Hello together! I just stumbled over this current article on mirror-online: Judgment Finanzgericht Düsseldorf Quote: “…In the concrete case the owner of a Land Rover Defender had fought back against the higher tax. The judges granted him the suspension of the execution of the higher tax ruling. Also before other financial courts in the past owners of heavy-weight SUV had resisted. The last word now has the Bundesfinanzhof. Until a decree idung can object to their tax rulings to be able to benefit from a positive outcome of the procedure…” maybe this info will help one or the other here in the forum. gruss linus71

Beginner’s question : Suzi or Lada?
Hello to the round, I (we) would like to catch the off-road air. As in the other topic already written, however, the routes in Schleswig Holstein are extremely limited. Now my question: We want to spend really little money at the beginning. We thought about 3,000,- Euro for the car. If I look like this, I find the league almost only Niva and Suzuki. Where would your recommendations go?? Please no tips according to the motto, save a little bit and get something right away. reasonable… 🙂 Here’s my key data: 1.) The car is used exclusively for the terrain. 2.) I don’t need any extras, just for the terrain. 3.) I don’t care about the optics of the car. 4.) Gasoline or diesel is not important for the few kilometers in the terrain. Thank you in advance Filou

Hummer H2 – Geiger conversion for a U.S. sheriff
Here are a few facts: – V8 (enlarged to ~7000 ccm / compressor) – 700 hp (@5500 u/min) – 904 Nm (@4260 u/min) -Four-speed automatic -empty weight: 3.1 t – 0-100 in 6.5 sec. – Top speed: 250 km/h (regulated) Tyres: 28″ rims with 325 tyres Suspension: Lowering by 105mm, firmer dampers Pictures and information available here: Yahoo What do you think of such extreme conversions? To one, of course, under the aspect of high fuel prices/oil shortages. Is it not a huge waste of money that the local community could have planned more meaningfully? Is it now hoped that all criminals will surrender voluntarily to avoid a chase? Have fun! dc

The Saufnasen thread
Moin, since our off-roaders mostly stick to the image of the biggest mineral oil destroyers under the sun, this thread is supposed to reflect the reality a bit more precisely. For this it would be nice if you could indicate the experiences of your previously driven off-road vehicles, if possible with the way of use (änger, short distance, etc.). In this way you can get a picture of the actual throughput far away from the test reports, and at the same time this thread should be a good basis for the I hope that everyone is so honest and indicates the actual consumptions. Furthermore, discussions about the correctness should not be carried out here in the thread, as this does not serve for clarity. In order to be able to assess the results better, it would still be useful to indicate changes to the original state, such as increase in the amount of time needed to make a decision. n, width of the tires, etc. In case of no mentions one should be able to start from the standard state. As formatting this is only a first idea, but the essential thing it should meet: If someone has ideas for improvement suggestions, or just finds the whole idea for the K*****: Take a PN, and hit me with it… Greeting Derk

Track on the Jeep Cherokee 4.0l
Hi, I have a problem that doesn’t seem to be: when I bought my Jeep Cherokee 4.0 liter a few months ago, I noticed that the front wheels were a bit “spread”, so the track was apparently distorted. The wheels ran visibly apart at the front 🙁 So I used to measure the axles. After that, I could only imagine a straight position, because after a few weeks and “more precise” looking, I put exactly the same adjustment as at the beginning. I have been driving 400 km since the survey when it comes up and have not hammered anything against it or anything like that, I only put wider tires on it. Yesterday I had been again with the survey (highly modern with laser and PC, system for 50000 Euro according to mechanic), they have set me the track and fall etc. again. I also had to pay nothing more, because it ran as correction. I got the values printed out, these are all in the green area, but: the optics has zero the wheels are still standing with the front edges outwards. One can see it quite clearly when one looks vertically at the fender spreads from top to bottom on the tires (yes, I know I have to attach additional spreads). Now I really don’t know what thing is anymore. It also does itself normal. It also seems to be normal. It was only between purchase and first surveying apparently in order, but I probably didn’t look right. !. F Rage: do I have a kink in the optics? (ok Scherz) 🙂 2. how is the track set for you? 3. have possibly wrong readings been read into the PC program of the VErmessungscomputer? Did it take some time for him to find the car there. Did he find it under Jeep Trucks Cherokee, USA Bj. 89 It just doesn’t go into my mind how the track can be set correctly when the tires run apart at the front??? Can someone help me? Greeting Mike

Little lobster H3 – does anyone know him ?
Hummer H3 / what are the differences ???? I tested the Hummer H3 in the USA a few months ago and found it a very interesting car. Whether I would really buy it is on another sheet. My question is: Does or does someone already know the H3 (US or European version) and what experiences with it? I have read that you can come to H3 in different ways: – either as a “US version import” via various importers – or as an official “Europ” aversion” with 4 years warranty – or buy directly in USA (and then import yourself) The US version already available from 39,000,- Euro e.g. here:http://www.uscars24.de/German/h3/prices.html or here:http://www.3-c.business.t-online.de/gelaendewagen/hummerh3.html or here:http://www.sascha-knebel.de/…/index.php?… The official “European version” also available from 39,000,– Euro e.g. here:http://www.kroymans-duesseldorf.de/Hummer_H3.203.0.html In the USA, by the way, the Hummer H3 already exists a b 29,000,- US$ – you can only dream of it here (click on the website and go to H3 / Pricing).http://www.hummer.com/ Rolo in principle only for the sake of interest, no concrete purchase intention

toyota hilux
tag community after offroad abstinence I am thinking of buying a 4×4 again…somehow I need the problem numero uno, he can of course not cost anything. had it seriously played to the thought of buying a lada niva, you get new for 5-7000 euro…but too big for this car. it can and should be so quiet something rustic, drive often with a defender of meim dad and had a 99er disco.I thought of a hilux pickup, probably have the reputation as indestructible …likes of the design, respectively wide flaps and a little higher should it be already… best still with hardtop but that’s incidental… who has one here and can tell me some tips and experiences? more like 7-8000 I don’t want to spend, for that you get “old slurren” bj. 90-94… are the still what? or is it also over with the invincibility because many locking parts etc. can occur? general weak points? rust? which motor recommended? the v6 would entice me with 140 ps, believe the gibs but only as a america import and should be thirsty….other diesel? petroler? many have only 70 ps, seems to me to be almost too little to move such a car…is there for the still lkw tax? if yes also for the double cabiner? for your tips already thank you!
