  • V 8 blubber, but how?

    Hello together ! Drive a w 126 sec 4.2 liter for almost 10 years now would like to change a little bit of the sound…..should keep a bit more blubbering or get a kerneler suction-gray. Have already a stainless steel exhaust exhaust from Kat from Reuter-Motorsport, but am nen bisi released from the sound of this exhaust system. My question now to you, can I change what air filters technically to raise a higher suction noise or can I do something on the exhausts….?

But my question: I like the model of 2004 with the “Nase” better than the “old”. But I can’t afford the one of 2004 yet, because it lacks so 500€ at the moment. The one of 2003 is already feasible. Now I ask myself, should I rather wait and save and buy the 2004er directly, then in 2-3 years? Or the 2 003 and so sell in 5 years or so and buy the other one? How big are the financial losses if I go step 2 or does not do anything at all?   • S 500 W221 Gear damage

    Hello… Something really bad happened to me. Last week I was in Dortmund, had to do something there… There I drive on the highway with our W221, lights up a lamp. – There comes an error message with gearbox workshop. I had to put back 120 KM. So I somehow managed to get home at snail speed. When I left the car, came the alarm message. Gear damage and that with a w221? BJ. 06. approx. 77,000 km down. What me int you, how much is that going to be?? I’ve had a gear damage before, then at the 400 cdi ML. But that had been vulnerable anyway… but with a S-class?? Is that normal?
