Hello SL friends, who has experiences on the topic of wintering of seasonal vehicles? Mine has to be in the garage in 4 weeks for 5 months, what should I consider? Battery I don’t really want to disconnect, because I have concerns about various ECUs. Who has experiences with charge maintenance devices, where the battery remains on it (brand, model, price,etc.) The topic tires, so picking up also does not really work. For constructive tips and experiences I would be very grateful. Thank you.

So I set the ABC chassis to the highest level and when driving down the road I somehow felt like a short brake test for inexplicable reasons (wheels blocked also briefly on the gravel). There sounded a small signal and at the instrument cluster was read “ABC – Werks I thought only “Sch….” – that will be expensive. (The connection with the braking was perhaps no one at all, but a pure coincidence!) So, after I had then turned off the car and drove back home an hour later, the error message was no longer detectable. “No faults”. Also this morning no more, nothing. I should perhaps say that everything was completely wrong” (but not in red, as I found it in my Internet search, but “very normal). normal worked, i.e. the car could be driven up and down completely normally without abnormalities, there was no “misfunction” on the part of ABC to notice, as far as I can judge and feel this as layman. Couldn’t that have been just a “harmless” message, because maybe the oil level is a nuance too low (no idea what causes this could have) or must I be prepared for the worst?
