  • Again the battery and the front flap

Hello Together My car stood now 2 months and my battery has unloaded. Unfortunately I can not get you up the trunk. Of course I have searched and found a lot of things including the manual. Or like e.g.http://www.motor-talk.de/…/empty-battery-996-t2623703.html?… Long speech short sense, unfortunately this does not work. It seems to arrive juice (default light ignites weakly), but the alarm does not work. The relay that switches when plugging the key into d he ignition also seems to react, but nothing else, just dead. Does anyone still have an idea? Or can someone, also by PN, tell me how to get to the note lock in the left wheel box? Unfortunately, I didn’t see anything where I could pull, but unfortunately can’t take off the wheel, because the special nut is also in the front trunk. Edit: I have the parts with the rope pull, someone knows where it is? 🙂 Thank you! Greetings Alessandro

  • 996 Carrera Cabriolet.300 or 320 hp?

Hello dear municipality, after very long abstinence a 996 convertible is available, the vehicles of the years 99-03 have meanwhile fallen below the 20TEUR (or are just above) and are therefore compatible with my budget. My question is this: is it worth it to invest 3 to 4k more and take a 02 or 03er 3.6 with 320hp? First times 200cc, 20Nm and 20hp more, at a little less speed. Sounds not bad, even the 5km/h more, the 0.2 less to 100 and the 0.7 Mene question to the experts: was only the engine reworked or other details, is it worth the extra charge of 3 to 4k? Thanks for your information, PX.

  • Porsche Boxster 986 purchasing consultancy

Hey, I was at the dealer’s with a friend this weekend, he bought a Cayman, and I saw the boxster and fell in love with him. BJ:2001 125,000 km, full leather, climate, navi 18″ turbo rim….. is really good. The dealer said he sweats at the KWS, which is normal with the engines. now I am strongly superior. What do you think it is a big risk to buy the… would be my 2nd or 3rd car. rs-auto.de, on the side is the boxster to see. ch likes to give direct link to the car, but somehow this doesn’t work on the page…. Thanks already for your answers greet Viper

  • Cayman or Boxter GTS

Hello who is one of the two already driven or already owns one and can report something there? Especially compared to the S models?! I am actually a passionate BMW driver, but I would like to go outside. I only know the 911 and the old Boxter (sample ride 8 years ago). I would be tempted that one can talk about lightweight construction and therefore with 330 Ps would be completely enough motorized to have in curves more than driving pleasure. In Youtube tests the car sounds pretty much I would really like it very much. Especially in this chic red or yellow. So, test drive I ordered, but like to take tips or experience values with me. Greetings and thanks, Thomas

  • Oil consumption Cayenne S

In the meantime I have about 21,000 km on the speedo and yesterday on the occasion of my 4th (in words: fourth!) refilled liter of oil the following funny event at the gas station: Despite the beloved habit, I had forgotten again which oil types I had to pour in the Cayenne S and krame the manual from the glove compartment when a quite familiar noise appears next to me. The colleague parked his Cayenne Turbo at the pump next to me and runs straight away. in. On the oil shelf we meet again, he had the much routined handle to the 5W40. With the parallel synchronous filling and technical simples it turned out also why. I already thought my good 5000 km/litre was quite greedy. He reported with his turbo only of about 3000. Is the oil consumption with others also so high? With the comparable BMW engine this is much less! What is this?

  • Buying Cayenne S Diesel – detail questions

Hello everyone, I have a few questions about the Cayenne – I’m looking for a diesel S in the range 2014-2016 with low kilometers. It’s going to be my first Cayenne, and my first Porsche and that’s why I have a few detail questions: Differences from the 382hp-385hp engine? I hear that the desired performance has been increased a lot. Is there anything else you should know? When did add-blue come? Difference Euro5/Euro6? Apart from the obvious, what difference does it make? Euro 5 sounds better or is the imagination of the owners? (you read a lot of things here in the forum…) Facelift – there are also differences in the interior, I look there every now and then Navi screens where one looks a bit more modern than the other – what does it look like? Purchase: I am not an expert in cars, therefore I prefer to look around in the offers of the PZ. But I just saw one of private. Price, equipment and location fit. The car is still until 2020 under the Pors che approved guarantee. Is it possible to buy something like this with half a good conscience? Generally, there is the possibility to have the car inspected by Porsche – so it’s easy to hit even with offers from private people (provided positive test)? Exterior: Can one also have the lettering removed? mfg grani13 PS: Or does someone else want to make me taste the Cayenne S petroler?

  • 911 and dog

The 964 looked good inside, my current SL 500 looks good inside, my wife’s cayenne looks good as well, only my 991 in delivery at the end of next week should not look as well scratched as all his predecessors and fellow runners. We have a very dear dog (German Pinscher, half as big as a magnificent Dobermann, whose medium execution he represents), only when a cat or something he thinks is a cat comes into the field of view, the brain mass dives into The dog usually sits in the footroom with my wife while driving. But, I also have to leave him alone once. Now there are blankets for vehicles with right rear seats, but I haven’t found one for the Porsche yet. There are also belt mounting options, but that was so far unsatisfactory. Does anyone have a satisfactory solution? I would be really grateful.

  • 996 radio key no longer works once???WHY???

Hello dear Porsche community, I’ve been having a problem for 3-5 days now, my radio key from today to tomorrow doesn’t open the doors anymore… First thought the battery from the radio key would probably be all… Habs changed and thought it would have to work out now. Unfortunately, what can’t be the reason that it suddenly doesn’t work anymore??? Can it have something to do with the increasing coldness… Because since the snow here in Cologne I have the feeling that it has something to do with it… Since a few days I have had to close the doors or manually.. And sometimes the key doesn’t turn either.. At the cold, I guess at some point the door lock would be very connected to a few tips Thank me in advance and stay with LG. Care1805

  • Purchase advice 997 FL Convertible or 997 4s FL Convertible

Hello Porschefans, I’ve been looking for a 997 FL convertible for quite some time now. I’m still undecided about which model it is supposed to be, but at the 4s I like the wide rear view very well, but I can also live with a normal Carrera. The car is meant to be a pure seasonal fun car, will stand in the heated garage in winter… Now I have found two vehicles at Mobile.de, which come into my narrow selection and I would be very grateful if you would give me your Einsc The 4s is the younger car with year 2013 but has 20,000 km more on the speedometer, is a Dutch vehicle, accident and repainting free etc.https://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?… The 997 convertible is year 2011, 58,000 km, stands at the Porsche dealer, approved, German car etc.https://suchen.mobile.de/…/273422925.html?action=parkItem My specific questions: Does someone know the dealer in the NL, reputable store? How is this with the approved, you can use the Do you consider the two vehicles to be fair? What should I pay attention to with the two vehicles? Would you as a non-expert at a non-Porsche dealer buy such a car? I would like to thank you very much in advance for your advice, I’m sure I can rely on the community here…
