Day was looking for something, but nothing clearly wanted. Everyone gives their mustard on this subject, but no one can prove it. Is this basically forbidden by a car on forest or field roads? (What about paths on which there are no signposts?) What happens if I do it anyway? In the “normal” forest and in the nature reserve? (fee, points, driving ban?) I hope I get some well-founded answers. Thank you in advance Jonas Buck

Questions about Cherokee and Grand Cherokee
Hi guys, I’ve infected a friend of mine with my offroad passion. I can’t afford an offroader yet, no jeep at all. With my friend this looks different. He likes this special feeling just like me, which comes from a jeep. In short, he wants to buy a jeep of the Cherokee family. The car would be used mainly as a fun car, i.e. about 5000km a year. Offroad parks will probably pay off one or the other visit. get is about 6000 euros, but that’s also the top pain limit. I’ve already read numerous contributions here, in terms of reliability I know what to pay attention to. However, a diesel would not have come into question anyway, because at 5t km a year it would not be worthwhile. The advantage of the lower consumption will destroy the higher costs like taxes and spare parts of the diesel again. Since I am an absolute fan of the V8 sound, the higher consumption would be against me I don’t care about the 4l 6 cylinder. But my friend doesn’t. Well, let’s ask: How many liters are there in the Grand Cherokee between the 4l and the 5.2l? How many liters are there between the Grand Cherokee and the Cherokee? How about the maintenance costs? Again, there is a difference between 4l and 5.2l as well as between Grand and the normal Cherokee in general. A few numbers from everyday life would be nice. Gas would not be worthwhile with the low mileage. Who is better for the terrain? suitable for Grand Cherokee or Cherokee? MFG and sry because of the constant purchase advice threads, but in that way this forum is here 1a.

Pajero 2.8TD, cold engine always goes off
Hello, I drive a Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8 TD automatic built in 1998. The good guy has 195,000 km behind him and makes difficulties. The engine starts without problems at the cold start, but starts after a short distance and doesn’t want to start again. After several attempts he starts again. This happens again and again until the engine is warm. Does anyone know the problem and know what it is? Was already in two workshops and had various repairs carried out. Unfortunately v because no one has found the cause… Greetings suckler cow PS.: Even if I’m called suckler cow, I’m not a woman and it’s not an operator error ;-))

View off-road cars next to Koreans and Ford Maverick?
In addition to Koreans, we also look at Ford Maverick? Hello, we are thinking about a Maverick, which is identical to a Nissan Terrano, to buy Bj 11/2003 with 32000 km mileage! Condition is top! It is to cost 14500 Euro. It is a 2.0 liter gasoline with 129 HP. Is this car recommended? Since we don’t know at all at Ford we would be very grateful for hints? How big is the trunk with the vehicle? We know that we are here on the Korean board, but at Ford probably don’t have any off-road drivers! And here have a lot of clues. Looking forward to your opinions!!!

Experts: Tractor wanted!!!
Hello Motor-Talk experts, the following: My company is active in the agricultural sector and needs another vehicle that is able to pull a 3.0 t cattle trailer. In order not to have to invest too much money to a G-Class, a large Landi or similar, here’s my selection: 1.) Ssang Yong Rexton 270 XDI 2.) Mitsubishi Pajero Classic 3.2l Diesel 3.) Kia Sorento 2.5l CrDI 4.) Landrover Defender 2.5 Turbodiesel 5.) Nissan Navara 6.) Nissan Pathfinder 7.) Nissan Patrol the three Nissans all with the 2.5l diesel. What would you recommend to me, which car is best suited for pulling large loads and most reliable at the same time??? Or do you have other suggestions in the price range by 30,000 Euro???? Thank you for your help!! MFG Stefan

Are old trucks worse off than new ones?
Hello, I once Googled a little and found only comparisons between new vehicles, e.g. here: http://www.4wheelfun.de/…/…offroader-kommen-durch-3958573.html?… But unfortunately I found nothing where old (i.e. about 20, 30 years old) can be compared with new vehicles to be suitable for the ground. Does anyone know a link or has their own experiences with old and new vehicles? Is the modern electronics really so helpful or have old vehicles also Vort Eile? Which of the old vehicles are really good at the venue? Do the legends say that Mercedes G and Toyota Landcruiser are the best? Gruss Desperado

Concepts of four-wheel technology, who’s going through?
Hello, I’m reading more and more terms from the all-wheel drive world. Simply downwritten, what I just think of: permanent all-wheel switchable all-wheel viscococoupling slurry clutch Haldex gearbox reduction gearbox blocking differential mid-differential torsendifferential traction control ESP/DSC/VSC etc Mechanical barriers freewheel hub For me, the Bohemian villages are interested in what it’s all about. h sorted and the all-wheel technology explained ? I usually only read marketing-ready sentences like: “The new Idau quattro is equipped with a gate-endifferential which guarantees a good advance in slippery ground or “Even in extreme situations the Haldex coupling of the new Atoyot allows even difficult mountain passages masterfully to overcome! There is air more value. Thanks and greetings

Lada Niva model 2121 1.7 i
Hello Lada Niva Fans I bought a Lada Niva pure for hunting forest use. Have up to now about 800 km on the tacho am completely satisfied if the fuel consumption would not be so high. In light terrain I need good 13 l. Is this normal or can one reduce the consumption by an improved technique.????? ( carburettor ?????) Who has further care tips for rust prevention. Can one do with synthetic oil to the engine something good or is it forgiven effort and even schädli Ch. Are there tips which gear oil is best to use? Where can I obtain cheap side skirts ( entry protection ) and possibly also a cow catcher. Is the latter still registered by the TÜV or is it forbidden??????. I am also interested in a consulting telephone contact. I would like to point out that I am not personally a car technician and “driver “.
