Servus, I have some questions about the 560 SEC again. I have here in the attached picture a table of AMG. Now I would be interested in what is different at the AMG than at the normal 560s! Discount at the used car purchase SLK 280
Hello, now that I did a test drive with the SLK 200, I had to find out that the predictions have come true. I was a bit disappointed by the engine, somehow it runs a bit tough. I had an automatic, even in sports mode it was not really good. So I decided to buy a 280 from 2008, which is about 30,000 offered by the Mercedes dealer. Can anyone say how much discount there is still in there? I really only want 28. 000 spend, but the best offers are between 30 – 32,000,-. Is there a chance to get about 2 – 3,000 off cash? Or is that hopeless with Mercedes? Would be grateful for a tip and many thanks in advance.

Maintenance costs SLK 200 to SLK 300 (or 280)
Hello, I’m looking for a SLK. So far I wanted a SLK 200 (for reasons of reason), but I have now seen that the consumption of the SLK 28o or 300 with 7-Gtronic in the SLK prospect is only about 1 liter/100 km above the SLK 200 with automatic. Is this also the case in practice? The extra consumption is a little less for a 3 l engine compared to the 1.8 l. If that’s true, what Daimler says in the brochure, that would mean that a SLK 300 with 7G-tro nik no longer consumes fuel like my current C 200 K from 2005 with a 5-speed machine. If anyone still knows about the differences in maintenance costs, I would be very grateful. I know, by the way, that this topic was already on, but it was apparently in 2007. MAE CROWN WHITE JEWEL
Hello dear community ) Have a problem again and turn to you again here has always helped me THANK ALso, I have a set of MAE Crown JEwel rims in 20 inches, have let them now completely high gloss polish and the dinger look out…wow…hammer…unbelievably beautiful has always been MAE fan (cheap thing)!! So now the problem, the previous owner has no data or papers at all for these rims and now I stand there. I want to mount these on my CL420 W140 But I had to say to myself from the tyre depot in Steinfurt that it is not possible in this combo or that these rims in these dimensions ( front 9j x 20 rear 11 J x 20) were actually intended for the SL. I can and will not sell the rims and want to mount them on them. Who of you can help me B I T T E!!!!! or give me a tip where I can download such a report ( ABE ) for the parts? That must be there somewhere. I already have so much money for the polishing and the new tires I really don’t want to cut out a lot of ash for these reports and the subsequent registrations, because they are not even registered… unfortunately ( Please help me a little, who knows themselves??? Level control ???
Hello guys, have a problem (unfortunately in recent times with Benz first 1. belt disc, 2nd water pump, 3rd alternator, finally still main power distributor na that makes fun :-)), 2 days ago it happened without notice, after making out of engine and locking the car made the Benz noise (front left near splash water and cooling water tank) as similar as buzzing or huming of a hydraulic motor … after a short break the noises were gone, this happened exactly 3x at the evening. Now it doesn’t do that anymore but nothing happens if you now press the switch for the increase!!! Is that the engine of the level control or can even be only one hose defective ? Best Regards RSnake

Oil change?
Hello guys, So now it’s time – in 1500 km the service is due… This time I will make the oil change myself. I have already added the vacuum oil extraction pump recommended here in the forum as well as the mobile 1 0W-40 oil…. I will drain the old oil through the oil measuring rod opening. Just one more question so that I can get out really all the used oil. Is it OK if the car is horizontal to the suction or should I strive for any inclination (e.g. slight inclination to vo Rne right, since the oil rod is on the front right) – I want to make sure that I get the whole old oil and the mud out. Plan the following procedure: – completely drain old oil. – Change oil filter (tunes the order ?) – empty 2 liters of mobile. – drain again to get the complete dirt out. – fill in the remaining 8 liters (have two 5 liter canisters) … Does this fit like this? According to the operating instructions, the filling quantity is 8 liters.

Sooo, I did Slk 350!!!
For the first time hello to all the forum members, I finally got a Slk 350 with AMG package. I bought it only at a BMW car dealership. The vehicle left a really good impression. Built 07/05, 82tkm on the clock, AMG optics; Large Navi etc. Inspection still makes the car dealership. But look at the pictures for yourself. I already made an appointment at KBR Motorsport with regard to a new exhaust system in the look of 55s. Can you tell me maybe where I have the Hec Kspoilerlippe from the ’55s?

tach also, I tried to find a competent and possibly inexpensive mercedes specialist in Berlin and the surrounding area several times, who can track the hydros with my 500se with motor 117. however, I noticed that the workshops with which I telephoned offered me a hydro-punch exchange for (only material) 600,-. certainly benz costs a little more, but the repair method allows me to see how much idea the colleagues have. with the corresponding special tool I would also do it myself (with the help of my mech). so I try to find someone on this way who gives the tool or adjusts the hydros. mfg ben
