Is the 924 special model “Ferry Porsche” fully galvanized?
I have a question and I was able to find a very well preserved 924 special model “Ferry Porsche”. It is built in 81. Now my question is whether the model is also galvanized. The model has a fan manifold and 5E throttle flap, what does that matter? Can you use the same spare parts for the Ferry special model as for a normal Porsche 924 with 125ps? mfg.

Porsche 997 S convertible purchase, please for advice..
Hello dear community, I’ve compared the prices for what is currently being demanded by Porsche for a Carrera S convertible on the web out of pure curiosity… Well, so maybe 58,000€ has to be expected, if you want to enjoy yourself… My question, which I want to ask to you out of pure curiosity, we assume that I want to fulfill the dream to own or acquire a Porsche, makes sense to buy a used 997 S convertible to Leasen? And you pay to Is it realistic to assume that in the winter of 2010 I will be able to expect a 997 S with a full purchase price of 48,000 €? I don’t know if I’m going to be able to buy a car in the winter of 2010? I don’t know if I’m going to be able to buy a car in the winter of 2010 or if I’m going to be able to buy a 997 S with a total purchase price of 48,000 €. Is this again a question who can look into the future, but good is a value loss of approx. 8.000 € to 10,000 € per year realistic? Especially because soon the successor of the 997 should appear… Thank you, I wait for the first answers or reactions before I arrive with further specific questions 🙂 mr-ffm

Fuel filter, air filter and polyrib belt Change Boxster(986) 2.5 Tiptronic.
My Porsche Boxster (986) 2.5 Tiptronic is now 13 years old and 70,000 kilometers run. Should the polyrib belt, the fuel filter and the air filter (would have been already at 40,000) be changed already now because of the age or is it enough if this is done at 80,000 kilometers? How does it look with the cost? Does anyone have a tip, who has done this already cost-effectively?

Purchase advice GTS 2018 vs Gts 2015
Hi together, would like to buy me a GTS 911 coupé or convertible. My questions about this are: Which model is later higher in value ? the current 2018 or the pre-model 2015 ? Which engine is more fun-wise to drive and above all louder? Suction cup with the 4-pipe system or the current with the 2 pipes and the 2 turbos? Optically I like them both, of course, as last one of the two models is deeper than the other? have an underground garage, but I come with a C Arrera S there loosely in without putting on, as the driveway is really not steep to luck. Thanks already for the help and a nice evening to continue. Lg Marcel

First used purchase planned. Purchase advice requested.
Hello! I have never bought a used car before, am therefore inexperienced and hope that I get a few tips. Specifically I have the following offer in mind: Porsche Cayenne Turbo (9PA), first registration 2007, 180,000 KM, complete service booklet, accident-free, 2 previous owners, 17,000€. Of what I have read so far about purchase advice here, it tends to be discouraged from such offers, but I always wonder why? The price sounds quite attractive at first. he has managed 180,000 km, one would have to have already a lot of bad luck, that exactly immediately after purchase motor/gear goes in or on what are the recommendations rather not to buy? What exactly are the concerns? Thanks and LG, flipsns.

First Porsche: Porsche Boxster
Good evening together, I got myself at the end of 2018 from my newly bought, beloved Mercedes Due to a company car “must separate”. Now I am looking for a fun car for the summer. Mercedes SLK & Mazda MX5 were long at the top of my list until I became aware of the Porsche Boxster! For me the models are interesting between 10.00-13,000 T€ and wanted to ask you experts if it makes sense to buy such a boxster as a fun car – of course I want to also a car that I can take care of & care for. Are there eye-catching problems or other things that I should pay attention to? I am grateful for every tip! Here are a few examples:Porsche Boxster 1Boxster 2Boxster 3 – great seats!Boxster 4 Thank you! LG Stownboy

Purchase decision: Used Cayenne Turbo with lots of kilometers
Hello together I have a Porsche Cayenne Turbo for the view. In 2004 he started operating now about 250,000 km on the hump. He is later used as a family car, i.e. it would be up to 8’000 km/year. The car is very well maintained and has always done all the services with the friendly. What do you think as a professional? Of course after the many kilometers many unknown repairs can occur. Do you have any experience with this? Thank you for your help and comments.

Small inspection made today ;-D
Hello all, today the small inspection was with me at 90,000 km. I calculated with such 500-600 EUR. The users here meant on average so 300-400. Since I created a little buffer again mentally. The big back then in Zuffenhausen cost 1,300 EUR, was without a replacement car and with 6 new ignition coils at the price of approx. 300 EUR. This time I was at the PZ airport, and see what the small cost me. PS: Don’t get me wrong. I know old painful topic. And NO, it doesn’t make me poor. And yet I find it interesting to take the bills apart, but see for yourself: 😀 PS: I had oil with me! That means it would have been about 200 EUR more expensive…
