally the car should cost 6900,-. Funny that nobody has bought it yet. Or is the economic crisis to blame? I want to drive the car only in the summer. The series fits qualitatively very g ut to my W140 🙂 Would be nice if you told me your assessment…. MfG

It’s done – SL500
Hello SL community, since yesterday I am now after a long search full of anticipation and some travelled kilometers for visits proud owner of a SL500. The car is Bj.2003, first registration 11/2004, 40,000km (!) As for the equipment, this could be better for my taste, because I miss Keyless-Go, Panorama and TV/DVD. But maybe I find a solution in terms of TV/DVD. A new rim/tire set will also be due. Currently the original 17″ with 4 S tk. 255-ers mounted. There has to be something else. However, cars with full equipment would have been definitely more expensive. For example, a friend said: “One less thing that can be broken.” I will probably have some questions at first, and hopefully soon be ready to support others in return. Here are some photos:http://picasaweb.google.com/mariookadar/SL_500# Oh children, I am so happy!
