Hi fans, have had a 997s since 12/04 and a lot of joy about it. That’s why I think about attending a driving training. I would like to set the date for this shortly before the end of my tires. How are the experiences with running performance? I have the Michelin Sport Pilot 2 on it. I guess whether 996 or 997 should not make a big difference. What do you have for experience values? Hello, Today I had a nice well-kept Porsche 928 next to me which was left completely natural except on extremely noble three-part rims, which is rare…. An absolutely great and often underestimated car, a classic with future or among Porsche fans rather a tragic Zuffenhausen error?? drive even various Mazda RX-7 which are often also considered a Porsche copy which I consider more a compliment…;-) With the Wankelmotor the RX-7 has its very own specific charms also w many design elements point to Porsche…..;-) Greetings Andy

Hello together, as some people know, I started my training as a car mechatronics technician in the summer. Since I do not do this training because I did not find any other, but because I did not want to learn any other than this and with my heart’s blood, I now want to buy a cheap vehicle with possible damage and a good substance and then restore it original. It should be a car at least 15 years old with good and solid technology. But exceptions confirm the rule , i.e. a Renault R5 Turbo, or a Peugeot 205 T16, with completely bad technology, makes up for this again by various emotions (mid-engine rear/all-wheel) I prefer sports cars, which should therefore also have rear or at least four-wheel, as well as an appropriate power weight and good driving dynamics. S.h. the above examples… But in order to establish a connection to the forum I have pulled the models from 924 S to 944 Turbo S into the short choice, since these with the solid engines, you have for little money n good sports car and since I can then probably also screw in in the future, and also friends from the field have the costs probably to keep within limits. If someone, even mechanic or hobby screwdriver is with expertise and has good tips, then I am happy if he posts these here! Hi, I wonder if I am not enough for a Boxster 987 in the “basis equipment”. So in red with seat heating and a wind bulkhead, nothing else! I could order one at the PZ for Euro 42,500 (about 5% discount). It always says “you have to think about the resale value”. Yes, best Xenon, leather, Navi, ParkAssistent, climate automation with order. However, my opinion is not up! After 3 years I never get 7000 euros more for the car, I don’t think so. Ach 3 years and 30,000 KM I could probably still get private 32000 Euro for the vehicle. That’s in average 300 Euro per month, I can live well with that. I just want to drive Porsche…I don’t need that all around. What do you think of it?

Hello, I have ordered a boxster in sealgraumettalic with black interior and black cover. As far as the outside colour is concerned, however, I am no longer sure if I should change the order on basalt black metallic (have seen a boxster in this color today) or Atlasgraymetallic. What do you think? Which of the above colors is best suited to a boxster? Greeting Peter

I’m probably the 1000 who asks that, but don’t be angry with me… I’m 21 and next spring / summer would have about 20000-25,000€ that it currently needs for a boxster from 97-00 together… Well, now the question is what about the maintenance… and how defective are they???? if that would be the normal boxster so no S and how much do they consume so??? And take off the insurance as 21 years old the hosen???? Is there otherwise things you should know about d en boxster? Or should I choose another car first what do you think about it??? Ohso I’m a student, live at home (also longer / Mama is the best ) and have about 1000 per month available for free… can I afford it at all???

Hello together, I was with my wife and 997 S convertible last weekend on Lake Garda and I was extremely angry about the Italian bus drivers. Not only that one is constantly blinded and the horn sounds directly behind one – no – these friendly gentlemen try to transport a really harmless 997 driving there into the guardrail. Sorry, but they have one at the meise! Would understand, if I had performed myself like the axe in the forest, but was I’m so… Has anyone had similar experiences? Recently it was read here by a user that the Nissan GT-R depends on every Porsche except the Prestige project model 918. So….
