  • Model 3 Information about PS

Everywhere I find different information about the PS number of the Model 3 LR AWD. Why? What’s right now? The insurance says something different than the manual (KW) and Wikipedia in turn something else. Don’t you just add the power of both engines?

  • Model 3 Performance/stability with BAFA premium

Hello together, I’m seriously thinking about adding a Model 3 in the basic version for 42,900€. At the moment there is still the BAFA premium of 6,000€ so that you are at just under 37,000€ (+perhaps processing fee). What do you think about how much the car will still be worth after 2-4 years? The BAFA premium really helps to keep the value loss within limits. My alternative would be a Mercedes CLA for about 36,000€. But I think that in 4 years I hardly have any iner will buy more for a reasonable price (because of burners). Thank you for your opinions.

  • Automatically open the boot flap?

Servus!” I’m just about to order an M3, but I have enormous problems with not having features that I’ve used to. The missing sunroof already costs me a lot to overcome. But there are also quite simple things to do, like the remote opening of the front and / or tailgate, which is probably not supported in the M3. I read about the fact that there are systems for retrofitting. But smartphone crawling out and opening the trunk via app I feel as se My question therefore goes to how to deal with a Tesla M3 in everyday life. So when shopping or if you have your hands full with anything else and want to put it in the trunk. I have to first with the card to the B-pillar to unlock the Tesla and then can then open the trunk manually from outside, or ? So I have to put everything in between in advance, so that the way to the cargo compartment can be exposed ? Because I can open my trunk at an I am very serious about this question, which sounds simple to some of the others, when it comes to using every ride.

  • Model 3 Tuning/Depferlegung/Sport suspension etc.

Hello together, in addition to the thread “Accessories at Tesla and third-party providers”, which is more concerned with technical changes and the interior, I open a separate thread with regard to (optical) tuning, in which e.g. about lowerings, sports suspensions or optical changes from the accessories can be discussed. In the USA there are already some selections and also with us the number of offers in this direction increases meanwhile. the new front bumper of unplugged performance, pictures in the appendix, more in the link. I find it quite appealing and sharpens the front somewhat compared to the series. Since Tesla itself, unlike many other manufacturers (S-Line, M-Package, OPC,…), does not offer optical sports packages, perhaps worth considering for the one or the other, who is looking for some individuality. The consumption should only increase marginally due to the changed front and the bumper is designed , the sensors of the assistance systems as well as the cooling not to interfere. Since the part comes directly from the USA, however, one would certainly need a single acceptance at the TÜV.

  • Tesla 3 Standard Plus or Audi e-tron 50

Hello, I would like to lease a vehicle now, but the spoilt of choice. Audi e tron 50 or better the Tesla 3? Consider the e tron 50 with our chosen equipment at approx. 75T€ or even Tesla 3 in the Standard Plus variant at approx. 42,9 T€. Since we can bring in a heavy disability the Audi leasing rate is +/- 480 €/month. Tesla basically does not grant any discounts, then I come to 415€/month. I now ask myself what the Audi leasing rate is My thoughts on the vehicles with Pro and Contra Audi: Pro: – The car offers much more space in the interior (we also have to accommodate a three-year-old dwarf). – The e tron has all-wheel drive – more car, the e tron is significantly larger, but you may also consider it a disadvantage – Audi quality made in Germany Contra: – The range is 355 km lower than that of Tesla with 407. km. – the power consumption is significantly higher. – Leasing rate is higher Tesla: Pro: – Low power consumption, slightly longer range – Acceleration and driving values are significantly better than with the e tron – Leasing rate significantly lower Contra: – Rear axle drive, in winter on the mountain probably the pure joy – trunk is very small, is that enough for a family of three? – Does not offer some technical gimmicks, such as heatable steering wheel or electric tailgate (for me verk With regard to the equipment Tesla partly surprises me, leather seats, panoramic roof, various cameras, rear-view camera etc. These are things that the Audi does not have as standard, or which have to be booked quite expensive to do with it. For this there are just some things simply not. In addition, I ask myself whether the Tesla might not seem somehow cheap despite some high-quality equipment features. I also had the Kia e-Niro in the top equipment for fun. in spite of leather seats, the Kia seems somehow cheap from the materials. How are your experiences and impressions or to what would you tend?

