    Hi we take at you have a little bit of money over, so 350€ + annual tax compensation 2001 (net much) and drive a small C180 ́97, had before a W124 300E and could almost cry if you see a 300E on the road, or even on the highway easily overtake you and you in your C180 sit and think “Yes earlier, before there was everything even better” =) well, now to the point : I know not if so good was to have bought a C180. PRO: I did not want to have a 1300DM DM in the year tax pay and not all 1000KM 1liter oil or have a consumption of 15-20litres, therefore the C180. CONTRA: I say it’s actually full ok the small, little PS, little space, no 6zyl. sound, no seat heating, no sliding roof and and and… but it comes with niveu from A to B. in the last year I really got used to it! also pay only 92€ tax in the year and the consumption is also ok I come over 350KM with a tank filling =). I’m just ma 22 years young have a “normal” job and actually want to go net for the car. Now finally my question: Should I put the charcoal in the C180 and make it really chic, or sell (with loss without ending) and then buy me another 6zyl.     Hello, I am interested in a Mercedes G Wolf. Can you give me some information about the different engines? But the 72hp engine is too small for me, I want to get wood in the forest and do forest work in general, but also drive normally on the road. How many locks does the wolf have and which ones?   • M271.860 EVO / SIM271DE20 last MB Software level 200CGI reprogramming possible to 250CGI ?

    Hello and Merry Christmas Since I have access to various software & hardware, the following question to the programmers.Can the SIM271DE20 with the latest software available from MB simply be reprogrammed in the variants configuration with Vediamo from 200CGI to 250CGI? Are all parameters of the 250er automatically entered after the changes (after reset) from the 250er? There are various parameters in the control unit and the 250CGI with the M271.860 has no other control unit keep quiet another engine, turbo, injectors etc. That says EPC! The braking system might have to be adapted, but I will then clarify this if I succeed at TÜV. I am not concerned about the 20hp more power (do not drive my vehicles completely at my age anyway), I would like to have more torque available. The engine was just at approx.86.000km with chain demolition completely overtaken by me and I would have had a second overhauled M271.860 by now. The “reduced performance” engines die without notice far before the 100,000km limit with chain damage etc. although they are consistent like my “MB checkbook well maintained” and always only the original MB 5W40 (MB229.5 release) has been filled in.   • My new SL comes from Bavaria

    After 5x SL I decided not to read more here in the forum and extensive test rides against the R232 and for the white/blue camp. Who thinks this is in the SL forum OT. For all those who love the R232 in a similar situation but have not yet decided, here my motivation for the M850i, or against the SL: A) The R232 is only available as an AMG variant. After a long back/back and many test rides he was too hard for me, respectively. mfortabel. Where the SL opens the spread towards 911, the 8-series is more like an S-Class convertible. Is more like mine. B) The 8-series has been on the market since 2019 and has its childhood diseases behind it. Mine is an LCI (“MoPf”-model of which I hope it will go on as unproblematic as I should have seen for 4 weeks now. No mucken of any kind. Drives easily and does what it should. C) Interior concept: BMW has buttons! Everything important can be operated via buttons. Many DANK!!! Most of it also via touchscreen. But I don’t. I touch the monitor almost never. Nevertheless, since the 2022er facelift you have a nice large monitor in the middle and everything looks tidy and modern. D) Actually belongs to C: So silly stories like touch slide in the steering wheel or retractable door handles one searches in the 8er God-sei-thanks in vain. Hopefully all this is only a mistake on the part of MB, which corrects in the next generation E) Price: If, then I would have decided for a SL55. In comparison, the M850i is not only visually more impressive (485cm outer length vs 470cm), but also 20k cheaper and m.E. better equipped. The pricing of the SL is overall a joke and by nothing to justify. It will prevent the broad success of the R232. My opinion. Simply because there are so good, cheaper alternatives that are better specialized. From the R232 than 4-cylinder (and its price) wi F) Practicality: Relayable and better usable rear seats (thanks to 12cm more wheelbase), larger boot volume and a really well-functioning app, with which many functions can be remotely operated. However, I don’t know how good the SL is at this last point. Thanks to the digital key, I don’t need to take any more keys with me if I have the phone with me. Works perfectly and is easy to set up. G) Design: The 8-piece is optically smooth. One might think of the current generation of BMW, what you want, but they still missed a classic kidney for the 8-man, which runs wide across the front, but does not come to the ugly beaver teeth, which BMW seems to have closed into the heart at the moment. The rest of the line is also a dream for me. The width and length, spread over stretched, classic proportions, are optically a poem. Don’t understand why many other BMWs are currently so powerful. H) Gimmick: Since the 2022er Facelift the 8er has a bright kidney. BMW calls this “Iconic Glow”. I initially dismissed it as meaningless gimmicks. But it looks damn awesome. BMW has taken over the top of Rolls Royce. Makes for a present at night. Maybe many don’t care, but I like that. So much on the subject. If there are things to complain about in the future, I will also write them in here to give an objective impression.   • SLK 200K or SLK 230K

    Hello guys, I would like to (will) strike in the spring and buy a SLK. Actually I also wanted to consider the successor model, but the photos of the rear shown so far, let me agree with this project. Now to the current model: Supposedly the quality with the facelift should have become significantly better, can SLK owners agree with this statement? How big is the difference in driving performance between SLK 200K and SLK 230K? Is there still no automatic air conditioning system for the SLK? Or is it? I am very grateful for tips or suggestions.
