  • 993 Cabriolet

Hello, I had offered my convertible here some time ago, I still have it and I’m really happy to have the part. The sale was actually not very serious to me, just thought if someone paid me so much well then he’s gone (thinking 49T about 1 year ago ). But now I’m facing a real “problem” 😉 The car is in really great condition and I’m happy if I get it out of the garage now and then, but now I’m serious 60 T€ for my car. Brio offered, is not a joke! For the money I get already a 2010er 997 4S ! I drive maybe 3T Km in the year with the 11er, wants to say with the 997 I would not drive much more. My “luxury problem” is, I give the 993 with now 120Tkm, 6. Hd. for the 60 T€ away or not ( Interested is serious and I have asked even more thought time ). Hmm?? Greetings Dirk

  • New 911 (998)

Hello Porsche fans, the FL 911 (997) is barely rolling on the roads, you can already read from the “all new” 911.http://www.autozeitung.de/porsche-highlights-and-newshttp://www.autobild.de/article/auto-bild-4-2009_832378.htmlhttp://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/…/…ion-startet-2011-871543.html What do you know and think about it? Does it actually get longer, wider? Does it get a fold-up rear window? Dynamic front spoiler? Which direction does Porsche go with this development? n

  • Cayenne 3.6 Full braking – brakes glow

Hello, I have a Cayenne from 2010 with the 3.6 petrol engine, 45,000km, and 2 hours ago it would almost have come to an accident: I was on the road at very high speed (run out, so according to the registration 227 km/h), when I noticed quite late 2 trucks, which just delivered a “elephant race”. I noticed the truck on the fast lane very late, because it was already dark and it was very badly illuminated. Anyway, I had to put down a hammer-hard full brake, because I was able to slow down my car just in time to 75km/h, but I noticed that it was quite stunk, so warning flashers in and on the side stripes. When I got out, I noticed smoke from the front brakes, besides, the brake discs have glowed orange (but that has slowed down quite quickly, only squalid still). Because I have heard that inside vented disks only really turned off. cool, when you drive I immediately got back in and drove on, however, no faster than 100. With the first 3.4 normal braking after a few minutes, the brakes gave a “Drrrr” of themselves, but after that nothing more and they also worked normally. Now my question: Is this normal? Unfortunately, I don’t know because I am not an expert and I never had such a situation.

  • Selling yes/no: 911 2.4S Targa 1972, matching numbers

Good evening, need a tip, because I have been struggling for some time with the idea of selling my old 911er. It is about above-mentioned car, which I bought in 1999 and since then have driven far too rarely, on average perhaps 3 times a year. The car does not get better from standing and still needs a garage space, TÜV/maintenance, insurance, even if these costs are negligible compared to the value of the car. What would you advise me where to offer the car? Ze itung (AMS, Oldtimer Market), Internet? Is there a forum specifically for this “administrative”? Because when I sell it, I want to have a certain amount of money on the one hand, but on the other hand, the car must also come into good hands thanks for feedback and a nice evening, C.

  • Next car Porsche?

Good day, and I have been driving for two years through reasons – which I do not necessarily want to carry out in detail here – a Dacia Sandero 1.2. Now I have looked around in the area Porsche a little and have noticed that these do not cost the world when shopping (Porsche Boxster BJ2000 145’km 220hp petrol facelift for 15 giants). My questions relate to possible repair costs, further costs, how many kilometers I could drive with an entire tank filling and if e s Makes sense to upgrade to gas. Now another question, are there diesel alternatives to Porsche or is Porsche replaced by “nothing”? I thank you in advance for all the answers. MfG Dawud

  • Joint purchase Porsche 911 carrera 2 / 2s / 4 / 4s also available for rent Location Zurich, Switzerland

Hello together I am a family father and occasionally feel like a ride with a 911. But since he would only be on the farm most of the time, I have the following idea: There is a 996 in Switzerland for example for 36 ́000,00 Fr. with approx. 150 ́000 km and some good equipment. If now for example three interested parties would participate, the fixed cost share for the purchase per participant would be 12 ́000,00 Fr., which corresponds to approximately 8 ́000,00 €. If more interested If a 997 could be purchased or the fixed cost share would be reduced. One could exchange weekly or monthly, I am completely open. Cleaning and refueling would be done immediately, so that the 911 would always be clean and fully fuelled at handover. We would divide the running costs proportionally to the driven km (insurance, tax, service, pneumatics). If there was a larger repair, which nobody hopes, this would be divided up, no matter who In the event of an accident, which one hopes even less, the polluter would cover all the costs associated with it. Therefore, I suggest a small excess. As a place of delivery would go: Zurich, Winterthur or in Germany Konstanz. Swiss license plates Who is interested? Please only serious Porsche fans from 30 years or older who drive reasonably.

  • Cayman Tiptronic/Automatics

Hello, I have to buy a used Cayman in the next few months, so for 40 – 45 thousand (in Germany). Now my question: I don’t know exactly if I should take a manual transmission or an automatic, basically I would rather have an automatic, drive a lot in the city and I get quite on my nerves, but on the other hand, just such a small Porsche with switch is certainly the more sporty “Gschicht”. – a few days ago I got with a m friend talked about me, who has been a Porsche driver ever since and is also racing and so on, and he told me the following: “Please forget the automatic, if you really want to, wait another year and take a used one with double clutch transmission, that makes sense, but the normal Porsche machines are bad. – Not comparable to mercedes or Bmw-automats, porsche-automats really don’t make you happy. – apart from that, the car will never go away again” what holds You out of it? • Private purchase

Hello, maybe I can find some advice here… I am with my Latin something at the end… the following, I bought a Cayenne Hybrid Bj. 2010 via private. I drove the car sample. As far as possible in the purchase contract was agreed, bought as seen. On the day of collection then after about 10 minutes drive the engine control light lit up.(Hybrid disturbance) After agreement with the seller I parked the car in a PZ nearby. The vehicle was taken from the PZ rep After a test drive through the PZ, after a warm motor, the fault has reappeared. According to the PZ, the disconnection coupling should now be the cause of the error. Cost point approx. 700€ The seller does not want to take the car back. And according to experts, the car must be taken apart to inspect the coupling. To possibly accuse the seller of fraudulent deception. Has someone here an idea. ? I have now bought a defective car with which I drove only “10” minutes Thank you

  • Some (general) questions about the Cayenne

Hello, I have some questions about the Porsche Cayenne and would be very happy if you could answer one or the other question: 1.) Is there any better and worse series in terms of workmanship or reliability? 2.) Which engine or transmission versions are better or worse (in terms of defective ones)? 3.) How much does a normal inspection including the parts cost so on average (so that I can estimate the costs compared to Mercedes and BMW)? 4.) G asumbau: Which systems are there for the Cayenne and how high are the conversion costs for this? 5.) Have you already gained experience for a gas conversion? 6.) What weak points should one pay attention to when buying? I play with the idea to take a Cayenne S (about 6-7 years old) and to convert to gas. My alternatives that I would otherwise have in mind: – Mercedes E-Class (from 2006 year of construction with Facelift) – Mercedes M-Class – Lexus RX Does anyone have a lot of this easy comparisons to the Cayenne? These were for now all the questions that have been swirling around my mind all the time. Thank you for reading through or answering my questions.