  • Decision-making aid sought 🙂

Hello fellow forists, we (2 parents 1 toddler) are thinking of setting up our fleet more environmentally friendly – i.e. electric(er) -. A solar system would make our landlord on the roof if necessary and sell us the electricity. A discussion whether electric vehicles “really environmentally friendly are I don’t want to start here! I also like the quietness and the quick response of the electric vehicle. Currently we drive a C-Class Diesel Kombi from 2013 with 150tkm – actually a pra Ktic family carriage. A little bit into the years but still very fit. We drive in the year about 15tkm. 2/3 of it in everyday life. Mostly shorter distances (shopping etc. max 50km radius). 1/3 of it family visits and holidays, therefore larger distances (relative lives 500km away). For the long distance is actually only a Tesla in question (charge infrastructure, battery capacity), and from the budget goes a new model 3 (SR+,RWD) just like that. alternatively, I thought about keeping the Mercedes for the long distances and getting a used i3 (60Ah) for the everyday rides. Of the costs this option would be about 100 a month cheaper. Since I like to drive a car and like to drive well motorized, I am not convinced of a ZOE, which would be significantly cheaper than the i3. But I have not yet driven to the test, the i3 already. How would you decide? Is there something to consider with the meanwhile rec Has the first i3 come to an end? How large is its realistic reach if they have so 5 years / 50tkm down? Do you have any other comments or constructive suggestions? Thank you, Albert

  • Experience with Standard Range +

I’m sure you’ve already asked and answered by someone. I didn’t find it. Who doesn’t feel that the standard is enough? Missing equipment or “slowly” loading. Missing browser or “simple” Navi display. Sound system? No tests or similar… just what you say or experience with your car. I can actually only get the standard! Priced… so my questions. Of course I would get the AWD if the conclusion didn’t tell me what I wanted. t. I don’t have some features. On paper…but what does reality say? I still have to test and try … as far as possible. Order and return I find something stupid.

  • Stroller in Model 3

After many years of processing of the Holden, it is now also convinced of the Model 3. Only we should test again whether the stroller would fit into the trunk. Said, we just passed Tesla and put the stroller in the trunk. It was quite disappointing. It was difficult to bring the chassis into the narrow opening. For my wife certainly even more difficult. With effort the tub then fitted next to it and the trunk was obviously full. The Hartan is also a tank. I didn’t think it was so difficult and this is a problem. How is it with you? The consultant offered to test the car again. I can try again if there is a trick. Model Y is probably only there in 1.5 years. I really don’t have a buck on a burner station wagon.

  • Austria: 270€ at Model 3 Save purchase by importing DL?

Hello all, the Model 3 costs in Austria 290€ more than in Germany. Why? Maybe someone knows that, I have no idea. Anyway, I came across the following article on the ÖMTC page: https://www.oeamtc.at/thema/eigenimport/ There are the necessary steps to import a car from abroad to Austria. Accordingly, if I understand this correctly, only the following costs apply to an electric car (or not): – Nov a? Is it not possible for electric cars – VAT? Is that true that in Germany as a private person I really don’t pay any but only after the import in Austria? – Import turnover tax and customs? Is it not possible that Germany is part of the EU – Permit database: Does 180€ cost one time? – Transfer license plate: Short-term license plate for around 50€ Should it also do so? tcosts?? 230€ (180+50) Is that really correct? You would save 2670€, for people who already live at the border or in the vicinity, the question is not where the car is bought and: How does it look with the electric car promotion in the amount of 3000€ (with the cheaper models which will then be less than 50k€)? After I have paid the VAT in Austria I should then still be entitled to receive the promotion, right?

  • Model 3 for 4-member family and short distance recommended?

We are a family with 2 children (3 and 8 years old) and at the moment we drive a 2016 Touran 1.4TSI DSG, with which we are satisfied. But now to the problem: My wife has a new job for some time. The way there (about 4km) she drives with the Touran (before that she had a walking job). Before she goes to work, she takes our little one into the daycare center (about 1km). In other words, the car is first moved about 1km in the morning and then about 4km in the afternoon then about 4km back home. Ergo, 5000km. My idea was to sell the Touran, because of the unfriendly treatment, and to sell an e-car for it. If, then I thought of a model about 2 years old 3. What do you mean? Does that make sense at all? I need some opinions from outsiders.
