Hello guys! Unfortunately I have extreme problems with my new Mini One built in November 2018, 8.000km down. With a very slow ride (from about 30-40 kmh) it starts to get very loud in the interior. It sounds like roll-off noises, but in my opinion it’s way too loud. I haven’t had a louder vehicle in my life. Depending on the road surface, the volume or intensity of the noise changes. The tires are the ones that came from the factory (Michel) in Energy Saver 195/65/r16, summer tires) and still look very good. I was two times at the dealer, who told with each time that it was probably normal and Mini is always loud. Sawtooth is not available. However, it is so loud that the ears become deaf to you. I once measured by mobile phone app and there I measured at about 60 kmh inside, 70 decibels in the interior. That can’t be normal after all? Funny is that when you turn the windows down, the noise “on I have to say that the sound has been there from the beginning. I had bought it with just under 3,000km… I have already checked tire pressure. No matter if 0.2 bar more or less does not change anything. Mini Countryman Plug-in Hybrid – Experiences?
I’m thinking of replacing my BMW X3 next year for the new Mini Countryman plug-in hybrid. It would fit perfectly to my driving profile (max 30km/day, every few weeks a longer distance) and could be charged daily in the garage. The test drive was very convincing. Driving was really fun, also haptics and (BMW) technology were top. Are there already owners in the forum who can report on their experiences? Consumption? Charging time at the household plug-in se? Assistance systems failed

Good morning Mini friends. You’re my last hope… I can’t start my mini cold for two months now. Try the first five to ten starts he spins a little bit slowly but from the 10 times he spins faster he sounds like he’s just about to start! Can’t start, but I’ve already emptied the whole battery. Once started I can turn it off and leave it right away without a problem. Battery ok, candles spark okay. r inject in air intake tube no effect! The two gasoline pumps hum under the rear back seat, so I assume that they work. From 24 degrees outside temperature it starts the first kick. As added below, I already had the thermostat, thermostat sensor and the gasoline high pressure injection pump replaced. Please help me!

Cooper doesn’t want to start anymore

However, since this is quite expensive in a workshop (>€1000), it seemed to me rather uneconomical, so that I have now unscrewed the cylinder head myself (according to various instructions/instructions I had found). Now, however, the following problem arises: With one cylinder, the outlet valves are open and with all others they are closed. How is this possible or. How can I change this position? In my opinion, and if I have done the execution correctly so far, all valves must be closed. Can someone give me a tip for this?
