  • SLK subscription in Bremen with summer soaps??

    Hello, on Friday the 25.11. we pick up our new slk in bremen. arrival is with the ice. we have ordered the slk with sommereifen (LM 5 speichen mixed tire code 606.) now we are not sure whether the weather conditions allow to come whole and without great risk from bremen to würzburg. mainly we want to use the autobahn A7. there are also the infamous kassler mountains. it would surely be unreasonable to be happy with any winter bets the friendly one at the destination würzburg is ready to mount them. clear, but the aim is of relatively little use to us. would someone have a suggestion about how to minimize the risk of a stressful ride at street level, snowfall ? we already thought about sending the winter tires with the forwarding to bremen and having them mounted there. the summer tires went with the forwarding of bremen then to us after home. cost would be the dispatch so around 110 .– euro. someone now plays the weather god for Friday??? in advance thanks for the tips!!! greetings kemen

    I am currently driving a C 230 compressor and am really very happy with the car. Since I am on the road three times a week 190 km professionally I decided to sell the beautiful 202. I wanted to buy a nice solied 190D 2.5 or 2.0, and because driving with it is not fun, I thought to buy a SLK. Only for the weekend and only for nice weather. Yes well maybe also sometimes during the week. What I am ever looking for. zt would be interested for once the fuel consumption, yes I know is only for the sake, and whether it really goes as brutally as Porsche and Co. Would I be happy about many answers. I find the car for under 25t€ is nevertheless top. There is no SLK 230 kom. for 15t€ or ?

  • Mice in the car

    Hi my SLK was standing in a barn for a long time over the winter and now I have noticed that there apparently mice have been indoors or that eventuel is still living, inside suitcase room and everything else has not been chewed or infested, I noticed this by the smell and then I removed the carpets and found a nest at the rear speaker openings. How should I proceed now? Spraying, scattering or how? Never had such a problem my question about it. PS: As said a lles has remained salvation (hath luck)just somehow I have to get the fuckers out of there.

    Hello, I’ve been here in the forum for a long time and I think it’s really great. now I have a problem, and I bought a r170. the car runs as far as perfect as if it was standing longer, i.e. a night so that it has completely cooled down, the error occurs that it stutters for a short time while driving. so when switching from the 2nd to the 3rd course, it doesn’t take a bit of gas again… the whole occurs only about 250 meters after the start on afterwards everything is renewed i.o. i ch: spark plugs and the air filter. the throttle flap and also this part which looks like a throttle flap which is screwed on the air filter I cleaned. but were not very dirty. to the vehicle again: mercedes slk, r170, b.j 04.1999, ca-.150tkm, 2,3l compressor with automatic transmission.   • A SLK and a trailer coupling???

    So, that hurts! Before that, in a thread, someone applied for trailer couplings for SLK. That’s why I dealt with this idea. Of course, it’s none of the things you do with your own car. But I would never mount such a profane thing on my SLK and abuse it as a towing vehicle.   • GT: Experience with vehicle width

    I’m thinking about whether the GT is a sports car for me. So far I’m driving 911 as a fun car.   • Radio remote control does not work

    Day dear community, hope someone can help me. With my R the radio remote control does not work. The car can be opened and closed without any problems via IR at the driver’s door handle, but via radio nothing does at all. Have changed the antenna amplifier in the tailgate and the same game, it does nothing. On the antenna amplifier are connected 3 cables, does not have to have a continuous plus or is it controlled by the antenna cable? Image I’m attached to it. The only thing that comes from the car is the beige yellow with the pink plug. The red green goes to the rear window. Unfortunately, don’t have a second key to test if it might be on the hatch?
